Food is good but on a little expensive side.

Staff is very polite and offer you a very much comforting environment.

Maybe due to the Covid era some dishes were not available.

They serve both Alacarte and Buffet.

Here is my reviews:
1. Food quality is average - If you are a good food lover then I believe it's not for you. I have heard from my friends that the other branch near Marathalli is good as compare to "Jalso Gold".
2. Ambient is good.
3. If I have to compare food and it's price then I would say price is higher.

Amazing restaurant! We celebrated 14th Feb here! They have very good staff which is their best asset! Apart from that, they have good food both in terms of quality and taste.

Jalsa gold is quite big space for family dinner. Ambience is great. Value for money. Staffs are cordial. Food is tasty. Main course on buffet can be better

I visited this place on our anniversary. I must say, I have no regrets. Amazing hospitality. Quite spacious and good for family dining.
We had veg and non-veg buffet. The food is yumm, but limited options for veg starters.

Excellent food! One of the few buffet where starter, main course and desert was great.
Each and every item tasted great.
Prawn chilly, Pepper chicken, pizza, Amritsar fish fry were great. Mutton, chicken and egg dishes were also flavourful.
Deserts need a special mention. Carrot halwa and gulab jamun were delicious. Mousse and flavoured curd were great as well. Loads of pastries to try from.
Great place to take pics as well and ambience was awesome. Must visit.

Expensive food but placed in a nice area good connectivity. The hotel look and ambience is amazing. If you are really hungry I would suggest you to go to buffet system where you can try variety of things. Over weekend try to use Zomato or any other online booking system to reserve your seat else it's a bit difficult to get your seat.

It is golden based theam Hotel. A very different ambience. Uniform of staff is as that of a Rajasthan pattern. Turbans are made available to customers to add a fun. People put these turbans and click a lot. The menu is good and with normal price. Food is tasty. Service is good. Staff is polite.

Loved the food.a good hangout place with friends and family. Friendly staff who took special care of my kids requirements.

Nice place with lots of varieties at a very reasonable price. You will get discounts automatically if the number of people dining is more than 10.

Good gold theme restaurant.with happy go lucky staff.enjoyed a lot.gave 4 stat because I think in veg rice side they have very less options.

The theme of the restaurant is good. From outside it does not look so good. We had ordered buffet. The buffet items were less but tasted good. The service is very slow. Repeat orders take time. Only vanilla ice cream is available without any toppings. The prawn machurian was one of the best item which I had here.

That was an awesome experience with jalsa: D welcome drinks, startes were just yummy.staff is courteous, ambience is good too.over all good experience.

Very good selection of starters. Didn't feel like buffet as they served everything. Some of main course were bit sour. Everything else was great.

Ambience is quite different and nice. Waiters were wearing turbans and it was giving quite an iranian feel. Had their buffet but the choices were very limited. No black lentils were there. Got a little disappointed with it.

They have a huge selection of items in the starters and deserts. Not a huge variety of main course items.
I liked most of the starters, but it has become too common with most of the buffet places. This place also does not have anything out of the box offerings.

Nice ambience, with the feel of a royal place. Long wait for tables shows popularity of the place. Food tastes good, but was disappointed with the serving size. Very few chicken pieces in gravy, hardly sufficient for two. Would rate one star higher if this is taken care of.

Good Veg lunch which includes unlimited starters, soft drinks, soup and buffet main courses. They have good desert section as well. Worth a try.

I recently visited this place.i like the way it is decorated as completely gold color policing all around the restaurant. You can get both buffet as well as the dining. I loved the behavior of the staffs, they are dressed up as a staff of any palace quiet interesting to see that. Coming to the food’s taste is great. Good to come with family or groups.

We went to this restaurant for team lunch on 13/NOV/2018, the quality of service was pathetic.for were served cold not even warm enough to consume.

Cleanliness is not up to the mark.

Starters were very oily and cold.

Seems very less number of servers, so your request will not be heard.main-course is also bad.

Buffet is not worth the cost you pay!

Not quite noticable from the road, situated on the 3rd floor of the building. A royal place. Authentic north Indian restaurant. Quality of veg food is equally good.

Good ambience, very good on table service. The starters are tasty especially the non veg starters. I personally didn't enjoy veg starters. All starters served on table. The buffet is average in both spread as well in taste.

It's horrible experience. I advise you not to ruin ur day going here. Staff behavior is so rude and food is worst, taste is secondary it is not even served hot. Cost is very high for the fud wat they serve

Some of the food was too salty and replaced at no extra cost. Bill had an error. Ambience was not as good as the other jalsa which is far more colorful. But overall v had a good time.

Awesome place with nice ambiance, good food and superb service! Big thumbs up to the staff here they make u feel welcome. A great place for family dinners.

The place is just awesome. No words to describe the ambience and the hospitality.

The staffs are very helpful and if you want they will customise the dish as per your request.

I would like to suggest Jalsa owner to visit other buffet restaurant how nice and how tasty the food will be.the way your staff serve the food was like eat fast and get out even more faster all this happens when your food is pathetic in all departments including desert when you ask for ice cream they serve half scoop of ice cream.it’s such a huge disappointment for any foodie on weekend.

Starters amazing and excellent taste. Desserts are mouthwatering. Service is 5 star. Very quick service. Lots of variety food in buffet. Inside the way they made interior design is peaceful.

The restaurant has good ambience. The service is better than other places. Food is tasty (for my palate). It, also, has valet parking. And, it has both veg and non-veg options. Alcohol is available, too. This is fine dining restaurant, so, the prices are in the higher end. But, it is worth the price.
PS: - I did not find a chair accessible entrance. Maybe, I missed it. Please call the restaurant and enquire.

As soon as you enter the place, you are struck by the regal ambience of the place. Service is good, and not that difficult to find a place during weekends. The food isn't out of the world though, and not worth the price. Beware of the fancy sounding dishes, they are risky. Overall, do visit for the ambience. They even have turbans for you, to complete the experience

I had been there for lunch on a Sunday ofcourse it was my mistake too that I had not reserved it before but these guys make it available most of the times even if it's not and having this impression only I went with one of my friend who was very new to Bangalore and wanted to experience this restaurant but as we entered the man who handles the floor and takes the order was rude enough for us to leave at that moment and I am very much disappointed because even though there was place available but it was arranged for min 4 people at least so what do you people mean that if we are 2 in number than we shouldn't visit only I guess, don't only just see the profit part of urs but be loyal to your customer as well, and it's absolutely fine if we were not having a place but there is always a way of saying it and today if your treating us this way there are many restaurants out there where will get good service and definitely if someone asks me about your review I would not at all recommend coz of this worst experience and insult by that person and the friend of mine who had visited first time and wanted to go there said me clearly that I will never step again in this restaurant nor I'll recommend to anybody also about it.

Food is awesome.staffs are well behaved, they explain the details about the dish u order. U will get a ROYAL ambience. Very nice place to go with family. Avg cost for 2 person is 1500.salad, juice, papad are complimentaries they serve. Suggested. I love this place.

Grills are mediocre, chicken is little hard. Deep fried basa has no taste at all. Buffet spread is average and doesn't offer anything new, tastes average. Biriyani was ok, on request they serve you hot from kitchen. Staff is good.
They should improve on taste. Nowadays most of the restaurants serve similar food, what makes the difference is taste. I had been here twice. Quality has significantly detoriated.
