Feedback as a resident for almost 4 years and ongoing.
1. Please note that not a animal friendly society at all. So chose house accordingly. For those who love animals and like feeding them.
2. No power back up and frequent power failure. My owner is really good and provided external power backup. Thanks to him.
3. Maintainace charge are extremely high around Rs66000 annually. Per month Rs 5500 for 2bhk. It will be more for 3bhk probably. Maintenance is paid by my owner so not an issue for me.
4. Flats are spacious but there exists parking issues for many. Many parking are open and only space without roof is available. Choose flats if you have parking space with roof. They have rental parking options for closed spaces.

The society is good but the current manger is worst worst pesron human i have ever seen iny life.
He won't be at the society at all and stays at his house. He doesn't even work here why this ittina such a good society management is keeping him blindly here.

What is not in there in this apartment.you don't have to go outside. A to Z is here.may be the rent is high.but its worth it.
