I had a knee injury during one of JSW's basketball tournament and I was taken immediately to Jindal Sanjeevani Hospital to meet with the Orthopaedic doctor. He suggested that I take a MRI and after taking the MRI the doctor diagnosed me with grade 1 muscle injury which is not serious at all. Couple of rehab exercises and I will alright.

However, the pain lingered for 5 months and after I left my job in JSW Steel, I decided to take another doctor's opinion here in Bangalore. The doctor saw the MRI scan that was taken 5 months back and told me that I have torn my ACL and I need an ACL Reconstruction surgery which would cost around 1.6 lakhs.

The doctor in Sanjeevani did not just give a wrong diagnosis but he had robbed me of free treatment in JSW, and since I left the company my health insurance has been lapsed as well.

Bottom-line: if you want incorrect diagnosis from inexperienced doctors, poor service, pay hefty money and suffer in the future then Jindal Sanjeevani is the right place for you.

It has been great experience getting my mother (63F) operated for BL Total Knee Replacement by Dr. Rajesh at Jindal Sanjeevani Hospital Toranagallu Ballary. Her condition was quite worse before surgery and she couldn't hardly walk 250 meters in one go. She is now doing great after 2 months of surgery and able to walk, climb stairs, do household chores without any support and difficulties. Dr. Rajesh is a great doctor with well expressed diagnosis and operating procedures. His explanations were always in layman terms. He made the surgery and further recovery very easy by boosting patient's confidence. I thank Dr. Rajesh for all help and kindness. Also, Big thanks to related departments and staff members at Jindal Sanjeevani Hospital as well for their support towards my mother's successful treatment.

Horrible place! Emergency doctor made patient fetch cash before he is completely treated.

I was a JSW employee in 2019 and had some fatigue while on visit to Bellary plant. I admitted myself into the Jindal Sanjeevani Hospital and it was an absolute nightmare. Firstly, they made me wait 30 mins in emergency ward. They injected saline and gave some medicine. Before my condition could improve, they started hounding me for payment. Since I was alone, they assumed I won't pay. I asked them if I could use UPI or card to which they rudely told me to pay cash or get out. The doctors at the facility were incredibly rude and spoke in a rowdy, unprofessional tone. In my half-tired state, he made me leave the hospital and withdraw money from an ATM across the street to pay him. Post that, he even made me return the extra medicines to medicine counter so that he could set an example out of me to his team. I tried to get in touch with the head of hospital to report the incident but no one would tell me how to get in touch with that person. I went for treatment snd got mistreated!

I had tried to forget this incident because it had scarred me badly, but it all came back to me today and hence, I am writing this review. I hope things have changed now but my experience showed that doctors at this hospital consider themselves to be goons of Bellary especially against the visitors from outside. They have no loyalty to the company that literally built the town of this is how they treat its employees.

Overall experience was good, doctors explained well and formed a proper diet chart i would like to thank jindal sanjeevini hospital toranagallu for the services

My sister is once admitted in this hospital, Doctors N Staffs are not able to solve the patient problems, if patient is uncononcious, then they will suggest us to consult Ballary Doctors, n immediately they will arrange the ambulance (Arranging immediate ambulance is I think some secret may b) So please Solve this problems...

Very pathetic service, no rule regulations, we have wait about 6 hours for scanning. We are paying for good service

Treatment is not available in this hospital because I showed my dental and they said that you will call you after a few days. Till now you have not received the call and it has been more than 6 months.

Everytime I expect some better service, but unfortunately they prove failed.
Nothing but zero services for the money we paid. A blood grouping report takes 2 days time here.
And checking height and weight charges 330rs for kids.

At covid testing counter too much crowded by out side people with contract Labour's, Management has to take appropriate action either making additional counters, deploying extra staff, as covid spreading fastly

Many specialist doctors are visiting now a days like Cardiologist, Vascular Surgeon, Plastic surgeon, Urologist, Oral & Maxillo Facial Surgeon etc. It's really helpful to local people.

I gone for dental treatment, doctors not up to the mark, even they not counseling and diagnosing neatly. Infrastrucure wonderful please deploy very good doctors which they serve efficiently and get benefited by surrounding people. Concentrate on doctors on various discipline.

Visited hospital for check up doctor behave like compounder in blood, ear checking Department in old building, no manner of speaking, shouting at patients in line, onlu one person was available for ear and lung operation checking, I thing swiping person are kind than doctor they helping, for visiting charges are high also no specific number given for visiting so no one follow rules and lane, hospital cleaning is good but lot to improve. Why owner asking mrn number and contact number i had issue told issue openely take action
