Very poor experience with John Jacob. Was given a faulty pair of glasses with bulging lens. Wonder what quality checks are done before handing over the product to a customer in fancy protective case.

Worst worst worst experience in a brand new store. They fixed wrong lens and then they asked me what is their mistake. I had to make them take print out of the power of lens to prove to them. When asked why the mistake happened, answer was the person who attended me went on leave without hand over. Is that my mistake as a customer? Never never never go there.

It was such an amazing experience I have ever got from an optical store. Recently I have purchased a sunglass and contact lenses. The quality of the product is super good and they are affordable.
