Tried the ‘Sammardana’ treatment. Excellent service overall - from the booking confirmation to the treatment. Mrinali did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend this place.

Spa is about experience since there is nothing tangible. While massage was fine, everything else was just poor service. First there was no hot water for shower after massage in room. They asked me to go tocommon area for bath, there alsono hot water. After maint came, horwater came and all this while i kept waiting after massage in robe. Then after hot water came, that bath area has no body shop.i had to call them using Loud voice to get soap. Taj- you need o focus on overall customer experience. Defn not worth the price tag
