First of all its not 3 star at all. They will ask you money well in advance, so that you won't ask refund later, basin tap not working, washroom has damaged tap and it comes out again and again. Doesn't provide anything well in advance soap, towel, water bottle, we need to ask for each and every thing. Breakfast is also not unlimited as they says.
The only good part is bed was good and room was also clean.
I would say go for other hotels if available.

Don't trust this property, no guarantee for booking.they will give reasonable reason for cancellation andd you will be on the road.bad property.old rooms.

Tap water is not coming.
Hotel is handled by some lazy bachelors and they don't give respect to their customers.
Taking full payment at the time of checking.
Shower tap is broken.
Breakfast is limited even it's free.
No lift in hotel.

Overall I would like to suggest don't stay here it's simply waste of money and not at all worth it.

cleanliness 8/10
Room service 10/10

Laundry service was very bad, Room service was very poor, Not to book at all.
