The worst place to take your pet. This is not at all a hospital but a business trying to make profits out of vulnerable helpless pet parents. The main doctor is never available and junior doctors like dr Latesh are like college students without experience. Even something as simple as cutting nails caused my dog to severely bleed. Just horrible.

Absolutely the worst hospital environment they do not prioritise the emergency cases
They were late to start the surgery. They have horrible communication and hostility service especially this branch but the Kanakapura branch is much better.

I used to visit Jeeva for my 2 pet, but now I've lost one due to their laziness, they are too casual on their work even doctors are not serious on their work, for an example they don't give mask for oxygen,

Their facilities are good, but doctors are not, they become money minded now, they asked for money I paid it, I was able to see my pet was
deteriorating day by day but I was helpless,

My one suggestion to you all, please don't send your pet for treatment. I have lost my pet 6months back still I'm still struggling to overcome.

Pls avoid this hospital.doctors couldn't diagnose properly especially at night times.lost my dog soon after the drips they gave. Kindly appoint experienced doctors

My experience here was positive.
Brought my senior indie dog here for two very critical early morning emergencies.
Not many places are open this early.
Drs Anjali & Giridhar (unsure if I got the name right) did all the right things that were possible at the time.
Staff were prompt and attentive and acted fast.

Overall communication can be improved a bit. If the place has more staff & organization, I think it will do well.

Amazing staff and grt doctors. Dr. Nagesh is one among the best vets I've come across in Bangalore.

Jeeva pet clinic is one amongst the only Vet Clinics open 24/7. Been coming here with my pet for many years now. The staff are professional and helpful.

It's a good hospital, main advantage is its open 24 hours, doctors and good facilities and equipments, little expensive though, but because of the facilities they have, especially during emergencies, it's worth it! Would have give 5, but expensive and plus a lot of young doctors, leaving this, everything is great, in addition to this, we get all dog products and medicines as well! If you don't mind spending a little extra, totally worth it!

My 8 months old labrador female loves getting groomed here. They are very professional and caring for the pets.

Had worst experience in jeeva pet hospital, some Doctors really not worth being as a Doctors, they vl kill the pets soon by giving wrong medince and wrong diagnosis, I request all pet parents don't blindly believe the Doctors there

Our Cat died under their care. We had taken him for a fracture our Cat had. After the treatment he got worse and succumbed.

We had taken to treat a fracture and the state they sent him back, so heavily sedated and so many medications just to treat a fracture, his body got stiff and died of breathlessness.

They are responsible.

Last Saturday night (9-10-21) I took one of my streetie who was run over by a car to this hospital. Doctor took Xray and told the he was fine except for some chest congestion for which he gave injection. He passed away next day.

Two out of my three stray pet doggies have died here due to improper diagnosis & sheer neglect. First thing the doctors here scare you with is your pet might have contracted Rabies. They only know how to take temperatures & pulse rates of a dog. Scant regard & no intent to save a dying dog.due to lack of Pet facilities, there is a lot of influx of people bringing pets here & so they make merry.anyway I am suffering the loss of my pet dogs, not them.

My stray dog had met with an accident, the resident on night duty refused to take a fulll body xray and told us to take her back. We had to go to another clinic, where we discovered she had nerve damage and a hematoma on her right leg. Horrible service by Jeeva. If you dont want to help then why become a vet.

The doctors and staff here actually care for your pets as much as you do. Very reliable and good advice.

It's really good for grooming and health care, i had went for grooming for my shih tzu and it turned out really really good and perfect. Would suggest to visit the place

So after visiting this hospital for 5 yrs now and counting, i thought i would share my experience the good and the bad during my 5yrs experience.

I go to this clinic/Hospital since i first got my cats 5 years a go, i've had my fair share of experiences some are good, some are not so much. I have since adopted others cats and are now a house full. All my cats had their spaying/neutering done here by Dr Vishal. They have not had any complications. When i had my first cat spayed, i didnt know what to expect and i called Dr Nagesh endlessly, he was so kind, he did not sound irritated or annoyed by my constant phone call. Some of them have been wonderful and very professional, from the Doctors to the helpers/ attendants even to the front desk.

There were some of the visit when we tried saving one of the kitten of a stray cat i had recently adopted, they were all wonderful, we had to visit the clinic everyday, sometimes they would not even take money for it. Though we eventually lost that kitten, it was not the fault of the staff or Doctors there. They were all very caring.

Some of the Doctors not so much, when i first took one of the stray pregnant cat years ago, the lady Doctor had so much trouble communicating in english to explain anything reasonably. I was more confused than before. We paid and left trying to figure out the rest ourselves via internet. Luckily a few weeks later we had our very first Kittens.

About 1.5 yrs ago, i had to take one of my very first cat for emergency visit in the middle of the night because she suddenly has trouble jumping up and down the bed and was unusually careful, seems to be in pain when trying to lift her up. Earlier in the evening had a slap exchanged with one of our cat.

When we got there there was one Doc and no other patients, the doc pressed around the cats body as i explained earlier fight, without attempting to shave where it hurts and checking further, he did an x-ray. He told me the most heartbreaking thing and said, based on the x-ray there are very high chances that the lung is punctured in during a flight, and there are air around her little lungs and there is a less survival chance and my cat could die and has max of 3 days. He presses so hard where my cat got hurt, and mind you he did not even try to part the cats hair to examine the wound.my cat couldnt breath normally due to the pain and was breathing through her mouth. He interpreted that as her lung being punctured and advised she be given an oxygen for 30mins! I was heart broken and in tears! After that we were told we can go home but keep an eye out for my cat and come back the next day. I cried the entire time on the way home. I did not sleep that night for fear my cat might take her last breath while i fall a sleep. I couldn't take my eyes off of her the entire night.

Next morning, we came back for another check up as advised, this time our regular doc was there, after i gave a brief summary of what had happened, he immediately examine the wound by shaving the hair, he was able to see a small wound, treated it immediately and he checked the previous nights xray film. Guess what! It was not punctured! It was not air around the lungs, it was fats cause my cat is chubby! A few antibiotics injection and we were good to go.

Imagine my anger and at the same time the relief that my cat would be alright.

I get that sometimes mistakes are made, Doctors are human too and are not magician. They do the best they can. Having said that, to put a pet parent through that kind of devastating experience solely based on not doing the basic of trying examine the wound/where the cat seems to have the pain was just too much of a negligence.

In conclusion, the "not so good experience" a side, i do not judge the entire Staff or Doctors because of these incidents, I still go to this clinic/hospital, i am greatful and happy to have met some of the great doctors, professional and friendly people there. And I will still go to this hospital.

Our pet Muffin had contracted parvo virus at 3months old. It was a frightening moment for us, luckily our other family members were also consulting at this hospital, so we went there directly. Our treatment was carried out by Dr. Vishaka, who took really good care of our pet. She constantly kept in touch with us and always available for consultation till Muffin was healed. We recommend this hospital for proper care of your pet.

This is one of the best place to treat ur pets.
I have been taking my cats for regular check ups.
Dr. Vishakha is one of the best Vet that I have met so far.

The doctors at Jeeva pet hospital are very responsive and professional, a stray dog in my street came under a vehicle and injured a leg.they were open late night at these difficult times and gave the dog cost effective treatment.
The doctors were very compassionate. Special credits to Dr Nagesh Reddy who is highly knowledgeable and reliable.

Our Kitten was misdiagnosed, mistreated and eventually died within 24 hours after getting treated there. They told us, our Kitten would be just fine.

Kaushik had sedated him, we expected our cat to wake up in a couple of hours, he woke up after 10 hours and suffered till his last difficult breath.

He died of breathlessness.

Please do not take your cat here, im not sure they know to treat them.

I took my kitten for his last vaccine for the year, the doctor who attended seems to be very unprofessional she didn't know whether to give rabies or not when I was told already by other doc only 1 shots of rabies is enough bit this last wanted to give the third shot and morobwe nu kityen had a bit of temperature n she still gave him a shot without my consent she didnt know how to judge the criteria as I'm aware they shouldn't vaccinated when their temperature is high n she insisted on getting blood test done was that really necessary on top of that she started selling the other products which was very annoying thy do not have convenrtowars the pet but care alot about their revenue will never visit this hospital again even if thy r last person to exist on earth so pathetic

After our regular vet was unable to see my pet Woophie (boxer) we went to Jeeva pet hospital.
Unfortunately our girl was in a bad condition, we had to make the painful decision to put her to sleep.doctor Nagesh was amazing and the team on the side were really respectful what an amazing group of people to deal with I can't recommend them enough, 5 stars doesn't do them justice.

I m really great full to the doc and faculty of the hospital. My boy (Leo) it was horrible day we went through when he literally gave up living. Jeeva is seriously amazing miracle to me, I ll b always thankful for all the doc in the clinic for saving our family happiness. I did recommend this hospital to multiple of my friends too

Traumatic experience.don't come here.it's better to treat your pet at home.because theses are unprofessional bloody people.who will kill your pet.

All doctors is very knowledgeable and polite.answer politely to each and every question.our dog ROCKY is 3 years now.jps visiting the clinic since rocky was a baby.even doctor 's daughter gives good treatment.many times doctor even gives advice on phone. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RISKING YOUR PET (We are TRAUMATIZED!)

We've been regularly taking our pet to this hospital for months now and never have I seen this level of unprofessionalism and lack of care.

The entire staff seems to have changed and the new 'supposed' doctors lack skill, empathy or the basic sense of treating another being with respect. They treat pets literally like beasts. For more context please read on.

Our 8-month old beagle was taken there for a vaccination which was supposed to be given through her nose. She was scared for obvious reasons and was reluctant to let others touch her, except us. A small beagle that she is, the first expected move is to calm her and gain her trust. Neither the doctors nor the compounders made any such effort instead tried to grab her. When she resisted they called her 'aggressive'. The thumb rule of dealing with any small puppy is that, they aren't the problem, we are. They give signs of discomfort and communicate, we need to listen and respond accordingly.
Even after she was visibly upset they continued to gather around her, corner her into submission. As a pet parent, I truly feel ashamed to have let them do that to her, thinking it was for her own good. Like a group of men gathering to hunt a helpless animal down, some 5-6 guys from the hospital gathered around her to tie her mouth. They mishandled her, hurt her face to the point of abuse, until it was too much. When we finally got her out of there, my usually excited and friendly puppy was so battered.

All this happened while the senior doctor Dr Nagesh Reddy was not around. So don't know if the team behaves better around him, but this experience was absolutely horrifying and I am never taking my dog there anymore.

Also, post this experience we wanted to make her feel slightly better and took her to a pet supplies store n spa in JP Nagar- Heads Up For Tails. We got her grooming done and the same dog that was supposedly 'aggresive' a few minutes ago, was calm as an angel there. The staff at this spa cut and filed her nails (something she never allows me to do coz she is too scared) properly. She resisted at first when it came to the nails, so they stopped and started to pet and play with her until she was calm and trusting. They even took our permission to hold her up on their lap to be able to cut it without agitating her. These two absolutely contrasting experiences really opened our eyes.

You would expect doctors to understand and care about their patients. Jeeva Hospital clearly doesn't.

One of the worst experience I had. My beagle who is 8 year old and is severely unwell with condition of beagle pain syndrome needed an emergency consultation immediately yesterday on Aug 28th, 21. I called Jeeva hospital for ambulance and they gave me a number to contact, and I called that person and they gave me one more ambulance number who was close by to my place, after more than an hour we arrived at the hospital. My dog was still very unwell, screaming in pain and blood coming out of his mouth. The disgusting attender there (not the old person, but someone in mid 30s) instead of letting my dog in, he argued with me for 20 mins on why I did not get my dog through his ambulance, he asked me to wait for 1 hour just because I did not use his ambulance! Such horrible attitude when I am crying and my dog is in immense pain Luckily someone intervened and we showed it to the doc but unfortunately there was no senior doc and only one junior doc who was not much of help! Then from there we took our dog to Cessna and got him admitted there. We wasted 3 hours of our precious time and my dog being in immense pain. Definitely do not recommend this place, the doctors may be good, but management also matters!

Dr. Harshitha and Dr. Jyoti are the best! Honest and clear. Good diagnosis. My puppy pablo was down with a severe tick fever these two detected it in an early stage and cured it within 15 days.

Is there a way to give lesser than one star to this hospital? Last month, my dog who had normal blood report was given berenil without informed consent. And guess what? He died within five days after developing neurotoxicity induced by Berenil. The injection was administered by Dr Nagesh Reddy. Everyday wake with regret and anger for consulting this doctor who is unethical and unprofessional. Funnily, I believe the doctors here are not even aware of what side effects of Berenil are. Because none of them were able to diagnose it. It was only after we took my baby to another renowned hospital the diagnosis was made. But alas it was too little too late. Please avoid going here if you can. Thanks

Very pathetic service ever I have seen! Bludy bugs they take minimum 2 hours to check a pet! And so much expensive and behave like they are too much professionals! I have been waiting more then 2 hours! Still no response.hell experience.

I come here every time because it is near to my place, but the frontline is so unresponsive. I have to wait minimum of 30-40 mins to get my pet checked. Booking appointment for checkup is impossible because they don't take it. I don't know what they want me to do when my pet is in emergency. I have spent thousands in this hospital but the staffing is still less. And I bet there are several others to finance the hospital since it is always packed with pets. Please upgrade your hospital with more staffs and more rooms.

My puppy was suffering from parvo virus so we took him to near by vet where they told he will die but thanks to Jeeva pet hospital. They treated well now he is doing well, especial thanks to Dr. Vanshika. But it will be really helpful if u people give some discount to stray dogs.

Doctor was thorough explaining what she found from tests, and very patient and understanding with all our questions. Her follow up was more than one could ask for! The called my friend say the eco test is available but the my friend arrived to the hospital the said the technician ain't available and they denied that they, ever picked the call and played the blame game on each other

This hospital not good for kittens they don't know anything about kittens.
My kittens having breathing problem doctor not able to find what is the issues and last they give me total bill 1400 rupees. For what still I am not getting

I called up asking is a dog can be rescued who had a severe maggot infection. After hearing that I am talking about a rescue, they blatantly disconnected my call and never received again. You all call yourselves as doctor. A doctor is someone who saves patients lives and in this case, all animals are your patient. If a dog is about to die, and someone is asking for help you guys should respond back. If money is the concern, it can always be taken care of. And in this case I got to know that money was the concern as I was talking about a stray.

Worst, I had went to this hospital to get my cat vaccination and the inexperience doctor injected the injection 4 times at different spots for giving only one vaccination. And my cat was in pain for many days at the injected spots.

Worst hospital ever. Inexperienced doctors. They never tell you the actual problem with your pet and just waste your time and money. The night service is really bad with inexperienced intern doctors. Do not visit!
I had a pug puppy female. I had been visiting the hospital for 4 days. They never really told me what actually was going on. They told she needs drip therapy i did. They told she needs blood test, viral test and x ray.i did. BUT THEY NEVER TOLD ME WHAT ACTUALLY WAS GOING ON! The dr. Kept on giving her drugs. Tbh she was more healthy before we visited that hospital. The faculty service is bad. I paid almost 10k Rs. For my pug puppy treatment. But guess what the genius dr.of the hospital never knew what was wrong with her. They told me do one X-ray we will find out what is wrong. But after the X-ray result they were scratching their head. Do not visit especially during night causethe faculty members of night shift are inexperienced intern. Don't risk ur pet's life with this hospital. Tbh only Dr. Sachin is well experienced, but he only spends 2-3 minute with patient. He does not care about them. Also NEVER EVER VISIT DR. PRAJWAL AND DR. YATISH.

Best pet hospital in J. P Nagar yesterday morning i visited there for the first time for my new pet child which is of one month age just for general check up and vacination one girl doctor attended my scooby don't know her name but she was really good polite alhough she was not comfortable with kannad but she examined scooby thoroughly.explained all very well.that was great.

It’s a Vetrinary hospital where services are 24x7. They are a multi speciality hospital with all facilities for animals. Blood test, operation theatre to do surgeries, ultra scan facility and ECG facility. Dr. Nagesh Reddy own the place.

Today morning i visited jeeva pet regarding my dog, great setup and dr. Vishaka was very nice, nicely she treated my dog. Now my pet is doing good. Thanks for being there.
