Poor communication!

Irresponsive to any requests made and they don’t answer to calls while booking for my stay.

Good location. No sports and improved things. Difficult to walk for every thing i.e Coffee. Breakfast and night lunch. Good kitchen and other staff. Costly affair when compared to advt. Lot to b improved.

I took the one start because the camp fire was snatched away from the other group and ground staff didn't even care about our concerns or else everything is perfect and food was really good but be ready to eat chicken curry all 3 times. Location is A+ service. For the location you ll ignore all the other things. Staff are co operative and they do everything they can to get you good service.

It was a great experience. Employees at the resort are very very helpful. It's not the regular resorts type, it'll make sure that you dedicate your time in the resort with whosoever you have gone with, as there is hardly any network and no cable tv. Food is great, trekking path is great, location is great. Don't forget to carry your umbrella if visiting in rainy season and carry gum boots in case planning to trek bcz you might find leeches near the stream which is normal in rainy season at places like this. Rooms have all the basic amenities.

I went to this resort for the second time reason being the location service and ambience but dis time it completely failed my expectations.rooms and bedding were dirty there was no gyser in the room fan was also not working properly and staff was completely deaf eared to our requests! They have completely degraded the quality and quantity of food as well.we took our few friends with us and only on our recommendation dey came along and we are now completely ashamed to even ask them how did it feel! None of the activities except trekking was done! The only thing which I would like to appreciate is this hard working guy working there Rohit and another boy who took us for trekking! Rest everything is poorly maintained!

The place is really good for a peaceful get away. Has a lot of activities to keep ourselves busy for a day. They took us for a trekking early in the morning, it was refreshing. Well maintained and food is good.

Didn't refund any money after cancelling my booking from their side

Had booked Jenukallu a month back. They cancelled the booking stating there was a COVID case in resort. They haven’t refunded the money yet. Initially they were not picking the calls but now the number itself is switched off. Such a shame to call themselves a 3star hotel. I’ll never recommend this to my contacts

Very unprofessional behaviour by the owner, not just rude it is a thug attitude, I wonder how can these people be in hospitality industry & behave like rowdy elements.

Very rude response, once money is paid they treat you in the worst possible way.
They cancelled our booking and dint transfer back the advance amount.

Excellent hospitality. Good food service. Good Ambience. Staff behaviour is good. Feel like direct contact with nature. Relaxing place.

The initial response from the owner is so inhumane. Quickly decided not to choose this place.it totally reflects what kinda person the owner is.

Below average food and hospitality is pretty bad. I do not recommend this place for going with family

This is very nice and serene location inside the forest. Very nice resort to stay in the calm environment. Feeling closer to the nature and there are lot of greeneries around. During the way you can see so many coffee plantation. There are trekking facilities near to the place and resort team arranged. Also there are other facilities like mud volleyball, rope ways, camp fire etc. We stayed one day in the resort.

Bad food and cottages not well maintained. Location is good with average staff. Reaching the place is difficult with bad roads. Not great value for money

Perfect gateway for a weekend in sakaleshpura. Chilled out place with variety of quality foods being served. Resort is in the midst of the forest area and rooms are really well maintained. Staff's are really co-operative. You can also spend time in a private river stream which is one of the best hangout place to spend time. Also you have indoor and outdoor games being played on weather conditions. Overall a must visit if anyone is looking out for a resort in sakaleshpura

Very good place to spend the weekend. Calm n quiet place in nature. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to spend some quality time with frens and family.

An average resort.location is mind blowing well maintained rooms but food taste for vegetarian is very bad.its expensive for the food thy provide

This is a nice place to be but feels like there is a lot to improve atleast for cleaning of tents and bathrooms (I think they to upgrade them). Rest food was good and so the hospitality.

We, group of 37 people were visited last week. It was simply an awesome experience in staying there.

All the calm ness and helping approach from the staff were really need to be praised.

In our four days of stay, they never showed in displeasure.

Food was really awesome.

I would definitely suggest this place.

Good property. Nice ambience. Average cuisine. Dont expect taste. Not many activities. Bed bugs in the mattress.

Nature oriented resort.u can sit and relax nicely, camp fire was well arranged, I loved the slush throwball part and trekking was really feel good
