Finally got to attend a play here. It is easy to find as it is on the main road and had a very classy ambience. However it is not a big theatre and seating capacity is limited. Even the stage size seemed a bit small to me. Would have been a better experience if chairs were more comfortable. After an hour or so, it became difficult on those chairs. The power backup situation needs to improve perhaps as couple of times during the play the power went off for few seconds.
Except for location location. Location, all else a state of the art theater. Subtitle screen can be made less like a PowerPoint screen, like a wall, so it can blend in. Rather than a white screen. Thanks
It's a nice place for theatre not so big but sufficient.the first row seaters can touch the stage easily.though for plays you should reach on time as they were trying to be strict but somehow I manage to make it in time despite the not moving traffic.like I felt pretty good because of my riding skills but I was able to enter the theatre on time.it's so small that none of the actor/actress need a mic.vocal voice is enough.lighting system is very good there.overall I enjoyed but the play I went wasn't so good like the acting was very good but the content of the play wasn't that good but talking about the theatre you can go and yes there is limited parking so go little bit earlier to avoid any problem.
One of the best theatres in Whitefield. Many performances and events are held here regularly. People visiting here visit our restaurant at Ramagondannahalli Whitefield for breakfast, lunch or dinner sometimes.
Possibly one of the only apartment complexes in the world perhaps with an in-built critically acclaimed theatre within. Has a gym and a mildly sus pool. Downside: Way too many mosquitoes in the evening.
Awesome place. I have stayed there for few years and it's a serene and soothing place. It looks damn cool inside the campus, during rain. If anyone stays there, he/she/they will be greatest fans of the complex.
Great location & good houses but the management committee is filled with some of the worst people on the planet. Definitely not a peaceful society to live in!
It was just perfect. The experience was amazing. Been here for Kanan Gills show. The comfort level in the theater made it worth it. Suggestion is please open the entrance below for people physically challenged. But the over all experience was amazing.
Theater is nice.at the back seat also you can see and hear the dialogues.the play that we went the tickets were not very expensive.during the interval my son ordered chocolate honey cake which was very reasonably priced.
Thanks to Jagriti Theatre for understanding and encouraging the art of theatre. Attended one of the comedy shows by Kanan Gill. Theatre is medium in size but well maintained. Enjoyed my time.
Has a really nice feel to the theatre since it hosts a smaller crowd. And performer is right up front, it's a completely different feeling from bigger theatres where the crowd is huge and the performer is far away
Loved my first experience at Jagriti today! The theatre and the whole ambiance has been carefully and tastefully created! Watched the Handlebards play The Tempest.and tripped on every moment of the show!
It's a decent place though I wish they had a cafe or something. Helpful for people who have to wait around or are hungry, even a set of books kept in a shelf for anyone who wishes to read would help. I had a wonderful time otherwise.
Wasn't allowed to take pics, but that's what a theater should be like. The folks who run it are disciplined and dedicated to their role as the host for artforms.
The seating arrangement is very good here and stage is such that the audience can have good view irrespective of their seats. There is also open area with a few art pieces installed which makes the ambience peaceful.
Cosy indoor amphitheater with good lighting and sound options. Limited parking within the lot but parking options available next door (residential driveway of same property). Cafe serves beverages, snacks, chats and some Parsi food. Go early as food runs out for full house shows.
Just happened to visit to watch a theatre play. Location is is quite good and easy to find as it's on the main road. With capacity of 200 seats and the design makes it perfect for any play, show
We watched a play called Guilt. Beautiful play with great performance by the actors. The theater in itself is also quite nice. They give proper warning before the play starts, seats are good and the stage is also at a good proximity from the seats. Loved it, will definitely recommend and go again for a different play.
Although the purpose is entertainment, you would end up feeling miserable if you are late even by a minute. No late entries, no coming out of theatre for calls and no refunds
Always a pleasure to watch any play in this beautiful auditorium. The lights, sound, and seating are perfect. Just an advice, try booking the central section of seating.
Finding a temple for the arts is rare, hence cherish this one right in your own neighbourhood! Imagine being able to walk to a performance especially for this living around!
It's a lovely space and I know for a fact that my band would totally slay a show here. The intimate set up, the lights and the sound system are all on point. I only gave a 4/5 cause you need to do something about the mosquitoes!
The theater is cosy and well maintained. The plays and musicals hosted there are though not up to the mark. However if you are looking for a nice evening in Whitefield to spend your time then definitely hit this theater.
Went for the play "The Park" which was really good. The theatre is really good, good lights and seating arrangement. Acoustics are good. However there were lot of mosquitoes. So management should take a note of that.
Very good theatre, nice seating. The shows start exactly on time. I attended the Jazz festival and it was amazing. It has parking inside and a small cafe as well.
A cosy place where you watch the performers as if in your drawing room! The acoustics and lighting is also great. The seats are a bit uncomfortable though.
