Poor service. We have now twice bought different furniture pieces from them and everytime the experience was similar. The insist on full payment up front but then the delivery is often weeks delayed and even when the goods arrive their not in good condition. Since you have already paid up front you have to accept whatever they deliver. Even for that you have to change their employees. Amrul will redirect to Taufik, who in turn will redirect to Manohar and so on they will go in circles.

Even if you decide to buy something from them, don't pay them full amount up front.

My dinner table they delivered in 6 month now I chair is having some issue they are not picking up thr calls.

Designs are good. Cannot commit on quality as have been waiting for my items to be delivered. But the delivery is not at all smooth. They don’t pick your calls to inform on delivery status. No coordination amongst the sales/procurement/delivery team. They ask us only to check with respective personnel at each step. Moreover the entire payment is beforehand so cannot do anything but just to wait.

Still have not received my last item that is a shoe rack.
Worst delivery and management. Not picking calls.
Neither cancelling order and refunding amount.
Also every item I received so far was either mialligned with the measurements/specifications given or had quality issue. The bed had visbile breaks. The sideboard paint and scrates on it. The foyer table same and centre table with missing item

The quality of Furniture is really good. But their delivery and service is not up to the mark. We had ordered four different furnitures from this store around two months back with full prepaid. None of the furniture we received is complete except one. We are still waiting for the complete order delivery even after two months.

We had ordered for TV unit. The furniture is good.looks elegant and classy. We had problem only with the delivery.

I recently purchased a bed from them. The quality of the wood they have used to build the bed is very good and sturdy. Look wise also it is very glossy and the overall finishing is neat and clean.

We visited Jodhpuri Furniture for temple and sofa cum bed. There Mr. Rupesh helped us with customised design of products. He also understood our requirements very well and gave genuine advise. I am really happy with the quality, design and the delivery time as well.

I visited numerous stores before buying a sofa, finally purchased from Jodhpuri as the wood quality was very good and the cushions used were also of very good quality.

I had a very bad experiance with this team. We ordered a custom size dining table with 3 chairs & 1 bench. They have delivered 1 chair where the wood on the chair legs have chapped & come out. On multiple follow ups for more than a month, they have not arranged for a replacement. The customer care team acts helpless and keeps asking to reach out to store & when we speak to store person, he only keeps making promises but does not deliver. Highly not recommended as their service levels are very poor. They are like a local carpenter & are not able to match up to other professional players in the Sheesham wood segment.

We purchased sheesham wood 6 seater dining table, though there was delay in the product delivery, we are happy with the product delivered. Happy with the service provided too.

Post purchase service can be better, however team is available over call to resolve any issues and they are supportive too. We interacted with Rupesh Singh for our queries and issues.

I wouldn't normally leave a review but Furniture and Choice were exceptional. Super delivery and the chairs we purchased were really great value for money. I would definitely shop with them again. First class.

Joshpuri Furniture provided a very accommodating experience, and is one of the few (if not only) stores that we have gone to that has furniture readily available. Instead of getting notice that the piece we selected was on backorder, we got the furniture delivered to us the same night. Thanks for the excellent service!

Ordering was really easy and there was good communication restock updates and delivery. Items arrived well packaged and on time.

Fantastic service - even though the sofa I chose was out of stock when I ordered it they kept me fully informed of expected arrival dates - they even changed my delivery date to accommodate me going into hospital so that I would have my sofa before my operation - very friendly staff and couldn't do enough to help me - thankyou everybody

Enjoyed shopping at Jodhpuri furniture store. I like the relaxed atmosphere and the no pressure sales. There was a lot of furniture to choose from and I found my sofa.

Worst experience I have encountered. They took 36000 advance for a bed of 80k. Then after one month they are showing me different design of 45k. This is completely unethical. They are not returning my money. So I was forced to place order for different bed with much higher price compared to market price. They said that it will be delivered within 15 days but they did not deliver. After that they send mail with a different commitment date but still they did not deliver. I am still waiting for the bed to be delivered and it's more than 1 month.

Completely unprofessional and unethical business. Go at your own risk.
