College was established recently it was purchased by current management in last 5months and location is industrial area we don't have basic shops like medical shops and retail stores, restaurants it was very far from city and College hostel also not good presently their is no lift hostel rooms are very tiny we don't have good enough lockers are very small the hostel also in isolated area we don't have proper requirements just like College no transport and pg are not available other than College hostel i don't think it is a good idea to join these College
