Nice place inside thr city for kids, kids can enjoy train, boating and many other rides.

Staff is very humble and in weekends heavy crowd, but the staff is serving everyone.

All official members are very good behavior, very kind. Maintaining the crowd is not easy, they are doing very best.

Tickets and riding fares are good.

Only 4 wheel parking is high 80 rupees they charge which is more than your amusement park charges.

Could be maintained a lot better! Crowd is not that huge as it appears, it is just that it is not managed well!

Toy train ride is good but had to wait approximately for an hour to get the feel of it!

Couldn't do the boat ride as it seemed overly crowded due to the lack of boats!

The best place in Bangalore to visit for kids as well as adults. Instead of taking the kids to a closed play area and take them to this place. This is a well maintained place and they charge very less charges.

We enjoyed the toy train and Boating it was worth the price. But not on weekends as we should wait 2 hrs in queue for both the toy train and Boating.

Please note this park (Jawahar Bal bhavan) is currently closed due to Covid.
As this is not mentioned clearly anywhere, I wasted my trip from Hibbal to this place.
Security told us that it will be opened on 1st Jan 2021.
Anyway Cubbon park is operational, so you can visit that place.

It is closed due to Corona. We went there on Sunday during Diwali but found closed. Looks good place for kids to enjoy.check before going if that is sole purpose of visit for your kids.

They have train ride for Rs. 20 per adult and Rs. 10 per child. It's a 5 min cute train ride around the area. The area has several rides for kids like rocking boat, tiny roller coaster ride, disco dancer ride and massive kids play area. You can also buy pop corn, beverages. A skating ring can be also seen here.

With entry fee of 20Rs, this govt maintained kids park is worth a visit.nice beautification, train, roller coaster and other games along with kids slide makes it awesome place for kids.

Nice, Very nice place to enjoy with kids on weekends, we can take train ride and lot of play zones, there are lot of place to spend time with family and kids, near by there is hotel and snacks points to have something in break.there is toilets and they will maintain clean. Out side of this, there is full traffic on weekends while going back to home it will take time.

There were more than 300 children come from different schools in busses from far of places and waiting at the gate from 0930 hrs on Dec 6th2018 today. The notice board said it opens at 1030 and holiday on mondays. Children waited and waited but the gates did not open. All went back. It is really pathetic and a shame for the Govt of, Karnataka. The management has. To be screwed for the same.

Nice place for the kids to enjoy. Government should improve the ambience and facilities. Restaurant option is very very less only one Maura Bal bhavan but food is good. Car parking charges are huge Rs. 80 apart from that any game like Toy Car or Swing or Saucer its Rs. 20 for adult and Rs. 5 for kids age less than 8. Overall its good

We tried Columbus with my kid where she enjoyed a lot. Planning should be like half day for cubbon park and another half for Bal bhavan, so you can utilise the entire day

The Toy Train Ride was fun - Govt should invest more into modernizing it
We visited last March, 2017 with family members - kids included. We all loved the toy train ride. And the landscape was such - undulating, over a little bridge. It was indeed fun. Such unadulterated joy was also for a nominal fee of Rs. 15-25 per head. Felt govt should do more for a better upkeep of the surrounding. The little bridge had a smelly ditch underneath. The park, which has such a large space in this prime location, should also be cleaner.

Nevertheless, a lovely spot for children to unwind during the weekends. There are a lot of rides and generally a lot of space for their fun & frolic

One of the spacious park for kids with toy train and many rides. Authorities should focus on the maintenance of whole park, many rides are not in usable condition. Boats seen in pathetic condition. Few rides are functioning, play areas are quite large in size. It would be a paradise for kids if respective authorities sincerely address the issues and retain the good fame of park.

This heritage park definitely requires an upliftment from the concern organisation

Very poor management. Lunch break is suppose to be from 1.30 to 2.00 pm. We had to wait till 2.30. The lady did it even have the courtesy to accept her mistake. The management needs to.look into this. Else this is a reasonably good place with little more attention needed for maintenance.

A nice place to visit with your kids. All can enjoy a wonderful toy train ride, kids play area. Neatly maintained. But littered by the people carelessly. Experience the cool ambient place with the age-old trees. Surely a place must visit with kids.

Visited the place inside Cubbon Park recently. Must have been a better place when started. Definitely lacking in maintenance. The rate charged for the 'joker train" (compared to the other train ride) is not fully justified. Children play equipments need better maintenance and upkeep to attract them. The only restaurant, inside the complex, run by KTDC serves lot of items, but quality could be much better. Overall it is a good place to engage small kids

Nice place to explore, play area filled with lots of different outdoor games, few games like in amusement park too are available, food and toilet facilities are good. Overall superb experience.

Good fun park for kids with toy train.and some more rides. They charge 20 for adult per ride and 5 for kid.it can be maintained a lot more.

Food canteen is present there but the taste is not up to the mark.

Nice place for kids and even for family for one day outing. Good park and play area. Kids will love the toy train a lot. A aquarium with lot of fishes also there. Definately a picnic spot with family and friends.

This place is pretty awesome like just for a garden troll and it actually is not quite the place for nature lovers. I just visited the place and i did not like the place. I actually went there for an amazing view may be with the place full of plants, but actually I found cubbon park only suitable for people who want to go out for a troll in the garden and may be as a love point especially. This place looks best like a love point. If you just enter through the gate near the vidhana soudha, high court and vikasa soudha, you can see a place in direct view of a place filled with lovers and may it be it is the best point for lovers.

Located inside Cubban Park. This place truly captures the feelings of Pandit Nehru regarding Children of India. Here kids are being Welcomed by a Train ride which covers the whole periphery of the Bal bhawan including two bridges and one tunnel. In addition one mini version of The great wall of China is also there to enjoy. One break dance ride and one more paid ride is also there for the kids to enjoy. One ice cream bar is also there to enjoy cold drinks, juices n ice cream. Clean n maintained toilets are also there though you have to pay charges. Yet the facility is good n clean one. Overall an enjoyable place.

No proper maintainance & got only train & swing to play with kids. Government should focus on this so that it got lots of place to expand the games to play for children including boating

Very good scenery at the middle of Bangalore city. Perfect hang out place a family with small kids. Bal Bhavan is inside Cubbon park. It has a nice kids play area, toy train and some rides. Nice place to relax for adults. Enjoyed the place very much. Just be careful about parking. My car was trapped at parking and no one was there to help remove other vehicles. Had to wait till other guys came and took their vehicles)

Best place for one day visit with your kids in bangalore, but they should improve the kids toys and other replace old material into new.
