Radha at the 100 ft exclusive store was good, patient, attentive and good with her customer service.

Varsha here was lovely with her service she was so sweet and humble i loved the time spent here

Recommended for casual wear and under garments are very good quality, also staffs, manager were friendly and quick to respond especially Sanjana.

We are happy with the way they suggested us our options.the store has a good vibe and the collection is good.

Staff is very good and treated me very well. One product was not available in their stock and they arranged specifically for me from another store immediately. Really appreciated the efforts and the concern for their customers.

Horrible people do not have manners to speak I am shocked why have jockey hired people like road side goons they are ready to attack their customer very poor service ill mannered I wonder what do they think of themselves.
They do not let you talk to manager they shout raise voice and misbehave….
They are coordinating 3 mustandas are ready to attack they do not even think who is in front I was scared where they will hit me terrible experience.
Please hire sales personnel to assist customer not goons jockey people like this will degrade your brand value.

Must stock more 360 degree bras style no. 1839 and in larger sizes up to 5XL, this is so comfortable.

The guy who manages the shop is irresponsible. When called he checked and mentioned that the item asked was there. He confirmed. Then when I go, he mentions it is not there. Gu ws a reason that he called me immediately. I am not sure what he checked and why he confirmed Dumb customer service.

Poor Service. Inattentive staff when requesting courier. Product seems used in trial. Do not trust

Great collection of athleisure stuff. Wildcraft freebies on purchases above 3.5K was a nice surprise.

All staff are very helpful. I wanted few items which was not available at the store that time and they arranged for me and even delivered at door step.

My experience dated 21st August 2020 was worst, went to 100Feet road Indiranagar Jockey Exclusive Store and selected medium size pyjama and as there is no trial or return policy during this Covid times, did the trial at home to find the pyjama fitted well. Went to this store again and requested for the same medium size pyjama in different color which the sales staff gave and i purchased the same. To my surprise, the second medium size pyjama was very tight and when i requested the store to help, they said its my fault as the second pyjama was non-strecheable but it was not written anywhere on the product. I even wrote requesting for help to [email protected] & [email protected] but got no response and my hard earned Rs. 900 is lost. Summary- Avoid this store due to their unprofessional customer support.

Roy is the manager and he is extremely helpful. I was trying to place a bulk order of shirts, and within 3 days Roy organized the inventory for me.

Excellent service and a wide variety of collections in all sections and sizes. The best jockey store in banglore. I traveled from Thubarahalli to indra Nagar. The shop didn't disappoint me instead it surprised me.

Each store has 1 or the other issue.one store had a particular color of a thermal wear I wanted.another had the size. 3rd had neither.suggested weird alternatives.this is the issue with most stores.online shopping is the way to go.

If you want to get the latest, original products, then visit only the franchise stores. The products that you get online are either overpriced (100 rs more than mrp), or duplicate. And malls like lifestyle or shopper's stop, or pantaloons don't have the full collection, and most times, they have old stock.
So if you are sticking to a particular model, than buy from wherever you prefer. However, if you want to see new range, visit the store.

Staff is quite helpful. In this branch, they allow you to try a different color in the same pattern. In jockey, forum mall koramangala, they don't allow you to try colors. They just give you to try something just to check the size.
The indiranagar store is two storey, with separate men's and women's sections.
The fitting rooms are spacious and bright.

Plus, they do not charge you for carry bags!
