The owner and his wife are very lovable persons. Takes each n every care in person. Arranged to visit all the tourist spots and the person who took us to tourist spots was also very good one. We enjoyed each n every bit of movement at the home stay. God bless the owner his family and the all persons working there. Very neat and clean home stay. The host is quite warm, approachable and is very homely. Greets everyone with a smile. The location is accessible to all the tourist locations near Jog.

The homestay is situated just beside the river bed. The rooms and bathroom are very neat and clean. Mrs Fernandes' hospitality is top notch. One can do zip line and boating, which is just 100 steps from the homestay. Great choice of food.

Super clean room, super clean wash room too, with both types commode, Indian and western, big size bed, both types water heating system, solar as well as geiser, WiFi available to guests. Never seen a hotel or Gh or Home Stay in this price range, providing 32 inch TV with full pack DTH (all channels). Boating complex 600 meters away, lake visible from verandah. Everything perfect. Best of all, curtseous behavior of owners, Mr & Mrs. Fernandes. Will always choose this home stay whenever we visit Jog Falls.

If you wanna stay at cheap price it's perfect. Nearby to jogfalls.but for food you will have to go in nearby bazaar

Hi folks i stayed here with my wife this property is clean and well maintained, 24 hours hot water availability and this is river view guest house from here you can access jog falls 800 mts.

I visited on 30 th December 2022 room are very clean and hygiene, room is big with parking facility and they provided free pick up, hot water available, they charged 1800 for one day 12 noon check in and 12 noon check out as they mentioned, but they said I can keep my belongings and use washroom, very polite owner, and can driver is ver good, he took sight seeing he charged 3200, all places he shown and helped in taking pics
Food is good they took 100rs for rice and dal, and 180 for 2 tea and omlet bread, as it was peak season all lodges are expensive and sight seeing also expensive, total 5 k for jog falls trip, quit experience, only falls is worthy visiting remaining all water games not much as I played all these in gokarna, tv was provided but no channel recharge and no AC, hot water available

You can see other lodge with 1000 near by bus stop and 1500 for sigh seeing bus stop
I don't like check in and check out timing it should be 24 hrs of our visit timing like other lodges

It is a really well maintained place, very clean, hygienic and close to jog falls view points. The caretaker is super nice too. Will definitely recommend!
