My mom got admitted here when she had severe pain in her stomach, doctors started treatment immediately right after visiting and took all care of my mom so precisely. I'm so glad that this hospital is nearer to my home

Very pathetic service, They confirm the appointment verbally for consultant Dr. Once you reach there then they tell you that Dr. Is not available or dr.will come other day and try to fool you and push you to other Dr. Available. Mgmt should take it seriously abt staff behaviour and service

My baby was delivered in 29 weeks. He was in another hospital for 18 days. He was shifted to jayasree hospital nicu on 18th day. Nursing care my baby got there was really remarkable. My father got admitted for stone surgery. Very good treatment tq Dr. Suraj sir for good care and tq akhila mam for smooth process of insurance. Nursing care also good.

Recently Admitted my wife for her health issue, had good experience with all medical staff and doctors, The insurance claim was also very easy and cleared in short time, special thanks to Ms. Akhila for making the insurance claim fast and for the followups with the insurance company. Overall felt good with Hospital.

My sister was recommended to this hospital after she was tested positive for Dengue in one of the general clinic At that time it was kind of in initial stage. Once we got her admitted there after three days hey condition worsened consecutively and later in middle of the night at around two they stated that the condition is worsened and it is an emergency stage now you have to take her to some other hospital and got my sister into the ambulance and the driver was specifically instructed to take us to life science hospitals which was pretty much far and costlier services as well. When we the driver asked to stop near Shankar hospital, he was not ready, he was continually stating that she has to be taken to life sciences hospital after some argument he stopped at Shankar hospital he did that after collecting six thousand. So the overall cost exceeded more than half a lakhs.

Thinks of this how difficult for people from outside Bangalore that is to working class can afford this kind of medical services and go though this level of high risk and trauma caused by this hospital staffs. They are there to make simple things worse and suck more money by sending us to bigger hospitals that they have tied up with. Don't ever go to a hospital just by seeing all fancy infrastructure they have and nice talking staff.

After a month or so I watched a movie by name mersal which is in tamil language. It depicted how the this kind of hospital scrapes money in name of treatment and plays with lives of patients to make more money. If you have time try to watch that movie or atleast try to get the summary from wiki. It is the story which helps you in getting to know the reality of medical industry as a business.

I just don't want any others people go through the situations that we faced in middle of the night that day and searching for a platelate donor throughout blood banks, friends and relatives and getting her admitted to other hospital. This whole scenario was scrutinizing for us.

Very unprofessional hospital. We had taken an year old kid who had burn injuries. They were so inhumane to tell us to pay the money first to start the first aid to the baby who was screaming so badly due to pain. After making the payment they made us wait for nearly two hours telling the paediatrician is busy with some case who never came till we left to another hospital. He blindly told over the phone that the baby has to undergo plastic surgery without even looking at the child. Never seen such unprofessional and worthless hospital.

We later went to Rainbow hospital at Bannerghatta road where the doctor told it is 1st degree burn and treated the baby with collagen dressing.

Never visit this hospital for any emergency cases.

Good experience in the past made me bring my mother from chennai for consultation with Dr. Balasubramanyam sir when she had an unbearable radiating pain from hip to leg. I was not disappointed at all with the overall experience of consultation, surgery and post operative care. It was a smooth ride. Though I was more anxious in the beginning when doctor recommended surgery. But the way he made us comfortable gave lot of positivity and confidence that my mother will recover fast.
Experience at Jayashree Multispeciality hospital was a sweet surprise to me - right from security, ward boys, nurses, physiotherapist and helpers all supported really well. I should thank Akhila madam for clearly guiding us on the pre-requisites for the insurance approval. It was a smooth sail from the moment we admitted till we discharged. Once again, thankyou Balu sir for enabling my mom to recover fastly.

Good hospital for pregnancy women’s and delivery. Dr Ambuja is very experienced and friendly. All the billing. Maintenance, cleanliness, are well maintained and professional. Staff are very kind and helpful mostly supportive. Also Dr Nitin child specialist is very good. Billing they explain before starting the treatment and reasonable.

Worst experience with this hospital and the worst doctor ever. Recommend you to never visit this hospital, here doctor will make you more sick by there treatment and medicine. I went to visit dr. V. Shreyas kumar (general physician) for my husband suffering from fever and sore throat but after meeting dr. Shreyas my husband become more sick and his sinus also triggered again after visiting dr. V. Shreyas my husband was not showing any improvement and also that dr told not to take steam in sinus. I don’t know what kind of doctor they are hiring.

The worst hospital which I never saw.i have admitted on 21st October for abdomanal pain.

First thing they asked since I've joined in insurance they are not bother about my illness they asked what is the limit of the insurance.

Ground staff were really good but the doctor's were not punctual and no clarity between them itself.since i don't have concious and my family don't have much knowledge they have threatened and did dialyisis for me and a surgery to kidney still i was not feeling well on the next day other doctor was arguing with his seniors why have done dialysis for this case and later he did inima to me which atleast my 50%pain got reduced since every day multiple doctors visit but no one explains about the scenario of your health

Once you move to the ward no one cares i requestd for discharge but they were telling your situation is critical you have to be there for another week but since i was not feeling well with the hospital i took decision of getting discharging at that time a doctor cames thrice and request to continue they don't have intention to serve the patient just wants to make money not even bothered about basic instructions to be passed and explained of patient is getting discharged.also they have done surgery to me but at the time of discharge they weren't bother about when should I back get remove that stents

Finally they have told to continue 2 tablets which i was using in hospital.

Is this the care you show towards your patient?

A genuine request to the management please don't play with poor patients if you want charge little more and give proper treatment.

And finally the billing team demands additional 1500 and tells this is the agreement we have with MD i asked to show the notice to pay the same but it was not available in this case only you can understand the scenario of the hospital

Not satisfied with the service of Dr. Ambika. After paying 4 consultations for same problem and running me through different tests and taking a multiple medicine courses later doctor said that your infection is not too much and you can consult other gynaec. It’s weird being a doctor commenting on intensity of discomfort a patient is going through. And yes, it is unfair to keep charging consultation for same problem that too when you are unable to cure it be it a small or big, it seems they purposely do that to make money out of people suffering.

I had a very good experience with Jayashree Multispecialty Hospital; my son was admitted for Dengue fever the staff was very good, doctors were excellent, support, answered all Questions - I would suggest people to try this Hospital. Dr keshav Murthy was very good and very much supportive in understanding the scenario. I would like to thanks Dr Sathish for supporting and explaining clearly about the condition in a better way.

Would recommend this hospital for the smallest of your viral fevers to largest Poly trauma's. We were here in the hospital for more than 20days for multiple surgeries for my Dad, not a day we felt we were missing home. The doctors, nurses, helpers, admin staff, Physiotherapy doctors, and the MD of the hospital too are so approachable and so professional! They took utomost care to each detail and made the patient feel so comfortable. Hospital is budget friendly with best treatment! They have tie up with 99% of the insurance companies feel free to check-in with the admin team to understand how they can help you!

From last 5 years I am using facility of Jayashree hospital, and during this period I have visited almost all specialist like Gyano, Pediatric, Dermatologist, Physician, Surgeon etc.
My recent experience for my wife delivery was wonderful, we visited Dr Ambika, she have very good experience, very polite to listen your concern and respond you with the explanation.
My wife was hospitalized for almost a week and I was wondering that entire night nursing staff was doing regular checkup and vitals check (Doppler, BP, RBS, Temp etc.).
I would like to provide thank to entire hospital from Doctors (Specially to Dr. Ambika, Dr. Prabha & Dr Keshavmurthi), Duty Doctor (Megha), Nursing team, Billing & Support team (specially Sowmya) to Insurance team for their support and hassle free services.

There charges are too high and the conulatation fees omg every after two days and the visit purposely they will give next appointment after 2 days this hospital is not for common and middle class people

The hospital staff r really good.especially recommend Dr Omkarappa physician and Dr Ashok General surgeon.also Mr Satish Kumar the MD.really humble.

I went to Jayashree hospital for my father's kidney stone removal. It was a complicated case as the stone was very big around 2 cm in the tube. Also there were two other stones in the kidney. Thanks to Mrs Akhila who advised good doctor Mr. Santosh Subudhi. He explained all the pros and cons and all the treatment options. We decided to go for RIRS procedure. The doctor couldn't trace the stone due to the complexity but luckily he was able to push it to the kidney. This was done intentionally so that it would be easy to break the stone through other procedures. Next day they tried Shockwave treatment and able to break the big stone. It requires another 2 sittings to clear all the stones. Hopefully my father would be alright in the next 15 days or so. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

My father went under total knee replacement surgery for both legs in Jayashree hospital. We are lucky to have consulted and met DR. Balasubramanyam who did surgery. The care from Doctor and hospital staff was really great and appreciated. Special Thanks for Dr. Balasubramanyam for making my father walk pain free. Kudos. If you're looking for any treatment in ortho, you can trust the Doctor blindly.

They are not even deserve to get single star.
Worst Gynecologist I have ever met. Rude behaviour, no patience, don't even know how to speak with elder people. I never ever recommended to consult this kind of Gynecologist.

If admitted, the doctor visit is too late only d duty doctor will be available for no use and for serious patients there is no chance to survive as all reports delayed, the pharmacy is adjoined with faculty to loot for unnecessary things, so totally as a experienced one, If u hav a small issues visit local clinic available near by and also for some tests done n doctor consultation. The only outer thing is grand but inside same lik hospitals u c in movies who loot money in name of treatment and main thing no particular doctor n shud wait long and also all procedures r delayed till d patient turns into some other serious condition, This s my n normally vishwapriya layout people experiences, Later ur wish.

The way staff and doctors treat us it's really good but it's very expensive they want only money, some time i feel for money only thay are working, i went for some personal issues, that doctor who cared me she was good, but they charged 4500/- rs which we get out side 450/- rs. So i felt very bad and compare to jayashree we better to go Apolo. Before seeing doctor we need to pay doctor fees and before tablets and any treatment or scanning for everything we need to pay before then they will give treatment, it's too bad, you people have a such good staff and doctors but that fees and all is very heavy, i hope this will be my las visit.

Had my wife's delivery (normal delivery)

We booked a delux room. The rooms where spacious.

The nurses are helpful and teach you tricks and tips on how relax your baby when he/she is cranky.

Doctors visits timely to check how mother is feeling.

Nurses also come for medicine timely.

The rooms are kept clean.

Hot water is available. You would need post delivery.

Nurses at night also helps when we need them for baby feeding.

Hospital rates are also reasonable. They have tie up with a lots of 3rd party insurance company which helps in cashless settlement of the bill. But please check with them before admission

There won't be any unnecessary charges.
If you go for a private room and you have insurance, you have to hardly pay 2-3k extra for normal delivery (consumable medicine separate, which will be around another 4k).

Since we booked delux room we paid an extra 5k for the room apart from other cost mentioned above

Overall my experience was pleasant.

I like to express my Opinion about Jayashree hospital.
At Jayashree Doctors, Nursing Staff, Maintenance staff, Technical staff provided me the best treatment, Personal care and Follow up over the nights, monitoring my health every periodically.
During this Covid time, people fear to stay before positive patient but at Jayashree they cared me with kind and courage.
I feel the hospital Objective is service motto and finally saying THANKS to the Hospital team is not sufficient as they deserve more and more.

If a person has a very slight elevation of blood pressure, a doctor would prescribe several tests (most of which would be unnecessary) and demand for the patient to be admitted (without even consulting the results) ? Amazing doctor that you've got in this hospital.

We have taken doctor appointment for my mother, they said doctor will come at 12.45 pm, we have waited still 3 pm then doctor said there is an infection so you better her to admit here, they confirmed that there is a bed and after we went there they said no oxygen bed only normal bed is there we don't give her bed. Literally they are charging 10000 only per bed without oxygen. These people are looting people like anything. They don't give proper response on time. As we are staying nearby we have experienced this many times. Better go to government hospital instead of this.worstest experience

Extremely impressed with the hospitality rendered by the nursing staff in the hospital. I had admitted my mom and stayed for 8 days and the nurses made us feel it as home. Nurses were very friendly, cooperative and very polite. I would like to mention about the house keeping aunty's the effort they take to keep the room. Neat and tidy to provide a healthy environment to the patient. The doctors also made a point to visit on everyday basis and make sure the patient is doing well. Would surely recommend this hospital to my family and friends. Special thanks to Dr Ambika for all the support showed towards my mother.
