Jog Stay

We had an amazing stay at Jog homestay. The environment, food, the hospitality was all perfect!
Will definitely recommend this

ಬಹಳ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳ. ನೋಡಲು ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅತಿಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆಯಿಂದ ನೋಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಂದೆರಡು ದಿನ ಹಾಯಾಗಿ ಇರಲು ಬಯಸುವವರು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಬರಬಹುದು.

A beautiful homestay experience with family and kids. The hosts were wonderful - gave us our space yet were very much there if we needed anything. Quiet and serene location. Good food, clean rooms amidst nature. It was great to cut off from the digital world and immerse ourselves in star gazing.

Good clean, budget friendly rooms and washroom Good and very helpful caretaker and his son. Food served was homemade and good. The location of the stay is about 800 m from the main road, about 10 km from Jog falls but its really good. Stay is within a 7acre farm. Ample parking space for cars. Best for people coming in groups and couples. Overall don't expect luxury rooms and facilities but expect clean, homemade facilities within a farm close to Jog falls.

We visited this Jog stay on 23rd July for one night stay. Its exactly 5km drive from jog towards sagar road.
The homestly was very peaceful. It's in the mid of farm surrounded by green lust.
This is managed by Brahmin family Mr. Jai Krishna & his son. Both are very friendly, And excellent hospitality service.
It's purely farm stay don't expect luxurious facilities. Rooms & wash rooms are very clean.
Food is very delicious. They serve purely vegetarian malenadu food.

We visited even his house which is half km away from farm house.
The house is 64years old.
He is having small in house museum, collection of some entice items.
The overall experience is super.

Since food is prepare at there home & bring to farm stay. Required to make it Hot once again before serve.

We stayed in Jog stay between 13th and 16th October 2021. The stay was awesome with very good view and peacocks everywhere. Host were very good, Mr. Jai Krishna and his son were very caring and made us feel at home. The food was homely, tasty and didn't affect our tummy. Please don't miss the stream near by when you visit. It is awesome experience. The museum at his house was very good. It took us many years back. Lovely collections.

A decent home stay with good maintenance but wouldn't say great. But it's hugely great for the price. A great value stay as the low budget package includes food, snacks and beverages throughout the day. The service is awesome and the hospitality is unquestionably great. A very good experience of local homemade food which was very very tasty.

Simple accommodation. Total value for money. Very close to Jog falls. Tasty and simple home made food. Its a perfect place for a workation.

Amazing home stay! There are lot of places to visit around. Tasty food, beautiful view, great hospitality. Highly recommended for a beautiful vacation! You will get Airtel and Jio network. You may plan work from home (stay)!

Jai krishna is homely person. The location is awesome, the stay was very comfortable.
Food - dinner & breakfast provided was very delicious. The bathrooms are clean with hot water. Huge open spaces for long walk. On the whole it was great experience and would recommend the place for stay.

Very nice homestay. Very tasty food. Greenary awesome. I visited to this homestay with my friend Abhilash Sagar. We enjoyed a lot here. Overall this homestay is good and cleaned.

Amazing place to spend a weekend! From a beautiful morning view to stream of water flowing right behind the place!

Amazing homestay amidst the nature. Jog falls is well within 10mins of drive from this place. Host Jayakrishna is a very kind hearted man who guides you to nearby places of visit. Paradise for vegetarians and family as only (delicious) vegetarian food gets served alcohol is not entertained.
PS: during monsoon bheemeshwara falls is a must visit place which is 50km from the stay.

First of all Mr. Jai Krishna uncle is such a friendly and nice person. He provides homely food with care. The ambiance is simply awesome. We have have taken so many photos in the property itself Jaikrishna sir is having huge collection of antique properties. Jog stay is just 8kms away from jog falls. He can guide to another falls where we can take bath. We have decided to stay in this property whenever we visit jog falls. Very much affordable one and worth it.

This homestay gives a very good homely feeling and homemade food very tasty. Overall it's very good for tourist.

Great Place and Great Ambience. And Don't forget to visit a small stream that flows behind this stay. Uncle was so friendly and provided us a great vegetarian food, clean and maintained rooms.

Stay in midst of a farm land. They have maintained the property very well. Clean and comfortable rooms, away from the town, beautiful nature around, healthy and delicious food, polite owner. They have reasonable pricing for the stay.
