Caution: Don't blindly approach any fertility center without understanding the reality. IVF can be a significant gamble, often exploited to extract money by manipulating the emotional aspect of having children.
I am giving this rating based on services what we experienced. We anticipated better services and never imagined that this would deplete our finances and make our lives miserable. We ran 10 years backwards financially because of this. That time somehow, we were able to borrow money here and for that amount we still have been paying interest, not able to clear yet. If same thing happens to poor, how they survive?
It's essential to note that "having kids without financial stability is not advisable. Ensuring the child's future in terms of education, debts, and other expenses after our demise is crucial for their well-being. "
We visited in the 2019, before Covid.
They quoted a high price, included the egg donor's cost, they told us would find a suitable donor, but they failed to show us the Donar on that promise.
They prescribe an excessive amount of medication, leading to a significant increase in costs.
Premature delivery (7th month, 1-2 weeks) attributed to medications, whether intentional or inadvertent, was disregarded by medical professionals who neglected to investigate the root cause of premature births.
They conduct numerous tests consistently, reassuring that everything is fine. However, the repeated occurrence of premature deliveries raises doubts about the accuracy of these tests. Every time they said "all good". If all good why pre-mature delivery happened? , This happened not only for us, who undergone same IVF, same hospital.
Once pre-mature delivery trigger, they have to send to NICU (at that time they don't have any NICU) which they tied up.
For our case all together 26L gone for this NICU and For C-section 1.5L and we lost 1 baby 84 days later. For IVF including medicine, transportation etc.altogether costs 5L
This doctor told she live near the NICU hospital, assuring updates and visits when needed. However, she never visited or questioned the hospital. Due to a surgeon's mistake on 2nd week caused baby's death on 84th day, added me so much bill to me. Her office staff spoke to us after the baby's death only. Despite NICU doctors mentioning forwarding updates to your doctor like that, we received no communication from this doctor.
I have payment receipts, test reports, everything preserved safely for reference.
Hands down the best doctor. The confidence she gives you throughout the process is very good. Dr Shwetha understand the problem very precisely and treats them. We are are extremely happy with the positive outcome from treatment, looking forward to welcoming our little one!

Dr. Shwetha is very kind and find out issues perfectly. She spread positive vibes always. She trained all her staff members well to treat patients kindly. Appointment fixing is well planned in advance always. I haven't wait much time to see doctor. She suggests only required medicines. She didn't force anyone to IVF immediately.
