Very poor service compare to previous jayalakshmi of udyavara, staffs are not willing show more clothes and also feels like there r not interested to work. Totally bad experience when I visited the showroom never expected

Nuisance of maximum no of workers asking about your shopping. This attitude spoils shopping pleasure of the customer. Parking arrangement is not good. Slippery parking area. Graniteflooring in pathway of parking makes me to slip. Totally not happy with the shopping.

Edit: No response from Jayalaxmi means they are agreeing to what i have posted. Not recommending. Worst experience, cloths are ok ok not great collection pricing is bit heavy. Nothing is organized. They told me they will do the alteration in half n hr but they took more than 2 hrs. Staffs pretend like they actually care about us but they dont even bother. I felt irritated after visiting this new jayalaxmi located in bannanje. Staff behaviour is worst. Just visit Geetanjali stores once how well organised they are and staff behaviour. As its new store it might take time to get organized but atleast i expect good behaviour from staff. I made bill of 15k but not all satisfied. Not visiting again sorry.

We had come for exchange of saree. I agree we didn’t fold it rightly. But the owner or supervisor insulted badly infront of the staff which was not respectful nor ethically
Right. But he was ready to exchange after insulting us kindly stick to your words and be polite to customers.

Vast collections specially for traditional clothing. Shifting to Udupi makes it more reachable to the customer.

This is my 1st visit to the new shop. Overall the shop looks vast and impressive. Had to struggle for parking also billing was slightly disorganized.
Few of the items were unavailable as the stock was awaited. However this place is one time solution for your shopping Needs.
Sales person were courteous and helpful. Also due to spacious floors crowd was dispersed.
I will visit again and shall change my review based on my experience.

Huge multi floor showroom, brand new in Udupi. Huge collection and amazing selections available. Very delighted with the options and designs and also the pricing, when compared with Bangalore.

Only feedback is to improve your billing process. First time I had to wait for 20 minutes for the clothes to come down from 3rd floor to the billing section on ground floor, though it wasn't a busy morning. Had to follow up a dozen times to finally get it. This was the only drawback.

A good shop for shopping wedding material. The staff are very helpful in helping you choose.
But the billing process is too tedious where they make you go to 3 different counters.

It's the best place for wedding shopping. The sarees' collection is wonderful and so is the traditional kurtis and dresses. But when it comes to western wear I don't think it's the best shop. There's no much choices and everything is probably expensive. But other than that jayalaxmi is wonderful.

Variety of clothes available. The Billing system needs to improved. After waiting for a long some of our clothes missing while billing.

Entry to Exit was easy, right from valet to billing. One stop for all clothing needs would be a best way to express the shopping.

Our recent visit to Jayalaxmi was an utter disappointment. As loyal customers of the establishment for almost 25 years, our first visit to their new location shattered the reputation we had long held for Jayalaxmi. The parking was disorganized, the 5th-floor staff appeared disinterested and uninformed when we sought a specific pattern or even size, and worst of all was the billing process. The clueless staff kept sending us one counter to the other, and despite waiting for what felt like an eternity, our purchase remained nowhere to be found, and we noticed many other customers expressing similar frustrations. One would expect a smooth process with the dozens of billing counters here, but in reality it's the exact opposite. Disheartened, we ultimately opted to cancel our purchase and depart (specifically, Basket 5090 on the evening of September 17th if you care). While I understand that it was a busy day at their new location, one would never anticipate such pathetic experience from an establishment of this scale with decades of experience in the industry. I really hope to have a better experience if I ever visit again. If.

Jayalaxmi Silks is my go to place for silk saree shopping since years. Never found a replacement for this. Recently shopped many sarees for my konkani wedding. Variety of colours, material with respect to price is vast. Along with sarees, we brought other clothings like silk dhotis, shawls, kurtas (men), towels and many other clothes.

Was a customer of Jayalaxmi Silks for past 15 years and was very satisfied with the service. But yesterday we had a very horrific experience when me and my daughter were stuck in the lift for more than 7 mins. Poor safety protocol. There was no security inside the lift. No telephone to communicate. It was a life threatening incident. Would recommend customers to please check and confirm the safety measures before using the lift.

We went to shop baby shower saree. Saree collection was good. Color, quality was amazing. But when it comes to men collection we took Panche and they said they provide alteration services. But when we went to particular floor staff were confused and we waited two long hours just to get panche and shall stitched. Very disappointed with the fitting and stitching service available here. We went here with lot of expectations as we shopped in udyavara Jayalakshmi. They really need to work on so many things and get corrected in order to have happy and satisfied customers.

This clothing Store is larger and spacious compared to older one of Udyavara. Many branded and normal clothing available under one roof for different occasions.

A one-stop store for all the essentials for a function or wedding. They have huge collections of dresses, sarees and even bags, purses, jewelleries etc. The interior is so beautiful and well organized. Loved the assistants too, they co-operate well and helped me to find my choice of saree.

Jayalaxmi is the best for everyone nd perfect for each age group nd gender. Nd service is best nd all service provider is very polite.

Firstly, the clothes here are only average when it comes to quality. They mostly don't have smaller sizes. Secondly, the valet parking here is absolutely terrible. We waited for about an hour to get our car back. This ruined our entire experience.

Worst experience ever had. Very bad mannered staff at silk saree section 2 nd floor.staffs were talking to customer very rude. Especially one lady staff spoke to me very rudely when I just said abt weaving.

Today we plan to visit newly open shop in Udupi. When we reach at shop because of poor management we loss our time and petrol and finally they told no parking hence without any experience we return back.

The worst shop I have ever seen I will never go to this shop for in my life time because the employees are abusive they irritate so much that everyone looks at us they don't let us go if we don't like any product.their cloths also not of good quality
