I was looking for a job. From the naukri, i got your number. I was asked to go Firstsource Hyderabad office. Your representatives dont pick the calls. If they pick up they are in sleep mode, yawning and speaking. The HR at Firstsource is not even interested to speak. His name was Praveen. I travelled 400 kms to Hyderabad just for the interview.atleast there should be some response. They didnt conduct any interview for me.disappointed by the entire process

Worst experience in job front desk small girl is there with lot of attitude she dnt even update the status until we ask her.only roaming around that she is working this is not the write way to handle. I went to consultancy at 11: 45 and till 5: 30 no one is there to come and ask what happened stupids wasting our time the whole day.

I had been there for an interview, for me work locations were far, recruiters were good, any one looking for job can go there but they mostly have openings in far locations e-city, Whitefield, marthalli.if you are ok then give a try, but one issue i faced alot they won't respond properly through IVR calls.

Worst recruitment office because no proper support from staffs. No one is available at front desk to welcome you or to inform you what to do when you arrive and no proper procedure of interview rounds. No actual support from this office when it is needed most. Don't try here unless it is online/phone interview.
Candidates flow like water in this office so they do not really care for you. If it is not you, then other candidate will make money for this office.

Consultancy was great. They communicated with me through out my selection process. They prepared me for interviews and kept on guiding me.
