Got an haircut here, the stylist “Stacy” did an amazing job in explaining how to style my hair and showed me various options to do so. The ambience of the salon is really calming and you’ll have an amazing time while you are here!

I had a horrible experience at this salon. On 11/08/22 I visited the jean claude kormangala salon for hair colour service. It was my first time going for professional hair colouring. I was denied the service by a male stylist (don’t remember his name) just because I had dandruff. He used such insulting words like NITS, MOVING WORMS AND LICE on my head and hesitated to touch my hair. I was told touching my hair would cause infection to other clients. I immediately got it checked with a Dermatologist and other salon as well.they clearly told me it is pure dandruff nothing else. And won’t cause any cause of INFECTION TO OTHER CLIENTS. You people first learn to differentiate between dandruff and lice or nits or worms or whatever you guys call it to insult your clients. You just brought down a morale of a girl for nothing. Get your employees trained properly and then may be send them to your clients.
So people who have flaky scalp don’t visit this salon as they will deny the service telling you have nits and worms on head.

On time appointments and very well behaved staff. I have been getting my hair cut by Andy for 3 years now and he's always patient with suggestions and does a fabulous job every single time. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm very old customer of JCB but this time my hair cut is so worst. They said senior stylist but not trying to understand what exactly I want.
Even local salon also do much better job then this.
Very disappointing.

I visited JCB Koramangala for the first time and I am absolutely overwhelmed with the hair treatment and the care that’s been taken from the specialists especially from Stacy and Andy. This would be my go to saloon from now.

It was great experience.hair stylist was so good and experienced, she did heir cut in just 5-10 min max, including heir curling
I had a bandwidth of 1 hour min, but they saved my time.
Also the staff behaviour and other services was also good.
Overall i would recommend this salon, please give a try

I have been coming to JCB for over 2 years now and my experience with all services has been great. The staff is super friendly and makes sure they understand what you want. Andy, Janice have been my go to stylist and they do magic everytime rigjt from haircut to hair color to hair treatments.

Went in to avail a free haircut, got a beautiful cut, lovely conversation and a soothing head shower after. Ambience, staff and stylists here are all warm and kind. Go for a haircut, get free therapy:)

Came here last year when I just shifted to BLR. Loved the Koramangala branch and the peeps there. Great service and products and staff!

Andy is my favourite and the only one I trust with my hair in Bangalore now. Have already coulred my hair thrice since October 2021, and every time I'm left happy with the colour selection and result!

People Not very hospitable. They never informed us that Air conditioner is not working on one of the hottest days in Bangalore. The temperature inside the salon was really unpleasant. During a shampoo session they also used boiling water and almost burnt my scalp.

Extremely pathetic service! Been here from really far and after reaching I am informed that the stylist is unavailable. I still waited as they told another stylist is available and then they tell me if you have any work nearby you can come and do. Such a waste of my time and money. Spoilt my day by going here. Never going to visit any branch of JCB after this pathetic service. No value for customers.

I've been going to salons for over 15 years now. But this facial that I had here was mindblowing, one of the best facial massages - kudos to Apurva! Very experieced, she instantly could gauge my skin type and do the facial accordingly. Such an amazing experience from the team too, luxury all the way!

I took a hair spa service, Janice was my top stylist, she is patient, humble, and very accomodating.

I also liked the Koramangala store, i really liked my experience with the staffs as well.

Great service. Lohith was a great help in helping me understanding what style and products would suit my hair best. Very polite behaviour. Would recommend

I will be sharing my honest review.
My wife and I have been patrons of this salon from a long long time.
To start with the salon was great pre pandemic. The attention to customer and their satisfaction was of the highest priority.
Somehow post pandemic the focus is lost.

I believe that there has been a massive drop in customer care. The biggest problem is not respecting customer's time and taking in more people than necessary and inserting one client in another clients time.
The hygiene factor is now below average. You can see cockroaches roaming around. The place looks dated.

But I recommend the employees for still keeping up the service. Asin, Andy, Janice, Stacy are one of the best people we can have for any service related to hair / facial and pedicures.

We have decided to move on to other salon unfortunatelt as we do not feel that in current status biguine is a value for money and service

I got a hair spa done here, was attended by Lohith.
The head massage was so good that I felt asleep on the chair: ’)
And needless to say the hair post that looked beautiful.

I've been visiting the salon regularly for the past 6 yrs. Their service, hygiene, hospitality is too good. I reside outside bangalore but i make sure to visit this salon and make an appointment with their creative director Andy everytime. He is very polite, gives the best haircut and provides the perfect styling for me. Be it colouring or keratin treatments, He has provided the best service everytime. Thank you Andy and JCB!

I had my hair cut by Stacey. She was extremely good with understanding my requirement and knowing what hair cut would suit me. I had a great experience in Jean Claude because of her.

First visit to JCB and had a haircut. My haircut sucked! My husband laughed at me when I came home. Sure is my first and last visit to JCB. Paid almost 3k to ruin my hair. I have visited random salons and never was this disappointed.

After spending long time in home because of the pandemic I really needed a makeover. After loads of research I chose to drop by at JCB Koramangala and booked an appointment with thieir style director Andy. I have a very think curly freezy hair which is pretty difficult to style and many a times I have been denied in past for different styles by many stylists because of my hair texture. I wanted a drastic change of look and chose to go for pixie Bob. Andy not only did a brilliant job in fixing up my hair but also it was exactly the way I wanted it to be. I must appriciate his courteous and kind behaviour, attention to details with outmost professionalism. Am extremely happy with the service provided and would definately recomend this place if you are looking for a complete makeover. I think Andy is one of the best hairstylist in Bangalore and you can totally trust him with scissors. Last but not the least the safety measures in JCB is also very satisfying as everything was being cleaned and sanitized continuously. Thank you JCB for the service.

JCB Koramangala made my first haircut service in this Covid era a satisfactory experience. Not only do they follow safety protocols but my hairstylist, Stacy, was lovely to talk to and really understood what I wanted from the haircut. I'd highly recommended booking an appointment with her.

I underwent Keratin hair treatment at Jean-Claude Biguine Salone, whereThanpuangliu Janice gangmei, Stacy, Andy (Style Director) were wonderful in treating my hair.
During covid times, they gave utmost importance for following covid protocols,
they were all wearing masks, and gloves, and sanitized in between procedures. They gave us a disposable gown to wear too.
They were very friendly and the whole experience here was very comfortable. Overall wonderful experience due to their dedicated staff.
Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to style up their look!

Service was as good as always.completely satisfied but considering a premium salon chain, I expected them to follow basic covid protocol that I didnt find their. The most basic salons these days have made ppe kit or hand and foot covers compulsory but there was no such practice there. Also the seats were not sanitized and same hair dryer and other equipment were being shared between multiple customer at the same time

It was probably the most satisfying salon experience in quite sometime.
The cleanliness, the products used and the service in general was exceptional.
