I went first time here there is no proper direction here for Registration. We changed 2 lines

One of the best Hospital run by Karnataka government, you can avail all kinds of treatments related to health. The staff treats kindly and very careful enough regarding patient health. You can get treatment by different kinds of health insurances and socially backward people with the government schemes hats up to management and staff

Hospital which as supportive life line for poor heart patients. Hospital maintained very well. It will be so helpful if patients have BPL (Bellow Poverty Level. Card which is issued by Govt of Karnataka). Treatment is really good and more worth then the money you spend. Bit crowded always.

Had an illusion till visit thinking that its services may be in line with any Government Hospital/s. I was proved wrong when I visited New OPD block for a Master health check up. Turnover time need improvement at Registration counter specially at morning hour/s. Barring that attitude, service and timelines from every concerned staff was excellent and deserve my appreciation. Hats off to relentless service these people extend under the able leadership of Director Dr. Manjunath sir.

I don’t recommend this hospital for those who looking for good care, complete explanation about diagnosis or response for your concern.

Here they do what they want to do. Doctor will not explain you, what has happened or what should be done. They will admit and they will be in there own world. If we ask anything only response we get is doctor will come, talk to him. Doctor will not be ready to speak with anyone. Such a worst service they provide.

It is second day in this hospital still we dono why we are here. Yesterday they told ECG shows mild heart attach need Angiogram. Today they are saying report is clear you can discharge, no Angiogram is required, looking at the same report. They haven’t done any test today. I am still wondering how this is possible.

Doctors are very good but nurses next to blood test ward very very worst please requesting management of Jayadeva please teach them how to behave with patient

A famous and a big hospital for heart ailments and other diseases. They saved many lives during Covid 19 pandemic and is in the heart of Bangaloru city.

The inner hospital staff is really amazing and also a very good hospital for cardiac arrest cases at an affordable cost. But only one bad thing i didn't like is, you have to wait in a long queue for a general OPD case. No proper system created for this. (Pictures attached).

But in terms of treatment, the best hospital in Bangalore.

About new out patient block.

It will take a whole day.

Worst service by staff.general ward is worst.no one is there to take care.name sake hospital in general ward. In iccu beds are not available. We came because of emergency. Others wise i will not recommend this hospital for sure.staff behaviour worst.they are shouting on everyone instead of doing there work. They are telling attendance to do their work.

Very good and economic hospital for cordial issues. Govt of Karnataka is providing yashaswini scheme for BPL card holders.

Best consultation and good treatment for heart ️ save life save these hospitals also release much funds from state and Central govt they are maintaing very good excellent hospitality

When compared to other hospitals this hospital gives treatment at lower cost, and added advantage for BPL card holders, but the main thing non standard and non of the nurses are professional they just quarrel in front of partients. For the sake of coming to the rounds doctors come and go (No Ethics)

I had a general OPD experience, I am content and happy with the service I received. It was far far better than the state run government hospitals with an affordable cost, for BPL card holders the cost is even lesser.

If you ask me, I'd suggest this hospital. The place is ambient too. My only complaint would be regarding the rudeness of some of the lower level staffs at registration counter, cash counter, security personnel etc.

The doctors and nurses were fine though.
