Best hospital for heart treatments, but staffs are horrible. You can’t get proper information from them. Always they make you to waste 2 hours by misguiding.

Hospital management should educate staffs about humanity and respect.

There is no adequete ventilation in OPD hall, plenty of people's gathers here, but no windows has been installed here. It is very tough to breath, please solve the problem by adding windows,

One of the worst services from the hospital. I have done MRI scanning on 8th December 2023 and the staff in duty at MRI scanning has informed that the report will get next day at 12pm. But when I visited on 9th at 2 pm the report was not ready and the staff by name Rashmi was very rude to me not responded properly on the phone also. And the staff said because of ESIC scheme the report is not prepared. Finally I got my report by. 4.25pm. Concerned department please see that proper service given the evey patients.

Very well maintained. Neat and clean. Even though reception counter is available, seperate Helpdesk is required to enquire at the entrance. Heavy rush was there at Reception Counter, couldn't make any general enquiry.

Not a good option for emergency basis, admitted my parent for heart related issues, it took 2+ hours to follow up, not yet admitted.

Very worst nursing staff and security personnel, especially OPD department, nurses don't know how to behave with patient's. They expose very rude behaviour, if you ask any question. I request Jayadeva hospital management to teach the staff of behaviour first next treatment.

Worst service and response from night duty doctor Nithin! He should learn basic interactions with patients apart from his knowledge and treatment, I can tell he is unfit to attend patients at night because he doesn’t know the case history and asking us regarding it I’m surprised (do we have to fill up case sheet?) there should be minimum sense to interact previous doctor who attended patient or there shud be data in the system if u guys don’t have that option please incorporate it! And coming to nurse worst I can tell being incharge of ICU of cardiac patients literally shouting at them! What the hell just learn how to behave with patients and their owner first, communication is the first thing before procedures!

I was admitted my mother for heart problem on May 2023. The treatment in the ICU 1 is worst. Whenever I asked the doubts about my mom's health condition they didn't give the proper answer. Sometimes my mom used to call the nurses for help (changing the diaper, etc.) they denied. Very worst experience I had. Please don't go there.

Not sure without pass they won't allow to visit patient might be gud decision or may not as well
