A great four star heritage hotel, with great ambience and food, the architecture is a delight to eyes and It's well maintained. It has two restaurant. If you are looking for taste with class, this is one of the place you should consider. Also this is a great place to consider for family event and marriages. This place shall give the royal heritage setup for a classic wedding. It has ample of car spaces and well managed. Staff is courteous.

Everything is just perfect here. Their rooms are so spacious and clean. Their services are fabulous. The location is also very beautiful. It actually felt so good. Planning to visit again.

This hotel is awesome and an eco friendly one, the stay here is very homely and doesn't feel like you're out of your home. Overall the experience is one of the best and worth spending every penny.

Very bad. SCAM.they are making money with travel agencies.they show lower prices and later make errors in reservation and tries to grab more money from you.please be aware of such fraud & scam hotels.

We had our first stall display of schoenenlifestyle in Jayamahal Palace on account of Namaste India.

A hotel located in Bangalore but doesn't give that feel. Complete greenery inside, very good and humble staff. The rooms are designed very beautifully. Really a place where you can stay happily.

Place serves drinks & the non veg platter is a great choice for non vegetarians, however there are too many cats walking around the table when people are eating food.not good place for people who are afraid of cats.

Its a palace. And with a palace comes the luxury of seating, service and time.

Come here only if you have ample time to soak in the luxury.

It was my 36th birthday. It was my first birthday celebration after getting married. It was special for all four of us.

This was a suggestion from my senior colleague.

The place is 11 kms from where I stay. We drove in our car (Maruti Suzuki S-presso). We initially searched for Jayamahal and therefore reached a different place where a very kind gentleman asked us to search for 'Jayamahal Palace Hotel' which took us to the correct location.

This place is seeped in heritage and nestled in the heart of an ever-modernizing city.

Somebody was getting married that day and the theme was yellow, hence every one was decked up in different shades of yellow that just added to the already awesome ambience of the place.

Parking space is adequate hence once can bring a big car and a big family in it.

The menu is very indian and family oriented.

I would specially recommend chicken biriyani which smelled awesome and tasted great too. My entire family has a delicate constitution but the food was just right when it came to spices and chillies. None of us had any trouble that day or the next.point being, you can order without worrying too much

Today morning I called to enquire for booking the venue for my brother's wedding reception, a guy called Girish never answered, he called back later and spoke to me so rudely saying who are you and what work do you have. I asked him if the Hotel was operational and will they take bookings for the wedding, he just went berserk and said kyaa kaam hai bathao? Girish dude seriously. I even said I am a guest and wanted to enquire.he just blabbered and just disconnected.wake up Jayamahal Palace Hotel

Had best experience. Cool place with lots of hand made showcase and unique entrepreneurs. And the arrangement was coooool with music bandss omg. Thankyou for the wonderful Sunday soul Sante wait for the next. Seeeee u soon team.

One of the most iconic buildings in Bangalore from yesteryears. This venue has become very popular for events, weddings and vintage car and bike shows. They also have few rooms for overnight stay and a simple restaurant which is decently priced.

Good place to have a dinner with family. Courteous staff, good food (Andhra style), you will love it if spicy food is what u like. If not please ask them to give less spicy ones. And if you are a cat person there are lots of cats around visiting you to say hi.

P. S They are turning vegetarian from March 1st 2021.

The hotel is an old property, the rooms need a well deserved renovation. The food at the restaurant is just above average. Everything about this property is just 'average'

I used to visit this place to have great south indian Mysore Thali.
Greatly disappointed. Apparantly, karnataka govt has taken over from ITDC. Shame on them. ITDC used to give meals which was so authentic. The present Thali is Horrible. Ordered "mysore thali"which is priced at 650/- it consisted of north indian dishes. Bendi masala, dhal tadka, aloo gobi n kurma with rotis n naans. Sambar with Garlic n rasam had onions. I called the cook to understand this. The cook turned out to be a north indian who does not know to cook south indian food. I have no issues with the dishes. My question is why would you call this south indian mysore Thali when there is nothing south indian about it?
His justification is it is a south indian food since he has seasoned it with mustard. Duh? Later he said it is a fusion food. God knows what they are talking about. I asked the manager n cook as to why they call this Mysore Thali. They had no answer.

Insult to Mysorean cuisine.

Never ever visit this place to have a meal.
The worst thing is even the so called North Indian dishes are horrible to taste.

The old waiters knew that they have messed up with food. They said they are helpless since decisions are taken by the higher ups managing the forests n resorts in Karnataka. Shameful.

The place is good for arranging all types of parties. The hotel is having a heritage look, with good food, both veg and non veg.
