Very friendly staff and excellent food, this is what Jewel Rock in a sentance. I have been visiting Mysore very often and this is the place where I have my lunch regularly. Never disappointed.

I have never experienced such a worst food in my life, a road side hotel guy will cook far better than this restaurant. My sincere advice please do not waste your money, by having food in this hotel. Paid Rs 18k for junk.

Price was bit high compared to other restaurants and I personally didn't find any paisa vasool food which would negotiate the cost

I had been with my family to this place at 2.30p.m. Only 1 person was serving and taking order to 6 tables. The biryani which I ordered was worst, there was no meat. They food which they served and the way it was served gave me a feeling that they are not interested in the business. I surely recommend my colleagues not to visit this place

I had been on 12 Dec with my family there was a good ambience, I ordered fried rice, biryani, boneless chicken I regret to tell the fried rice was the worst quality ever eaten in my life. Probably even the roadside canteen may cook far better than this. I feel even if this food was served free of cost you cannot eat this. I had gone to the hotel at 3 p.m so they have adjusted all the left overs and given and served to us rather they could have told me there was no food and the rates were horrible high. MY sincere advice is for the gods sake don't not visit this hotel you 'll have a very bad experience in the service and the food.

Tldr: great staff, quick service, good food

Tried and tested place at the heart of the city. Good Chinese food - noodles and fried rice are good.

Kalmi kabaab was exceptionally well done. Chicken peppy fry and methi chicken curry were good too. Overall, low lit place - so good to chill and spend time with friends.

Very lovely place with true luxury ambiance and delightful and delicious food. I recommend everyone must and should visit the restaurant and experience the great service and delicious food.

We tried chicken drum stick and prawn roast. Both have coating of bajji and inside small piece of nonveg. They are good in preparing tandoor. Manager usually forces us what we should be eating. Waiter denies to serve food. They don't even know how to take plates from table, when to give mocktails. Worst thing is more items you order, more irritated they will be.

Hyper active waiters who don't want to give you time to settle down at the hotel upon arrival. Food taste is decent but some of the dishes aren't served hot. Price is reasonable to slightly high priced.

The place was good but I think it wont be that good to go there with family because it also has a bar in it. Food is good and a place to go with friends

Food experience was below average. Ordered a chicken biryani, it was bland, simple, pale and also they did not provide any salan/curry with it. For me this would be my last order from this restaurant.
This place is for those who haven't experienced much of other restaurants. I'm a foodie! I love delicious and savoury food. This one is definitely not my kind.

Good food great ambiance, and tasty food. A real good place located at the central place inside Mysore. Good staff, quick service, great menu, decent price points, everything is a plus for a guest. The only challenge is the parking, though the security helped us to park in front but looking at the Rush in the restaurant, I think a permanent solution is required.

The quality has gone down. I used to be a regular visitor here once upon a time. The food was sub par. It took a while for the food to arrive. Overall service is not that great. I don't think I'll find myself visiting this place again. I would visit here often a long time ago. I guess there are too many restaurants now and my expectations have increased.

Very costly.food is good but not up to the price in terms of quantity and quality.service of staff was nice

Decent ambience, friendly staff, one personal suggestion, pls don't try sizzllers, it's pathetic here, I would have rated 5 stars if not for those culprits (sizlers)

Do eat the Special Paneer (Not in the Menu) ; Maurya Veg; Kulfi. Do not order the Jewel Icecream (3 flavoured ice cream)

I did not know that one could get the best biryani here.must try: chicken biryani.
Flavours are mouth watering. Also, try fresh grape juice.all non veg starters are seasoned and garnished so so well, best place for tourists who would prefer to explore non veg cuisines, the ambience is also very good.the hotel is present at he heart of the city, very near to Palace and bus stand! Crowd is also normal except for weekends

All dishes are very good. Staff service excellent. Try mushroom pepper dry, paneer tikka and paneer rumali roll without fail.

Parking itself is headache here, food isn't that good specially non-veg. I Don't recommend mutton pulav. It's horrible.
Please be careful with billing we were charged 2 extra mutton items even though we didn't order. We found out this only after reaching half way through Bangalore

Very bad service and cheating on bills. They didn't deliver food and charged forcefully at the end. They did bring Biryani at the end but with hand wash. Attached the photo
