I have visited today morning due to my health not well. The doctor well treated. Thank you

Admitted my father to ICU for a few days. Very good care and treatment. Special recognition to Dr. Tejas who explained everything in detail and followed up continuously on all treatments and care. He was very empathetic, understanding and helpful. He is also extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain the situation in an easy to understand manner.

One off the best hospital the staff and other employees are very friendly and cooperative hospital is well maintained

Irresponsible people they won’t treat people well totally unfair very disappointed not recommended

Consulted Dr Maya in this hospital for prenatal and delivery. She is just awesome in all aspects. She is very patience in listing to your queries. Hospital give priority to normal delivery. Rooms and other facilities are very good here. 24/7 nursing staff available to take care. Immediate medical attention is given but for other things Sometimes due to many patients at hospitals things not get immediately addressed but try their best to address it. Nurse need to be little proactive

This hospital is totally money-minded. They don't inform about all the charges for an in patient upfront and later keep adding to the bill.
The service desk they have is also pathetic. I have booked an appointment for a doctor a day before. When I reached hospital with the patient who is unable to walk properly, heard that the doctor took a leave. The hospital didn't bother to inform about the doctor not being in hospital!
I am not going to visit this hospital again in future.

Yesterday evening 18/07/2023 I had severe shoulder dislocation and went to Jeevika Hospital. I got the worse experience from emergency department. Instead of giving proper medicine and first aid for dislocation, they were prescribing unnecessary MRI scan etc. For shoulder dislocation they told to wait till next morning to consult doctor. Within next 30 minutes I went to another hospital, they have done all the first aid and I'm relieved. If I have heard Jeevika hospital faculties's words I would have been in big trouble. Its your life. Be careful.

Service was very good.doctor and support staff was very cooperative. I would like to advise that medical bulletins need to address on regular basis by competent authority.

Had a very bad experience. Completely unorganised. We were the first patient for dermatologist. We waited for almost an hour and half. When we escalated they came to know they didn’t share the details to doctor at all. Doctor would have left without seeing us.

Met with Dr ashok reddy sir regarding my mother knee pain.sir did some medical test n confirm her condition as arthritis and prescribed medication n referred for physiotherapy treatment now she is walking normally her pain is reduced n she doing exercises.thank you dr ashok sir

It was the best experience I ever got from an hospital. Staffs wer too good and very caring did love everyone among the staff thy made me feel very comfortable, special thanks to Dr. Maya. V I was very nervous but she held my hand and made me feel very calm and comfortable. Jeevika really has the best doctors.would highly recommend

I went to that hospital because it’s next to my home to treat my wife.
Though she had to be admitted there. I was totally not satisfied with their treatment and services. Except for housekeeping services, the hospital facilities like private wards, and staffs were not at all good. Some of the doctors and nurses did not have clue what they were doing.
I do not recommend this hospital for any serious treatment.

Worst receptionists please change receptionists orther wise hospital become worst. Doctorsband staff are good but main reception people not good please change or train them well to treat patients later every one thing management not good

Went there to visit a few days ago as it is near to my location. On a hindsight, should not have. Doctor's are fine but the staff is horrendous. Stay away and look for better hospitals in the area.

Worst hospital, My dad went with some breathing issues, covid tests were negative but the second day he passed away. In the ICU and emergency ward there is only one doctor to take care of the patients if there is an emergency.we made a wrong choice by admitting our dad in this hospital.

Wish I could give Zero, pathetic management and staff behavior. A patient comes from the well being and the way they are treated is very sad. Would never recommend to unknown people as well.

Dr. Maya V is incredible. Not only she has taken great care of my health during pregnancy, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor like her, that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. She did a great job during my first baby delivery. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. All of the staff was great specially sister Shanthi– they were always helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Maya V for pregnant women and specially for delivery in Jeevika hospital.

Went to this hospital but it was very bad. I went their for pilonidal sinus. I don't recommend this hospital for any health issues. My experience was very bad. Doctor and nurses worst professional. I cannot tell any particular as everyone was careless. Injection was given while nurse is talking on phone. I can give many such experience but don't want to write it. So much experienced doctor telling patient u wasted my time. Worst hygeine maintained at hospital.

Dr. Maya V did a great job during my wife first baby delivery in Jeevika hospital. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. All of the staff was great – they were always helpful and kind.  I am so glad I chose Jeevika hospital and would highly recommend to anyone. Good work, keep it up.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The worst staff we've ever seen. Constant calls to remind you to pay the bills but barely any to give you updates about the patients. If they don't kill the patient, they will definitely kill their will to live by telling them how serious they are.

Worst hospital.they charge more than what is quoted to us.and giving reasons on top it saying doctor told.what a play by billing staff n other staff's.semi private room I had taken no proper items given.and no sanitizer given no tooth brush nothing.please take care and read reviews properly and gettu know about ur staff's and PAYMENTS 1ST. I have visited the hospital for my first dose of COVID vaccination. The arrangements are very nice and Vaccination was done very quickly without much of waiting time. Staff is very cooperative and give proper guidance.

Wonderful experience while taking the vaccine. Smooth conduct, gracious staff and friendly atmosphere. Vaccination drive is in very capable hands. Kudos.

I have visited for my mother COVID vaccination. Hospital is clean and staff are very friendly. I like there services too.

We consult here for my father's diabetic treatment with Dr. Vinodh Reddy. Experience has been great. I got covid19 vaccination done for both my father and mother here, everything went smooth.

I came with nerves injury and Dr. Ashosk Reddy explain about my injury with my wife and with in 4 hrs operation started and after 2 days of Hospitalisation return to the home. Good hospitality and high genic.

After 4 weeks of injury recovery, Dr asked me to start physiotherapy treatment as he discussed with my wife earlier.

When physio started, Dr. Maduri explained about treatment and procedures. During physio treatment she explained clearly, why they are doing this procedure and what the benefits. After physio completed for the day, what kind of practice need to do in home. When we asked about any clarification, clear explanation from her. Now after 15 days of treatment, 90% recovered from their side.remaining 10%, I have to do.

Excellent facilities for vaccination, very hygienic. Took my mother and father both for covid 19 vaccination. The process was very smooth and the staff very friendly and helpful. Also the waiting time was very less. Overall done in a very professional manner, thanks to the team would recommend please take your family senior citizens to this place for vaccination at the earliest

It was a pleasant surprise for me to get Covid vaccine at jeevika hospital.the process was efficient starting from booking to vaccination which went off without a glitch and super smooth. The post vaccine recuperation period also was well monitored by the resident doctor and thus it was a nice experience

I went with my mother of 80 years old. Everything is well arranged including pre vaccination waiting room, then vaccination and post vaccination observation rooms. Vaccination was given in 10 min after we went. She was put on observation for 30 min before leaving. Whole experience was great! Thanks for making it easy as otherwise it will be difficult for old people to stay long at hospital.

Vaccination Experience at Jeevika for my mom: Hassle free experience. Very Clean place. Covishield is administered. Proper taken care by nurses. Good explanation on the care to be taken in tamil langauge. It gave me confidence to my mom. 30 minutes observation. Hope the same experience in the second shot.
