Had booked this place for a quite night with all my content writers to get some amazing ideas and since we all were going through a mind block, 735 helped us overcome this, we were so relaxed and happy while checking out.

Jade 735 Bangalore is one of the best properties I have been to. Everything was so well organized and luxurious! If you’re looking for a getaway this is the place to be.
The pool was very well maintained, and the restaurants had great food.

Amazing service! Whole staff was kind & helpful the stay is worthy of the cost of the hotel. Also, the interior is gorgeous, there is a beach connected.the plus point is the place is silent. Just perfect for holidays.

I had taken this place for my bachelors party. Please note to book this place only for corporate events where you can spend for sudden expenses.
1. There were a lot of unforeseen expenses.
2. They didn’t allow us to bring over a certain amount of people and we had to pay almost 1500 rupees extra for every person entering the premises.
3. I had to pay 60,000 rupees for one night’s stay here and they still charged 3000 rupees for every hour we used the jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was dirty and dusty on the sides.
4. Amenities are definitely not worth the money.
5. The only reason I gave a good review on the paper was just because of the people who were employed there said that they thrives on their internal reviews. But I am here to share the truth about the property. It is utterly disgusting for the money I paid.
6. They will charge you for every small service you ask for- Jacuzzi, extra people, etc.
7. They will also ask you to end all loud music post 11 or 12 pm. Even though this is built specifically to be a party place. Horrible.

This place is run by scamsters who will do anything to ensure they line up their own pockets.

First, they double booked the place for the long weekend, took the advance money from us and stopped answering the phones when we wanted to cancel the place due to an unforeseen circumstance. They wanted us to visit the property to cancel our booking when we were down with COVID without the assurance of a refund.

Neither did we see the advance money come back (INR 20k) nor did we receive a credit note for the same.

This place is a scam, only book this when you do not want your money and would like to donate some to the JADE group.

The place is really good. It has a private pool. The staff is quite hospitable and will not disappoint you. Good for fun with friends and kids too.

Later what happen was called as Sri subramaniyam and Nicolete dicouza tracked my phone and my business at sulekha com just to marry her daughter an little girl not yet meactured and forced me to marry and maid me on street like before,

My hubby planned for a surprise party for me, inviting all my friends and family by paying a guy called Chethan, Rs. 92000/-
We did payment in the morning three days before event,
Same day by noon My husband’s dad tested positive to covid and he had to cancel the event at any cost, since my husband was the primary contact
Those were the peak days of CORONA

This happened in OCT 2020 and it’s OCT 2021 and we haven’t received any refund of single penny until now

We have filed a case on same

Last year we booked for 3 nights August 23-26 when I reached the property it's completely mess washroom was stinking all linen covers were odour more over a bunch of insects and pool is under maintenance after witness by me and their staff we decided to cancel the booking at that Nicollette sales girl accepted for cancellation and she will pay back my advance Rs 25000 till now am struggling to get back my money so am requesting whomever is interested on the property pl have a look physically then take a decision this people are really cheaters be careful

First pay salary for existing employee then look for others.they have to pay 4 months salary cheating by not paying my salary

Perfect retreat from your busy schedule. The place is surrounded by nature. The rooms are clean and modern. Decent parking space. The view from the rooms are really breathtaking. The morning are really beautiful.

Place is amazing but not for stay. Jacuzzi was dirty and black and floated. It's only for photo shoots nothing more.

This is a good and premium place if you want to hold a party or a gathering. If you have a good budget, this place is perfect, take a right after MCD near the airport and you will reach this place.

Great party place for 8-10 people right outside Bangalore. We went there for a small bachelor party with 6 people.
The place looks beautiful with big pool, jacuzzi, nice rooms and lobby with music deck. Food was okish. They had a bar tender who was making cocktails for us.
The rooms were good looking and with all amenities.

Very nice property for private parties. Pool is not so clean. Food served is so so. And unfortunately swiggy is not delivering to this area.

By my dislike please don't get this impression that the property is bad. The property is amazing but their management is pathetic, we hired this place for my engagement. To start with:
1. When my fiance tried coming to the property she was stopped and wasn't allowed inside for half an hour because of this her getting ready process was delayed and eventually we ended up missing the muhrat.
2. Secondly we booked the property for 10: 00 am to 1: 00 PM, by the time we entered it was 10: 30 am but still the last guests were there. The property was not cleant. This was again instrumental in delaying the process and missing the muhrat.
3. I will suggest you to ahead with your personal caterers as their thing is very mismanaged. We had a deal of having barbeque starters for lunch but it was not served.
4. The property had a room where there was fresh painting done. This wasn't told to us and one of our guests ended up spoiling her saree.
5. The catering guys were very money minded and had no consideration for the brand reputation and quality.
6. Later on we had a party at night which was good.
7. Then again it was promised to us that the families involved in marriage can stay still morning but that guys sarfraz was on our head at 1 am. The main culprit was this unprofessional guy sarfraz he was the main cause if mismanagement.

I am again repeating if you have your own caterers and you don't have any time specific requirements (muhrats and all) then the property is really good but the management is pathetic.

The place had so many different spots to chill and enjoy for small groups, one very good spot for a big group to enjoy, a swimming pool for, well, swimming, 4 very spacious and luxury rooms for sleeping/sex/etc, 2 Jacuzzis for relaxing. All in all a very great place for partying for 30-60 people.

Rooms are quite spacious and have all amenities needed. Staff is courteous and service is prompt. Good breakfast and quality. Overall good experience

We had a great family getaway at jade 735 villa. We were almost 10 adults and the staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us settled.
The location is the key! You get to enjoy all nice things You get to see green all around you.
Rooms are spacious enough and architecturally spectacular. The whole family enjoyed the awesome food. We got to choose from the choices of meat and we went with "Kaadai curry" which was so ecstatic.
It is a great choice to enjoy your break without all the hustle bustle.

Nice place to have a gathering. Very efficient staff helping you out. The rooms are cozy with mostly clean bathrooms. Remember to carry mosquito repellent for the evening.

• The most important and impressive though is the ambiance of the property. The staff is great and they honestly want you to have a great time and experience. We where group of 8 for birthday party and we spent a wonderful time at in the pool there was no restrictions at villa. I will surely say about the property and refer with my friend and family.

I stayed at Jade 735 with my family and i highly recommend this villa. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. I would definitely love to stay at Jade 735 again and will recommend to anyone that is looking for a weekend getaway around the city

Shot a pre wedding shoot here sometime ago.the photos from that are just brilliant.it is a photographers dream come true.every room has so much details.so much of of thought has been put into this place.

Amazing place to go spend your weekends with your loved ones, get away from the city and spend a peaceful and luxurious time, the ambiance was wonderful, especially the pool side bar was one of the best, loved it looking forward to visit again

I had a comfortable experience staying here. Atmosphere is pleasant and staff is helpful. Food and stay were both up to the mark.

Place is good for a weekend getaway. It has around 4 rooms. But they have extra beds to accommodate more. 15 of us had been there for a 24 hour stay. They have a cool swimming pool. We can also play Carrom or Cricket. Or take a long walk around the resort. The place around is very quiet. Food was good, but delivery takes time. There's no hot water available for bathing.

This review is long overdue. Stayed in Jade735 in August of last year. Everything was AMAZING. This home has the most breathtaking view inside.
I have to say, you feel like a bit of a rock star when you are staying here. Good services from the caretakers. Welll done interiors, you almost feel like you're in Greece

Good place but the swimming pool.was not clean. It's a break from the city life. Place lights up at night but no so great looking during day time.

A total mismatch for what your paying and getting in return. Poorly maintained rooms and very exuberant pricing for what they offer here. Food not upto the mark. Basically a strict No if your planning for a outing here.

Disgusting place, don't plan to visit here. Very Bad customer service. Rather than wasting time and money, it is better to make a plan at some friend's or relatives's place and party. Very congested and looks like a small farm house. And they charge as if they are running some five star hotel.
