Torn bed covers were provided. The tiles of the washrooms were broken. No lift facility. Could not sleep due to the loud music from the pub downstairs.

A nice budget stay.there are so many good restaurants near by.for partying club (the edge) is adjacent to it.overall a nice place to stay for the weekend

They have ac non ac room ranging from 500 to 1200, good plc, if you need a club than ground floor you will find one

Very economical than other nearby Bar and Restaurants
Awesome chicken Biriyani available here for just 90 Rs for half. Tasty treat. Full for 170. Wow that's awesome right?

Old building.clean room and bathroom. Good service. Worth the money. Very much Helpful for people who come for consultation in KMC Manipal.walking distance for about 5 mins to hospital

Before the service used to be good but now its too slow. But the quality of food is very good. Tanddori and biryani over there is very good

Its no doubt cheap than others but it comes with other cost. The bathrooms are not clean. Ideal for group of boys looking for a night stay.it also has pool at the bottom floor and located near the main road so everything is available.

If u are in Manipal and u r the sort who will be at work from 9 to 6 n then come to room to change and then head outside to the pub or any joint, then think nothing but take the room here.
I am staying in a Non A. C Room for the last 2 days. The room is clean and no where as seen in some of the old post.

The staff is hospitable n I got a very clean towel unlike some other places where u get a Non A. C Room for 500/- and the towels are not of good quality. Even the bedsheets didn't have a single dirt. It is absolutely clean. What more can u ask for 500/- and the room is pretty big.

Yes, there was water over flowing a little in the commode constantly and that's a lot of water being wasted but the toilet is clean. For me the toilet insides matter a lot and it's brushed clean considering it's a old lodge.

I find it foolish to spend 1000/- bucks on a room staying in AC in winter when all I do is just to come and crash. And moreover am on a shoe string budget on my lodging expenses. I can spend the money on something else than a lavish room.

Well.all manipalians know about this place. Good for stay.low rates and cops free (if you know what i mean)
