I have purchased steam bath recently from Mittal Buildtek RR nagar. Horrible and pathetic experience from Jaquar people in installation and response to me. It took 33 days inspite of paying full amount well in advance. I want to take name especially Mr. Rishav who is head for enclosure doesn’t know how to speak to the customer when I have contacted him and he doesn’t take responsibility being manager. I have reported to his senior manager Mr. Arun kumar also but still he didn’t took action on Mr. Rishav. It was overall a horrible team of Jaquar who does for steam installation. Lot to say and if any one need proof contact me will provide. Jaquar team will take money for installation. Be careful while taking choosing Jaquar for steam bath, product is good but team is hopeless

People don’t bother to call back potential customers. Their contact number always unreachable. Don’t send quotation for list of fittings, which are finalized by customer. Pathetic Experience. Employees doing government jobs here.

They only serve people of great stature like film actors and chief ministers. They don't entertain common men of bangalore even if you want to buy their products. Its quite obvious that their after sales service will be pathetic, with such an hi headed attitude.

Please check before going they don’t even update their timings. We reached and they were closed citing we closed early because of some function.

Worst experience. Not at all bothered about customers. We have gone to see sanitanyware and cp fittings for our 4 houses. No one was interested to show and explain. After waiting for half an hour finally a person has shown us and noted our requirement. It's been 4 weeks and till date we haven't received a quote. Made n number of calls and in vain.

This place is literally an experience. You can get to see and feel all Jaquar merchandise at one place. The Jaquar employees are super helpful and walks you through all the available solutions.

Poor customer service, spent 30+ minutes but literally no one turned up to explain and stepped out as unhappy customer

People don't attend to u even though it's an experience centre they don't give u a good experience

Must visit for the one who is planning for the plumbing work for their house. We were attended by Mr. Rajesh.he made our job easy with his excellent recommendations of fittings and accessories.

Worst team and service. Don't even think of purchasing jaquar as they are having the worst dealers in bangalore. Particularly sandeep ceramics is the worst to procure material as they take money and will not deliver the material. This jaquar orientation center person will send you to this sandeep ceramics who used to have their office at ramamurthy nagar and yelahanka. So dont even think to visit sandeep ceramics to purchase and better avoid jaquar as they have worst dealers.

Extremely rude, bad customer service. Very unresponsive.
We called the Jaquar Orientation Centre to enquire about the availability of a product that we found in the Jaquar catalogue but could not source via a dealer. After the call was passed through several hands we were given a contact to call. When we called he told us he was driving and to message him the details which we did. 24 hours later there was no response. We then called the Orientation Centre and requested to speak with a manager. He asked what the call was about and when we said this was a customer service related issue, the manager said that 'customer service' happens post making a purchase so this was not a 'customer service' issue. This comment was rude and uncalled for. Customer Service is when any interested person/party makes contact and enquires about your service/product and you in turn do your best to provide service. If you cannot 'service' potential customers may be you will not have future 'customers'. A few people called us to supposedly follow up with our enquiry and the final contact we were given never did get back to us. One future customer lost for sure.

I give 2 ratings for the below reasons:
1. There were no responses since we visited the centre, neither from their bathroom fittings department nor from their lighting department.
2. Lighting department was knowledgeable and explained us in detail, but bathroom fittings department was not showing much interest in explaining details.

It was a wonderful and enriching experience when my wife and myself visited the orientation centre. We happened to meet the area sales manager Mr Shivshankar there. He patiently heard of our requirements and showed us all the products over an hour which our architect had suggested. He then made some very small subtle changes with a differential (small) cost which enhance the beauty and aesthetic of the product. This gave us a lot of satisfaction and ensured that we buy the product from your company. In addition we came to know of the solar pump which was to be addressed to our list of products as a one stop solution. Kudos to Mr. Shivashankar for his genuine efforts and in helping us to reach our decision.

I visited Jaquar Orientation Centre in TaskerTown, Bangalore. I was well received and comforted by the staff.
Later MS. Srithara took me on the orientation tour and helped me select the right item. The detailed quote was sent promptly as promised by her.
She was very thorough with the products and provided me adequate information about each product which made my life easy with the selection.

Purchased Jaguar bath tub based on recommendations by Jaguar sales team. Highly untrained professionals. It has been six months that I purchased the bathtub. Installation is yet to be completed and few accessories are missing even after paying for everything. Every time i try to get it installed there is a new nuisance. Definitely not up to the mark when it comes to high end wellness products.

I’ve had come to this place far from 200kms and You’ve mentioned that experience centre is opened till 6: 30.
I was there exactly at 6 and your watch man rudely behaved and did not allow us to get in.
He said that the centre closes by 6 and shall not let us in unless we know someone inside.
Are you people crazy? After surviving so much of traffic and reaching out there your staff behaves like this and send us back.
Do you even think people would be thinking to for your brand?

Expressed my interest online for an visit to their experience Center. It was well followed up with calls and the schedule to visit was fixed.
At the experience Center, the available sales team was over occupied due to higher foot? Fall.
We were on our own, viewed the items, made some points and left.
Later we got to know that they had Jaquar light in upper floors.
All in all, the experience was not good.
Wide variety of items were on display, worth watching.

Regret to have purchased Jaguar Geyser, 3 Nos, logged complaint on 31/12/2019 for two units not working, No. 01167723 and was in wait mode for lead times for spares, recalled on 31/12/2019 to inform than technician has come and spares are required, work is not completed, also clearly mentioned do not close the call, started followup on 11th Jan 2021, the attendant confirmed technician coming on 12th, no show on 12th despite followups, but attendant reassured again 13th, later all the while the attendant was only promising in the air, when i gave my complaint number and cross examined, beans came out that call was closed on 31/12/2019, based on satisfaction code given by me, actually stolen by the techician on 31/12/2020, referring to complaint codes in my mobile, attendant finally confirmed 14th Jan- technician will attend, surprisingly the same technician calls me today 14th and gives me more execuses, dates, ping pong with office/technicians, so this clearly indicates and poor quality of handling complaints, i have agreed for final deadline of 15th Jan 2020, for Jaguar to resolve and my family have a good hot bath, beyond 15th Jan if the problem is not resolved i will be going full on with legal actions at any cost even 10 times of the product values and further resport to maximum viral public media postings. Regret all my other wellness fittings are Jaquar,
Big mistake for following Jaquar brand.

Good store with all safety precautions and very good amenities including disposable gloves. Sales person also have good knowledge and cater to your needs.

It is OK. Products Display is less.

There is no live demo for the product performance, you can't feel or see the performance of any of the product. I like to have the body jet in my bathroom, but I can not able to decide without knowing the performance of the product like output force.

Good sales team, have good knowledge on the product.understands customer requirement and suggested proper product and explained properly. Display center has excellent collection. Must visit premium collection in the first floor. You get some idea from there setup.

Careless and frustrating call centre team. I called them few days prior to double confirm whether they are open on 14/1/2021. They even sent a confirmation message: “Thank you for contacting Jaquar. Your call reference number is 691919 Your appointment with our Bathroom expert is fixed on 14/01/2021. ” It was frustrating to see their showroom closed that day. Such a waste of time. We are extremely pleased with the quality of service provided to us by Mr. Shivshankar from Jaquar Orientation Centre. We had bought all bathroom fittings from Jaquar for all 3 of our bathrooms - commodes, rain and hand showers, water mixers, bathroom partitions and even the brush holders and towel hangers. Mr. Shivshankar had helped us choose every item based on our choice and budget and get the best deal. Further, for any slight problems that we faced post installation of the products, we would always reach out to Mr. Shivshankar for help and he would promptly ensure that a technician would visit our premises to take care of the issues. So, overall, it has been a great experience with Jaquar till now - both from a quality as well as service point of view. And a special thanks to Mr. Shivshankar for all his kind help.

My experience was so-so. The person who guided us through the bathroom section was not in a mood to explain the range of products. The person in the lighting section was very good and hence the second and third stars.

Total waste of our time.we were told there will be live display of bath tubs with all models. But hardly 3 bath tubs were there. Catalog are available with dealers also. Y we should go all the way there. Person explained also was not very impressive in explaining. Actually we had decided to buy jaguar only, after seeing their attitude re thinking.

The showroom person showed us and explained all the products very patiently and would recommend others to buy Jaguar products, as it tops in quality

This is the place to go if you need information on jaquar accessories. It is a demo centre for all their materials. They do not sell their product here. As the name suggests this is just an orientation centre for people to visit and to have a clear picture about all the products they offer. If you need to finalise on anything they then connect you to their dealers as well.

Seldom do I rate 5 stars! This deserves to be in that elite list.

Jaquar orientation center has A to Z products under a single roof, best part above that is that handful of them are live. So you can behold, feel and experience them.

I would like to highlight Ms. Supreetha who did a commendable assistance as a representative here. She not only explained all my queries meticulously with a smile. But she further helped me in enlightening and deciding which products would suit my specifications and requirement. Service is truly exemplary with such passionate people.

Ambience and interiors of this center gives it majestic and royal look.

Recently visited this orientation centre and realised the staff was least interested in explaining and selling products. Ms. Anita, one of the sales rep, was busy chatting with her colleagues. Though Jaquar has put up a good product range but all in vain due to demotivated staff; sad to see that company is ignorant on customer service.

If you want to use Jaquar fittings (best and not very heavy on your purse fittings) come here first before heading to your local Jaquar dealer. Practically everything they have are on display here. The costier fittings are on the first floor, and lightings on the 2nd floor. Their representative was quite helpful.

It has all the parts of Jaguar fittings, if it's not available they arrange it in a few days. The customer service is good and prompt. The owner of the shop is also very helpful in explaining the parts and it's working. Jaguar parts are costly but the effectiveness is long lasting and feels good to use.

Horrible staff. No attention given to the customers, staff (Pradeep M, in my case) constantly distracted with other work.

Absolutely no regard for customer’s time. I was told a technician would meet me at my apartment at 11AM today (02.04.2019), but even after repeated calls, they have failed to do so. Wasted 2 hours waiting for them. Very disappointed in MR. Vadiraj and team.

We went there for bathroom fittings for our home. They have great presentation and have wide range of Jaquar products. The products are expensive. Showroom people explain about the products and it's features.

Great place to find your requirement. Staff is not supportive. Hardly any response for the quotation after visit. Rather visit nearest local shop.

They have a good collection and a great presentation but I think they could do with better with their sales folks. We went there for bathroom fittings for our home. We were shown around and a quote given (INR three hundred thousand +). And that is about it. No other info on how to go about with the order placement, where we can place the order etc. I called them back for recommendation of any dealers where we could buy and they said they will send the details soon. I haven't heard from them again. I guess three hundred thousand business is no business for them. Its is indeed sad to see a reputed brand not having the right people with the right attitude.

They have good showroom and have every variety of Jaquar products. Although they have showroom, they don’t sell products.

Very good experience centre. I was specifically looking for bath tub with Jacuzzi and bath glass partition. Very good collection and got very nice and technical help from madam

Good place for sanitary and bathroom fitting. I place to start with if some one have no idea from where to start.

Display and options are good, but quality of products and after sales is very bad.
1) One of the glass doors of the shower enclosure broke within 6 weeks - in spite of several followups, no response from here or the dealers.
2) Lot of difference in the quality of 2 (same) units we have. One has clear glass as was promised, the other is all frosted. We have seen local vendors give better quality glass partitions.

There are better brand options like Ess Ess (Asian paints brand) in terms of product and service.
