I got botoliss hair treatment from this JCB branch. For initial 1-2 weeks it has the amazing effect but after 2nd week and 3-4 wash, hair started becoming rough tangled and straightening also started going off as per the consultant it remains up to 6-7 months atleast.

Got my hair treated and styled by Sandy.he was very courteous and gave great tips.highly recommend

The quality of service and the skill both are not what I have come to expect from JCB as a brand. The other JCB branches are specious, have better skilled stylists, and equipment. No waiting space either.

This is the spot to visit if you want to look like an NPC from a PS2 era video game.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

1. PRICING - daylight robbery, i was charged 10k for just doing a touch up of my head, my hair was already coloured 2 months ago and all i needed was a touch up. Just because Kamala was doing it i was charged a ridiculous price.

2. SCAM - i was told on my consultation that 10k would be the charge for 3/4th my hair touch up but then only half or less than half my head was done in just 30 mins!

3. TIMING: i was made to wait for 1 hour post my allocated appointment time, and this ALWAYS happens whenever i have visited, they overbook clients and then make you wait and waste your time. There is always a new excuse for them to make you wait.

4. EXPERIENCE: Since i was unhappy with my first service, the colour had fully faded and consultation was for highlights but Kamala did Balayage (Without asking or telling me) i went back to the salon and asked them to re touch up my hair with highlights aka weaving technique. They did so but i was spoken to so rudely by Kamala and given such nasty comments and treatment by her that i will never go back there again! Firstly, i have paid 10k for a 30min job and on top of that i get such a horrible customer service.

I would recommend going to BOUNCE or BODYCRAFT for a much better service.

I had visited JCB, a few months ago, and have been contemplating writing this review ever since! Here are some photos of the horrible correction done!

The hairstylist was very polite, hence the extra one star. But the haircut itself was bad. It was extrememly ordinary, much shorter than I was told, not what I was promised at all and all at the cost of 2700 when I could've very easily got it done for nothing over 500. There was hair falling all over my clothes. If my hair cannot be cut the way I want it to be, I expect to be told that. Not worth it, do not recommend it.

Great experience! Lydia did a fantastic job eight from making me feel comfortable about the short haircut I was going to take after a year and explaining each step she was undertaking. Brilliant! Love JCB!

Visited the Indiranagar branch. Really good haircut given by Nagarjuna. Overall, very satisfied with the ambiance, hospitality, and knowledge of the staff.

Excellent salon. I liked the fact that they had an offer on k18 hair treatment which really revives the hair. Stacey did the treatment for me and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I love their massage chairs which relax you during hair wash.

They have an amazing service, I am visiting them since last 8 years and they never disappoint, my stylist Jeelan is one of the best stylist in the town.
They have valet parking, ample space and host of services to offer.

JCB indiranagar is the worst place to go. I gave had such great experience at koramangla, Mumbai (andheri w) and pune, that I was completely disappointed at this branch of theirs. The staff does not care about the clients. I had a disastrous hair botox service, for which as a compensation the salon offered a redo. But I was made to feel cheap, made snide comment at me by thier so called senior hair stylist, told me that I was responsible for the poor service they did, which totally spoiled my paris trip, and to top that the store manager gave a cold shoulder. Was not even asked water in the 5 hrs I spent there. When I wanted to get my root touch up done, the "senior stylist" gave me a condescending look and in a very condescending voice told me "it's not for free huh i hope you know that, you have to pay for it". To clarify I never asked for a redo, I didn't even want yo go back after I had a very bad experience, but the staff seems to be trained to thier jobs bad and then act snobby. I had also visited the salon prior for beauty services, but there are better options. They are very below par. Spend your money elsewhere where you treated well, and given good service.

We got haircuts from Nagarjuna and Dev. They were fabulous in recommending the best hairstyle for us. The staff here is very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Worst service i have received form here.
The hair colour that was suggested to me for my hair by the expert is not at all visible this is just a waste of my time and the 4500 that i have paid for this service here. I will not suggest anyone to get done hair colour here or any other services here.

This was my first visit to JCB. I had hair spa and later had it styled. Lydia had done a wonderful job with my curls and this was the best result i achieved compared to my salon visits till date. The staff gave me tips on maintaining my curls. Would recommend all curlies to visit JCB Indiranagar

The stylists especially Mr. Jilan has been extremely patient. I did the botox treatment there, it was done really well and perfectly. The service has been great.

I got facial from Margret which was very good and relaxing. Face feels very clean and soft.

The best hair cut and colour i have recieved at Jean Claude Biguine by senior hair stylist, Nagarjuna.
He dealt with my hair very gently and in a way that seemed extremely professional. He gave me good recommendations for my hair colour and understood exactly what I wanted for my hair.

DO NOT VISIT
One of my worst salon visits ever- I had a disaster of a haircut by the “top stylist”SANDY, he did not understand my needs at all and messed up my hair so much so that I ended up crying seeing my hair - forget the style, the hair was cut uneven and after asking him and his only reply was come in 40 Days will do something else! The receptionist Richa was the only saving grace as she offered I see another stylist to help rectify the mess as even she saw how messed up my hair looked - I had to come back in another hour to see some other stylist who did try to savage the damage but there was only so much he could do.
Unfortunately I was even charged for this mess and no compensation or discount was offered.
Very traumatic and bad experience.

I have been getting my hair done from Jilan for past 5+ yrs now and he's one of the most talented hairdressers at jcb Bangalore.

I got a facial done along with my sister by Margret and we are very happy with the service. Everyone in the salon were welcoming and polite, very happy with the overall experience. Will definitely be coming back!
