Java Hills Estate Homestay

Probably the worst homestay. Indifferent owner. Does not respond to phone calls once payment is made. No adequate staff for the price charged. Place infested with leeches. Very poor access.

Awesome place with home away from home kind of feeling. Rooms are spacious. Huge bathroom. Spacious common area and balcony. They served scrumptious food. The stuffs are very friendly and helpful. The place has its own lush green open space which is a refreshing one.

Almost perfect few minor challenges in terms of food availability but eh place itself is extraordinary and maintenance is okay

It was an excellent stay. We were around 20 members as a family trip. Hospitality is best and the food was awesome. The property owner was reachable anytime we ask for help. He was kind enough to help us with anything we need during the stay. Location is beyond expectation. Definitely a Go to place again.

Rooms are good
Food is average and nothing close as per expection of Yummy Kodava Food.

The caretaker lady is not welcoming/pleasant/smiling at all. We suffered with shortage of hot water in chilling cold weather.

The owner who lives in Bangalore (harsha) is definitely nice guy, but u don't get to see him.
Other person is there at hotel who is also not much welcoming.

BIGGEST DRAWBACK: LOCATION.
If u come to live here without your own vehicle then you r badly messed up.
Bcoz everytime u want to go to city then it will atleast cost u 200 to 250 rs one side.
They provide complimentary breakfast n dinner but if u want to have lunch then there is no nearby hotel.

The "estate" have nothing much to see during your stay.
So avoid it

One of the best moments in Coorg in between coffee plantation place. Such a nice surrounding & ambience. Food provided was also very hygiene & fresh & very tasty. Overall the room was truely amazing to live in.

Very relaxing stay. The food was yummy. Have enjoyed every moment of it.
