I called to the office of Bangalore for some information about their bus to Mahabalipuram. The person otherwise was very very rude and impolite. Just for a 2 min call he was annoyed and impatient.
Worst Service, I had booked drop location as Infosys (final destination) but driver was rude and refused to drop and stopped bus at suburban bus stand. We had to book cab service to reach our final destination. Pathetic behaviour and don’t recommend anyone to travel with such risk until strict action is taken against this. When I called Jabbar travels to complaint about this, they completely ignored it.
Never ever take this travels, there vehicle broke down after 10 minutes of the journey and they dropped us near some unknown location and left in a dark place without refunds and arrangements.
Journey with Jabbar travel for hyderabad is one of best experience i am having. Special thanks To Mr. Salman who is bus operator for Jabbar HYDERABAD Volvo 10: 30 from Anand rao circle. Timing is sharp, bus cleaning is amazing, dropping on time is best way.
I am writing this review with big disappointment. Basavaraj from Jabbar travels is the cheater and he took 3200/- for bike transport from Bangalore to Hyderabad and given receipt for 2500/- only, he said extra amount won't come in receipt. And the packing guys took all the fuel (3 Ltrs approx) while packing. They are also behaving rudely. After receiving the bike, if i called to Basavaraj, he is talking rudely.
Don't trust JABBAR. CHEATERS ARE THE MEDIATORS IN THE TRAVELS.
There were bed bugs crawling on the seats, did not me sleep the whole night, as I am very allergic to bed bugs, I had forget about sitting on my seat for the rest of the journey because I was already bitten and was scared it will be carried to my house through my clothes. Hence, sat next to the driver the entire journey (5hours) regardless of paying full price for a ticket. This was very upsetting and traumatic for someone who cannot tolerate Bed Bugs at all.
I had a terrible experience with this travel service. The customer service was absolutely abysmal. I had to wait on hold for an hour just to speak with someone, and when I finally did, they were extremely unhelpful and rude. It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of them.
The booking process was also a nightmare. The website was clunky and difficult to navigate, and it was difficult to find the information I needed. When I finally did book my trip, I received confirmation emails with incorrect dates and times, which caused a huge headache when I tried to make changes.
The worst part, however, was when I had to make changes to my itinerary. I was charged exorbitant fees for any changes, and it was like pulling teeth to get any help from customer service. I ended up spending more

I recently had the misfortune of using this travel service for offline booking, and I must say that it was a terrible experience. The booking process was confusing and time-consuming, and the customer service was terrible. It took them forever to confirm my booking and they seemed to have no sense of urgency at all.
When I finally arrived at the designated pickup location, the bus was not there. I had to wait for more than an hour before the bus finally showed up, causing me to miss my connecting flight. The worst part was that they changed the pickup location without notifying me, which resulted in a lot of confusion and inconvenience.
The bus was also in terrible condition, and the seats were uncomfortable and dirty. The entire journey was uncomfortable, and the driver seemed to have no concern for the passengers at all.
I was extremely disappointed with this travel service, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The entire experience was frustrating, and the lack of professionalism and care for the passengers was evident in every aspect of the service.
The place where the driver stopped was horrible you can choose a better place to stop as there are many lady passenger's since it's a long journey we need to relieve National travel give a good place for break Better stop where there are pay & use toilets
Horrible and Pathetic service.they cancelled the reserved seats in the last minute just before the travel (10 hours before travel) they don't even have the courtesy to propose an alternative. The customer service is horrible.they say, there are 200 other buses to Hyderabad, go ahead and book that.
It was seen that the bus was not cancelled. They cancelled some individual tickets to accommodate other high payers for the long weekend. Very unprofessional.how can @redbus have them on primo
I recently booked a sleeper ticket for 1900 with Jabbar Travels in Hyderabad. When I arrived at the pickup point, I was told that my booked ticket was next to a ladies' seat, which I was not allowed to sit in. I asked the travels if I could request my co-passenger, but I was told that it is not allowed. Despite my attempts to find a solution, Jabbar travels did not allow me to speak with my fellow passenger or make any arrangements for my seating. I needed to travel to Bangalore and there was no other bus available, so I asked if there was any chance I could still go in this bus. I was told that I could pay 1500 and sit in the driver's cabin, so I gave 1200 as a compromise. For 30 minutes, I was given a seat opposite my booked seat. However, after half an hour, two guys came and one slept on my booked seat and the other on the ladies' seat. When I asked the guy on my booked seat for his seat number, he told me he did not have a ticket. It turned out that Jabbar travels had sold my ticket to this guy and cancelled my ticket without providing a refund. Also, my co-passenger who booked as a lady was actually a man and even his ticket was cancelled and sold. As a result, that guy was unable to travel. So I got very angry because after knowing everything they stopped a person's journey. I called the Redbus customer care for assistance. The drivers blamed me for informing Redbus, stating that they have allowed me to travel even though my ticket was cancelled. Redbus warned Jabbar travels and refunded my money. It appears that Jabbar travels engage in this kind of fraudulent business practices during peak times and deliberately cancelled our tickets and sold them outside. Jabbar travels even warned me not to write a review about what I had to go through. Despite the difficulties I faced, I want to thank the Redbus customer care for their prompt action at midnight. I spoke with 3 customer care representatives from 11: 30 pm to 2: 00 am for 2.5 hours. Unfortunately, due to the fraud of Jabbar travels, one guy's journey was ruined.
Worst travelling experience. I was a single lady travelling and I was given the last seat which was like a slope. The curtains were not fixed property and it was open and even the seat was not cleaned and arranged after the previous trip. The staff was very rude and was of no help. They mention in the promo that snacks, water and mobile charging point is provided but nothing was there. Would never recommend this to anyone ever.
Hands down the best luxury bus I’ve ever traveled in. Safety and comfort AND they’re on time every time I’ve traveled. Hope this is maintained in the same way.
Very very worst bus services. Lot of lies by told by conductors on timing. I suggest please don't book this bus at any time. I have waited for about 2hours
The bus looked modern from outside but the ride was very uncomfortable as it was the old chuncky shocks & mot multi axle. Too bad i did not check the multi axle before i booked

Didn't stop even 2 minutes at palakkad today. While picking bag the bus took off, even other autos honked to stop it was still trying to move later stopped. While raining bus windows were leaking water inside heavily.
Worst travels staff members don't know how to behave with passengers. Very rude behaviour of staff, if we ask when we reach the destination they will suggest that you can go by flight. Hospitality is not good.
