I had given one silk saree for printing since the border colour ran into the saree. The lady at the counter didn't give guarantee but made sure to inform the person concerned to take extreme care while printing as it was an old saree. She was happy to give me the saree in wonderful shape and not in pieces.

Had given an kurta with grease stains on it which was difficult to remove, but then the end result shocked me completely the grease stains vanished completely

Whenever I’ve come here, I’ve always had my work done well and they always do a good job and are always on time. Never had any issues with delays and the stuff is quite polite as well.

Been using them for 15 years. Never had a complaint. They also do darning. Once a cash-only place, they have recently started accepting online payments too.

Gave pant for drycleaning looks like as though they have just ironed the clothes without doing dryclean very bad service really unhappy with James bond did not expect this type of service from James bond jayanagar

Unprofessional darning person. Speaking very rudely, and cost also very high. I never suggest anyone. This is bad experience for me

Do yourself a favor and look for a different dry cleaner; they take ages (dry-cleaning process up to 10 days and in-store waiting times are also ridiculous) and my white shirts came back yellow. Plus, all the 5 star reviews are fake.

Pls I request all of you, be careful on your cloths. I have spoken to owner, pls check the attachment of what's app. They don't care for your emotional. Owner is asking a customer to have patience, approximatly 5000 INR jacket is been misplaced.in any industry do customer as patience? & this staffs is so much of attitude. & owner is cooling telling me to go ahead with consumer court, owner Yaseen is asking to get check with DOCTOR, this what customer treatment is

I had given 5 JACKETS, but they are able to find only 4. All my jackets were purchased from DUBAI & London. I hope they find my expensive jacket, BAD SERVICE

I wish there was an option to give negative rating. Worst service ever. The guy destroyed my T-Shirt which was given for dry wash. He’s expensive as well and the service is very bad. This is the second time he has destroyed my shirt. The first time he apologised and I was still ok as the shirt was in a condition where I could still wear it. But this time he completely ruined it and also refused to replace it. Very bad service. I would never ever give my clothes here.
