200 ml of botoliss was used!
My sister got the same treatment done from indiranagar branch and I was so astonished to see the price difference b/n the same salon but different locations! My bill was 17110 whereas my sister paid 11300 for the same treatment and solution used was 180 ml (there cant be so much difference for just 20 ml)! When confronted about the same, saumya at the front desk had the audacity to say to get it done from Indiranagar only next time onwards! This is so disappointing to see such response from a reputed salon! Even after paying so much, such behaviour is not acceptable!
Would never come back here again nor would suggest anyone to go here!

The first time I went to JCB Kamala had asked me to get a systine treatment done for fixing the texture of my hair, following the systine treatment she also gave me a a fresh cut. Kamala was and has been very informative and detailed about how I'm supposed to maintain my hair. She understands what you want and will execute it. I am very particular about my hairstyle and she was very helpful in fixing my hairstyle cause my previous barber had given me a bad experience. She is an extremely down to earth person and is very very friendly. She takes her job very seriously and carries the trust of clients to her heart and makes sure they leave happy. Her experience speaks for itself cause I've been using the products she has given me and it has helped my hair quite a bit. She understands the minute details I keep mentioning as to what I want and she understands them and excutes it well. It's been a good change from my previous stylist to now getting my hair cut from Kamala cause she takes pride in making sure I leave with a good haircut. If you're looking for something fresh and someone who'll consistently deliver quality service then Kamala is the person to go to. I've seen the difference in my hair as to how it was a month ago and how it is now. Kamla is my favourite stylist. She is not my hair stylist. She is a hair magician. It’s always a pleasure to get my hair done with her. She knows exactly what she is doing. If you need a cut, colour or makeover please head to this salon without a doubt - I got a cut and colour from Veena and she was extremely amazing with spending time to know what your requirements are and what are you expecting- the colour needed extra time and it was done without a second thought - the focus is also on hair health and texture rather than just good looks. Would make my visits regular since this was the first time and was highly recommended by someone else. You will be advised and given options on what suits you and options as well. I recently had the good fortune of meeting Kamala and her team. They are a group of excellent professional hairdressers. I was initially very apprehensive of the look that I wanted to create as I wanted to play around with colours but didn't want anything too loud. They were patient and made it a point to understand the client's needs. I'm happy with the services at JCB, Lavelle Road. They exceed expectations as usual.

Update- Jean Claude, Lavelle road is the best salon in my experience. It's been two years now since I got a balayage and I can tell you not a single strand of my hair got damaged and the highlights are still visible.
I am not living in bangalore because of the pandemic and I am reluctant to go to any other salon for any hair cut or hair colour services. I am waiting to go back to bangalore so that I can get a hair makeover by Kamala soon.
