Friendly staff, prefer to book directly on off season or weekdays instead of online booking we got rooms for a very low price which was expensive online. Room service we didn't try but I think it will be nice for sure.

It's was an average stay at this hotel.hotel is located in town but not much facilities are available.

Near to city.
Rooms are not well cleaned.
The sheets and pillows has lots of strains.
Breakfast is not great,
Overall for a budget bachelor's is fine and not recommending for families.

If you want to feel disgusted, this is the right place.unclean room, parking hassle, small room, trapped view, no restaurant service, mosquitos in room, unhygienic bathroom.

Its okay kind of Hotel. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast inculed rate. But the quality of food provided was very bad. The behaviour of the person manning the reception was not in a professional manner. Restaurent facility not available. Do not opt for the view point visit from te hotel. He told me the programme is available for 3000 per jeep. But is same is available just outside the hotel for Rs2200. Parking availble. Several hotels and restaurents available near bus stand. Try Ambika Udupi hotel for vegetarian food.

No Value for Money. It's more of a lodge. They charged Rs. 20000 for 3 nights. I called a week before directly to the hotel to check if bathroom has running hot water and is the room as seen in the pictures. When we checkin late evening after travelling for more than 24 hours what we see.dirty linens, sticky tables and furnitures, coffee tray filled with dust, no hot water. When asked at the reception, they came and check. As per what they saw, everything seems to be good. Asked about hot water, answer we got is hot water Only between 8: 00 PM to 11: 00 AM. Seriously! It was almost 9: 00 PM and still no sign of hot water.
Long story short - if you are looking for a hotel, this is not the place at the price demanded

Good place to stay during your trip to Coorg.
It's centrally located to all tourist attractions, easily accessible from the Coorg bus stations.
The staff is friendly, the rooms are well kept and the food is good enough.
You can order your own food via Zomato and the hotel also has tie ups with nearby eateries for quick delivery.

It's one the best hotels with affordable prices in Coorg. You have to book it prior. It is located in the centre of the city so everything is nearby. It has good well maintained rooms.

They will accept booking and while doing check in they will tell all rooms are already booked and rooms not available. After that they will refer some cheap rooms with same price. (During holiday seasons)

Visited Madikeri for a 3 day vacation. Booked this place for 3 days. Entire money was taken in advance which was something new. The staff are really friendly and are always available for help. The rooms were clean including the bathroom. They are really maintained were. Cons - For the price which they charge there was no ac atleast in the room where I stayed. Even oyo rooms for same price has ac's. Not sure about other rooms. I visited the place with a friend. But personally I feel the room has privacy issues and it's a warning sign for couples and ladies to avoid this place. The see through windows next to the door has curtains that does not completely cover the window. And the beds are placed in such a way that anybody can literally see what you are doing on the bed through that window. I am not sure if it was done on purpose or by mistake. But definitely not safe for couples and ladies booking this place.

Having said that, coming back to my stay here. My bad experience is that I had to cut short my stay from 3 to 2 days due to medical emergency. I was hoping they would give one days money back. But they only returned 50 percent of one days stay. And I was in no mood to stay and argue for the whole money due to the emergency.

Nice hospitality, good room service, clean and hygienic rooms, we had a tasty breakfast and a good stay.
