This lenskart store don't pay proper attention to customers.it is like an audition studio that caters to posh/selective customers.

UPDATE: the lenskart store in Jayanagar 9th block which is just 2 kms away, was far far far better, and larger than the lenskart 4th block store, with much better collections and varieties.the store managers/representatives in 9th block really knows how to respond to customers even if it is crowded.

It was good experience, and Ansila was very helpful in finding the right glass with smooth experience.

John Jacobs offers excellent customer services and a great selection of frames. We dealt with Sourav the very knowledgeable sales associate & Jemeel the brainy optometrist. These guys are wonderful. They will spend some quality time with you to find a frame that is well suited to you.

I have visited Jayanagar John’s and Jacob and placed a progressive lens. This was my first glass. Mr. Sourav actually helped me understanding the features of all glass variants. His communication and knowledge about lens is commendable.

The collections are good. Sourav and Jeem were great in explaining the options of lenses to go with.

The service provided by Mr sourav, first he understood my requirement then he suggest me the right frame as per my requirement, and Optometrist Ms Sowjanha did my eye test, She did my eye test very well and explained me the prescription and Mr Sajith was extremely helpful.
They are well trained and suggested me with right glasses.
