Not a very good education. Infrastructure for education is also very poor. Nothing special about this college as it is shown up to be. In case you are an Arts student, I won't suggest you join here.

The college is good but the college must provide sbac's option in computer science commerce for 1st and 2nd puc commerce it is there in the vv puram branch but I wanted it in the jaynagar branch

Horrible horrible horrible experience! Disgusting university ever! These people dont have a specific contact.the way they teach online is pathetic so when i asked them to deregister my name from the course, they stopped receiving calls or responding to texts. Its been over a year and they still are sending me mails regarding my next class.unbelievable. None responds properly.nor was this conveyed to the bank by the university.end result is they made me pay fees for 4 months without even being a part of the course. The learning head here, Ms. Branda is even worst.told her multiple times to remove my name so that bank stops asking for money, she stopped taking my calls! Stay away from this blunder by registering yourself with this university. And specifically this lady Miss Branda, should be thrown out of the system.and also they did not ask the bank to discontinue the loan and the cibil is effected.some legal action should be taken against this institution immediately.the worst university in bangalore

The perpetual torment of enduring sweltering classrooms without adequate ventilation, coupled with the ineffective fans, has left me in a state of utter despair.

It's impossible to focus amidst the scorching noon heat, and the resulting headaches are a painful reminder of the university's disregard for our comfort.

Shifting to alternative classrooms offers no respite; they're nothing short of stifling dungeons, where I find myself gasping for air after a mere 1.5 hours of misery.

The absence of air conditioning exacerbates the situation, and it seems the university's management couldn't care less.

The overcrowded classrooms are a testament to their mismanagement, where 70 students are crammed into spaces meant for 30. Classroom changes are frequent, and the use of deteriorating, rundown rooms is a testament to the university's relentless cost-cutting efforts.

FCA classes and labs are, quite frankly, a colossal waste of time. They provide no educational value and serve as a constant reminder of the futility of my academic endeavors. The class schedules are not only impractical but also seem to exist solely to inconvenience commuter students. The university's insistence on enforcing policies that require us to remain on campus even when nothing productive is happening is maddening.

The university's grossly inadequate value for money is exemplified by its deteriorating infrastructure. Broken ceiling panels, crumbling walls, graffiti-stained, bird-poop-textured surfaces, and unkempt washrooms are just the tip of the iceberg. Professors exhibit behavior akin to drunken auto drivers, and their unwarranted interference in our personal lives only deepens the sense of frustration.

Washrooms, already in disrepair, are reminiscent of a horror show, with filthy toilets, broken tiling, and visible cracks in the urinals. The sixth floor's crumbling walls are a testament to the university's neglect.

The fans are nothing short of a cruel joke, offering no relief from the stifling heat. There's even a pigeon living in the washroom roof, a fitting symbol of the decay within. Debris falling into washroom air shafts serves as a metaphor for the crumbling state of this institution.

Proper communication and time management are virtually nonexistent, with events that drag on endlessly, denied access to washrooms. The absence of proper textbooks only adds to the despair. The bureaucracy and red tape are suffocating, requiring endless letters and days of futile effort to accomplish even the simplest tasks.

The only relief is found in professors' rooms, which are well-built, hygienic, and air-conditioned, but this oasis of respite is limited. The admin staff's apathy is a constant reminder of the hopelessness within these walls, and even the principal's legal troubles raise questions about the institution's integrity.

It's been just a few months since I joined, but my expectations have been mercilessly crushed.

Every day reveals a new layer of disappointment, and the abyss of hopelessness within this university seems to have no end.

This never-ending source of despair leaves me with a sense of hopelessness that is indescribable.

1 star for a couple of teachers who actually tried to teach despite not being paid for months. 1 star for being a place where I met some wonderful peers. I joined the DFM "Digital Filmmaking" course. Suffice it to say, you'll learn more about filmmaking if you go join some film clubs in Bengaluru.

Worst university. Feels like a government school.

No ventilation in classrooms. Fans are woefully inadequate. Too hot to concentrate in class for everyone at noon. Headache.

Some of the classrooms that we need to shift into are suffocating. Need to manually pull in air into lungs after 1.5 hours of tolerance.

Improper management of classrooms. Too many students in certain classrooms. Class designed for 30. Fits 70 instead.

Due to a lack of classrooms students and professors have to frequently shift classrooms. Due to a lack of classrooms they have to be reused cyclically. It feels as if they have overbooked the classrooms. And just cram as many students in a hot, decrepit, slum like room and cut costs literally everywhere.

FCA class is a waste of time because almost nothing is taught in class.

FCA lab is a waste of time. Nothing is being taught. We just sit there. Clueless.

Timings are unfeasible and can be optimized. Not suitable for commuter students. By like 10 mins or so.

Arm bending policies to force people in campus even when nothing is being done.

No washroom policy during fests. This was seen during the Anveshana fest. People began abusing the student council and some tried to force the doors open.

Low value for money. Ive seen colleges with far better infra at 1 lakh fees. Not even worth 60k fees. Its worth 15k fees per year.

Infrastructure is falling apart. Broken ceiling panels, unstable walls, stained walls, cable mismanagement, no aircon, uncomfortable desks, filthy washrooms. Broken floorbords in certain classrooms. Graffiti on walls. Walls look like they were soaked in snail piss. And textured with bird poop.

Some professors talk like drunken auto drivers
Superiority complex behavior. Unnecessary meddling in everyones personal business.

Washrooms in a state of disrepair. Filthy toilets, urinals, broken tiling. Pretty sure the urinal is broken. Big cracks visible.

Sixth floor walls are falling apart.

Fans are ineffective at providing proper cooling.

Pigeon living in washroom roof. I cant see it but it can definitely hear it from inside the roof.

Construction debris falling into washroom air shafts.

Proper communication and time management is non existent at least when it comes to events. An event scheduled for 3 hours drags on for 5 hours. No washrooms allowed. Gets extremely difficult to manage.

No proper textbooks provided.

Unnecessary red tape and bureaucracy slows down even the simplest of tasks. They require letters foe everything. Get ready to roam for 3 days to submit even a single document.

Only professors rooms are well built, hygienic and air conditioned. Only some classrooms are in good shape. Majority are slum like.

Admin staff seems apathetic at best. Doesn't even listen to teachers. Principal himself has been to jail and got bail for not abiding by the courts orders.

Very unprofessional. It has been only a couple months since my joining and the university just keeps lowering my expectations lower and lower.

Everytime i think I've hit rock bottom the university shows me an even more deeper, rockier bottom.

The university is a never-ending source of disappointment.

Even the toilets here suck. This sort of issue is seen only in govt school.

Only thing is atleast some faculty put in sincere effort even though they are also suffering.

Just name, no proper faculty, we have been forced our children to take pvt tutorials as the faculty is not available, it's more than half year, but they have failed to appoint a faculty. Even after several complaints, it's not been heard. Before admissions pls check the availability of faculty.

Never thought, I would encounter such a disgusting experience from a reputed institute. I pity the students studying at Jain University, Bangalore.

This is regarding the refund amount, that we’ve paid 3 months ago to block the seat for my sister.

It’s been 2 months since we got our money back. We’ve been put in a vicious loop by your administration. I’ll take this up legally if I haven’t heard anything from you by next week.

The worst University I have ever experienced. The University discontinued the course after taking fees and now are least bothered to respond to calls or messages or refund the money of students.

Those who are planning to take admission please avoid.

I have never seen such a big scam in the name of a university…. When u go for admissions these people speak words which over-coated with sugar and when u join it’s exactly the opposite.they collect enormous fees and provide nothing…for instance they collect book fees and lab fees but neither do they provide any materials nor do students actually get to use their labs…also if u have any query and go to office the staff over there treat you like garbage…. Only the faculties know what they are teaching…how much every money you pay them its not sufficient for them…they keep devising new methods to make money out of students…i am saying this as a student who has studied here and regrets till date…i hope nobody ever goes through what i went through…there are much better universities in Bangalore if anyone wants to join but don't get scammed by joining here

One of the worst job. I got hired has counselor in this university later on I have not got any of the official credentials from there side. They have not even given any credentials. If I go and ask HR they says wait for some days. Without biometric how can they pay the salary? One of there biggest scam is they will take original marks card from us if we leave the job they tell us to pay 1 month salary which they have offer. When it comes to the work nobody will guide you and there is no training at all. All they tell is to check the website and learn from it. And later they will give some mock call unless and untill you clear they will not give you the credentials. It's really waste of time going here. I have given the original marks card just for that I'm going. Never ever join here for job.

Awesome campus I did my master’s program, I had an enriching and transformative experience that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The program's curriculum was well-structured and comprehensive, striking the right balance between theoretical concepts and practical application. Apart from curriculum they are lot of forums are there for extra cultural activities to show case our talents and skills. Also, you can enjoy lots of fun. Faculty are very good and we are very happy to communicate with them all.our branch and UG branch faculties they will help you in any problems, they guide you in our studies.

There are best placements provided by the college and the placements are coming from the top most companies the best opportunity gets where they will check our best result and the best placement takes us

Biggest scam happened with me when i took admission in Jain Online.
The biggest mistake I've done in my life is taking admission in this Jain Business University
They are teaching us Business and making their Business from us.
I mean when I took admission in Jain, these people promised a lot of things. Regular classes, skill development. Most important Placement assistance.
Do you really think at this point that a University, in which I dedicated myself fully in the first semester, giving exam honestly in front of camera (which I later came to know that it was just a formality because, many students didn't even switched on the camera and took advantage by cheating through online resources)
Do you even checked that weather they have taken any single action against anyone for giving exam by unfair means?

Okay let's forget about this
They declared the results of examination after a long long time. Even the most toughest exam of India, UPSC CSE declare their results punctually. But these people didn't bother about anything except money.
We started our session in last year September
Now it's Nearby September 2023 and we aren't even completed with the second semester.
And these money makers are asking for the fees of third semester so punctually.
It's really ridiculous.
I'm sharing all this because when I raised my concern they didn't even bothered through it. Because this is happening with only me right?
You all have made an informed choice.
I got admission In this Fake University through an another bullishit mediator Upgrad.

I've make my decision.
I will not pay any single panny to them now.
Let them keep my hard earned money with them

I know it's a fool choice to waste all money spent on semester one.
But I will think that I have donated that amount to these beggars who are just playing with the future of students and ruining their careers.
I come from a farmer family and I know the value of money.
If you guys know it too then do something now otherwise you will repent after 1 year like me.

The 'Deemed to be University' tag of Jain will be removed by government sooner.

During children's day they didn't allow me inside the class bad admins they only listen to big boys so ya and bsc staff members aren't helpful university don't support students and they take advantage of the students of they want to allow students back to classes they want to be with their guardians even tho they know how good and capable they only want money they don't care about students education i don't recommend anyone and addmission of CS in 6th floor Viharika she only knows how to waste students year and cancel admission and transfer certificate and migration certificate process is long and to get it u will have to wait 2 weeks but teachers and food services are great

I was talking management lady is not responding properly so much attitude they don't even care once they get paid

It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. Apart from a few dorky professors who have no idea about what they're teaching, it was one hell of an experience doing MBA in here!

It's such type of very bad university, A lot of bad behaviour expect International students, what they told they're not provided their facility don't come International students Jain University. It's totally hell our life.

My daughter is studying 2nd pu in this college (current year). There is absolutely no communication between students & teachers.everything is conveyed to the students in the last minute.it could be regarding college timings (this year they have changed three times the college timings & every week we had to get used to the new timings). They give holidays for festival, but conduct online classes the entire holidays as they have not finished the portions. What's the point.you might as well conduct regular classes. Very disappointed with the organization, no proper notes given to the students.

By any chance if you are thinking of taking up their online MBA courses, please drop it and look for better college! They advertise a lot but thats it.there's literally 0% student support. They only know to contact you when fee is due! No matter how many times you sent them mails or even call them either they do not respond at all or they have no idea about what you are enquiring and keep transferring you to different departments until you get frustrated and give up, i would say govt offices work better than them!

I wanted to do PGDM in Psychology and I got to know Jain university has this particular course. I opted for a loan from liquid loans which is tied up with the university.
The support team is pitiful. I had been following up from a month regarding the start of the course, contact person details, etc. Also that my loan was deducted for 3 months and I had not received the receipt for the installments. I was skeptical if the amount deducted from my account was reaching them or not. They do not respond to your calls nor to your messages on Whatsapp. I finally lost my temper and I ended up making many calls. That’s when they gave me an email ID and I have not received any response to the questions I had asked even on the mail.
I finally had to cancel the course and request for a refund. The executive had informed that Rs. 1000 would be deducted as the processing fees and the remaining amount will be paid to you. But again I received the refund with short of Rs. 7000. I have had a awful experience with Jain University along with losing my money. I tried reaching them to understand on the basis of deduction and they asked me to talk to Jayanagar branch office. When I called them to check when to visit the Jayanagar office, they said they will call back and they haven’t reached me out from a week.

I will never recommend this university to any one for sure.

This college is a scam. I had joined their online MBA course and paid nearly 1 lac fees after which they cancelled my admission on the basis of lack of essential documents. Thereafter they didn't respond to my calls or emails, talked rudely and never gave me back my money. Their accredition of deemed to be should be taken off as they are no way qualified to be named one. The reviews show this college's true colours yet they've never taken a step to repay any of the student back.
This college will always be the worst to me. Shame on the college, the management and their personnel.

Situated near famous Ragi Gudda Temple in Jayanagar 9th block. Access to the campus by road is little crampped. Parking space available. Public transport facility available till 9 th block and the campus is within walkable distance.

My opinion as someone who came for a day is very poor. Large clean campus.
I saw a man claiming to be HoD threatening a parent who complained about not letting vehicles of entrance exam participant. They had to cone running all the way from the distance especially poor kids who were at cut-off time. Some jr. Staff were understanding but the arrogance of this faculty might represent the institution.
The institute is too far for most folks.
Toilets have soap bowls but no soap. Leaky faucets.
Resources were average. Students have study artria but they are echo a lot and noisy.
Very large Cafeteria/mess that's dim and smoky and food looked unappetising.

College is like apartment right next to an actual apartment then only reasons boys get into this college is because of girls and girls who join here are confused so works for everyone but sadly no girls are single I’ll post an update if I find any single girls.

It's good college and people who are really interested and willing to study have a great opportunity here but the one who wants to get spoilt have tho all factors there is no correct timetable and attendence.the thing I liked is washrooms and facilities are highly graduated and it's greatfull.

I am currently in my sophomore year.
Semester exam Haven't conducted yet but every single day they are touchering us for paying 3rd year fees.

We got all the worst teachers and management in Jain.

PLEASE Don't come to this college ever.

IT'S A NIGHTMARE.
It's a FRAUD.

All they care about is MONEY (that too in advance) even during pendemic situation and they won't let you write exam if you didn't pay.

I am currently in my 5th sem of BCA.
They asked for 100% fees (already have paid 70% but they want ALL).
Like seriously? We aren't even done with internals.

Terrible experience with the admission dealing staff. I thought they were gonna conduct the JET exam for admission and that's the main reason I applied in the first place. Now they says there's not going to be an entrance test. They just conducted an interview which I didn't even have time to prepare and I messed it up. Maybe the application was a mistake.

The director of this institution is a person without any moral in his own life who treats students without any dignity, Think twice while joining such places where the dean itself is a creep who questions personality of the students. BEST OF LUCK

Pu and clg certificate are issued late and they are not fast enough to issue it and electronic uses such as switch, fans are not working properly most of them are damaged they doesn't repair it on time cls lecture are bit of less understanding expecting more from them

This is one of the best university in Bangalore. They have temperature checkpoint at main entrance. The faculty and environment is really good. In my opinion jain university is the one of best universities in Bangalore and best college to do your UG and PG.

As I am currently studying in jain college It's really fun studying. Both in Adacemics as well as other activities may be sports or other forums given from the college and also the campus is so lively. We can explore ourselves and get an exposure to new things and learn something new everyday. When it comes to faculty they are so friendly and supportive to us.

One of the best university in Banglore, Teaching staffs are excellent, the amount of knowledge they possess is immense.

I am studying B. COM in JAIN university from 2020-23. The college experience is very good and the faculties are good.

I am a student at jain university. The faculties here are really friendly and interactive. The college also has good records in extra curricular activities and encourages student to go for it. The college can had good management but can improve it.

Jain University is one of the best colleges in India. The teaching here is amazing. The courses taught well. The opportunities they give are really good. Placements are amazing here. It creates an exceptional space for an enhanced learning experience. The vibrant culture of the University has embraced innovation, and its entrepreneurial perspective encourages students, staff, and faculty to challenge convention, lead discovery and explore new ways of learning.

The university has given me the chance to partake in a number of co-curricular activities in terms of participating in business fests within and outside college and organizing College fests by being part of of the Student Council.

Im studying B. Com honors in jain university jayanagar. One of the best institution I've chosen is what i feel now being a final year student. Timings are very flexible and mix bag of crowd. A lot to learn on the process being a student. Yes, offcourse i had the best days of my college life here.

Jain university is very supportive of athletes. We need this kind of university which not only focuses on traditional practices but also gives opportunities to students who want to give a chance for their sports career which in my experience other institutions lack.

Experienced professors provide lecture which helps us understand the subject quite easily, provide good opportunities to all individuals for the placements and also provides the platform for individuals to choose their interest and pursue the same.

The university looks great and also classes are so good that it is comfortable to listen. The teachers teaches very good. Thank you for all who are all teaching good.

Jain University is one of the best universities of Bangalore.
Here the placements are amazing and there are many co-curricular activities in which one can take part. It follows a good Culture as a whole.

I'm studying 3rd of b.com Honners. Everything was good about this college. Like good placements, experienced faculties.

Amazing college the classes are handled pretty well even during covid period helping us cope with studies, teachers are super friendly almost that it's hard to say whether they are students or teachers.

Jain University is a good college for Bachelors and Masters. The faculty or staff is excellent at their work, they make classes interesting and interactive. The level of knowledge of teachers is quite high and they know a lot of real world.

Pros:
1)  Good placements as many companies come for campus placements.
2) Posh classrooms.
3)  JGI ventures and their programs.
4) Mixed bag of crowd majorly rich and upper middle-class.
5) The brand name "Jain University" has decent reputation in corporate circles.
6) Good number of canteens and clean washrooms!

Cons:
1) "Costliest fees". Only Money minded.  Everything is super costly here!
2) Leaving a very very few,  Majority of the staff are bad, Very young as they have just graduated, lack passion, Severe lack of knowledge and no real compassion to teach at all!
3) The management is really bad. They should first learn management instead of teaching us!
4) The Admin section is like a typical government office!
5) People here in every dept.act like they are doing us a charity by doing their work as they communicate really unprofessional and rude!
6) Not all facilities or programs promised during admission are provided. Everything is charged separately even after charging an exorbitant amount of fees!  The brand name of Jain University is slowly fading and corporates are rapidly backing off!
7) Not an environment to learn with zeal.  No motivation whatsoever is provided by the college.  "99% of the people" who come here are either heavy rich with dad's money or people with no aim or ambition.
