I got accomodation when I am joining to a new company in Bangalore. Service is very good. Staff is very supportive. Thank u all staff members and kalim ji.

Avoid.
The owner and caretaker boty are big liars and totally un-cooperative. They have tie ups with some organizations for accommodations for new employees.

Feedback
I have never been to a more dishonest and uncooperative hotel in my life. I feel hurt, cheated & mistreated after my stay at Ivory Studio One on 8th cross (ISO8) in Bangalore. It was so upsetting particularly as this was booked by my company and I have stayed at multiple properties when accommodation was arranged for by my company or client.
Ivory Studio One on 8th cross (ISO8) is a neat property with 24 1rk apartments/rooms. The Ivory group has tie ups with various organizations for providing accommodation to their employees/recruits. The rooms are studio – means suitable for solo/2 pax.
Context: I was relocating to Bangalore and the truck with my stuff would arrive within ‘5 to 7 days’.
My experience:
The attitude of the staff at the reception, led by their ‘owner” Jayanth was purely filled with inconsistency, confusion & false promises.
SO WHERE DO I START?
BEFORE confirmation I checked with the owner and asked about the room, and he said – “no problem you can bring your 2 family members (spouse and kid) as this is a safe locality and the rooms have ‘KING SIZED’ beds. So I confirmed stay for 5 days.
BEFORE coming, I also contacted the caretaker guy at the property (Anupam) and asked about car parking (as my car would also be transported to BLR and I could use the car instead of ola/uber if there was a parking outside or AT the property. He said “no”.
Cut to the day I arrived at the property -
1) The caretaker asked for upfront payment for the 5 days. In my experience, usually company paid accommodations don’t ask for that. So I called the owner to check. But he started arguing when I asked if I could pay partial amount. He even spoke rudely.
2) I realised that there was enough space for parking a small car. In fact 2 slots for cars.
3) Seeing the room I realized I was LIED TO by the owner. The bed was queen size and not king size. So, I asked for mattress - the staff said they don’t have single bed mattress and got a double bed mattress from another room. This covered the whole living area, leaving little space to move around.
4) The room was a smaller one, compared to some other rooms (this I realized later when later I had my father come and stay with us - and was given a different room). Thought: why did the caretaker not give us a bigger room when he had so many of them. 21 out of 24 were vacant.
5) When we had to extend our stay because of delay in our stuff arriving to BLR, I told the caretaker. But he would still ask my wife “ma’am have you confirmed the booking extension? ”.
6) The only saving grace was the cleaning staff, and the cooking staff who adjusted and were flexible to cooking as per our choice from their Menu.

Other pros-
The property and its amenities are decent.

Finally - if you are reading this.
If you are coming with family DO NOT stay At this property! Even if you are solo – think twice as this is a place where they would lie to you and show the ‘rulebook’ when YOU ask for something.

Ivory Studio One, 8th cross, Bellandur, Bangalore has to me created a bitter residue in my life for the brand name “Ivory Studio”

The service is pathetic. There is just one guy at the front desk and no other staff in sight and he is very I’ll mannered and rude. He doesn’t know how to speak to guests.

Bad place they have charged me 350 rs for towel I don’t know how black stains appear in towel but they start humiliating me so I have to pay them

The place and location is very nice but poor hospitality and room service. Even service people don't let you know what the services are free at first place. They always try to ignore or deny your request either way.
Note: No visitors allowed in the hotel

I choose only this place often even though my office is in Bellandur because the staffs here are very kind and well behaved. Most important reason is food here is great and hygienic. And location is proper residential area with a peaceful ambience. Safe & comfortable stay for a corporate guest house.

Only thing I miss is a hot water kettle but if we request the staff they provide hot water anyways

No proper maintenance, breakfast only one option, drinking water bottle also they will not provide, water is very slow in bathroom,

The staff is very friendly and co-operative. Rooms are average and food is good. They will customize the food according to your taste. The location is residential and a park is present nearby to the place which is good for evening walks.

Worst services. Lethargic attitude by all workers. Carelessness in attending the welfare of guests particularly unsafe during current cut occasions i.e on lift operations. Guests were locked inside lift for long time. Wi-Fi not working. Hot water not provided on reqd morning time. The workers are sleeping in the reception upto 8.00 am and then only providing hot water facities to all room. The main gate was not opened to visitors upto 8.30 am and are firced to wait.sorry very bad experiences

One of the worst places to stay, food is terrible and not many options. The only advantage is the location, the house keeping staff is not at all helpful as they tend to ignore and not clean the rooms and suggest to clean once is two to three days. Won’t suggest anyone to book this and better try out other places. The best part they have Godrej locker which works when you enter but doesn’t work when you check out so beware if you are keeping precious things in there.

Room condition is good, but they are not allowing people to go inside, only they are allowing for whom room is booked.

The location is very good, there is a park near it where you can go. Service is very good and rooms are amazing. And the food is also good. Overall it was a nice experience.
