I am sharing my experience review to add to the contribution of others and help people understand what they are getting into as like I was helped. Firstly don't get into it from any full time employer to contracts. Also these guys promise you for conversion in 3-6 months but that is essentially to lure you into the trap. I was asked to be interviewed for yodlee (client of J2W) but however they are going to fool you. Everytime different individual from J2W would call you claiming themselves to be the part of client org (yodlee in my case) to negotiate on the salary ask and would be assuring you conversion in 3-6 months and that you would be given another 20% hike where the conversion ratio is 9 out of 10 (SCAM ALERT!)
Don't fall into the trap from the names of big clients they have namely Accenture, Deloitte, yodlee, Capgemini and so on. You belong to J2W so no matter what big clients they have but those big giants won't be helping you anyways and contractual employees are of no much value to be honest. Different person from J2W would call you claiming they are from client company and assure that your all sort of problems would be addressed from client end but that ain't the case, they simply tricking you to fall in the trap using the names of big giants in the IT market.
Fake and fraud consultancy.dont go with glassdoor review, 90% review given by their HR. They literally trap u by make promises then ruined ur career. This is not the company its a 3rd party consultancy.
All the project max 3-6 month. For one day bench also they will not pay you. If u want to leave the company they never give u any release letter or experience letter and never will do ur full and final settlement.female Hrs are playing role like cheer girl, they try to trap you in many way, Sandipta Panigrahi one corn lady is there. She will try to trap you personally by inviting coffe date, hang over place and behave with you like a gf. She is a married women after that also she is doing this type cheap and thrid class things. She is not behave like HR person. Even she will share you her personal married life problems and she is not happy with that and she need friend who can understand her. How cheap. How can a Hr do this so dont trap by their flirting nature. The HRs are character les* in this company Simpley. For some amount of money they are doing like this. Please avoid this shady and trap company.

The worst will come when you put down your.paper.after that they will treat you like a stranger.they will not pick up your call.and no reply you will get They will trap you to get your bread and butter They will always be in joules.your journey from joules till watt will never be done.becz of ur cheap tricks.there should be 0 * rating.i would have provided.
Worst HR they don't tell if you are selected or rejected for scheduling interview they call 100 times with different numbers. Thank God I didn't join this fake company

Avoid! Very shady company. I applied to one of their job postings on Indeed. I applied and they offered to do an interview but there was something very.off about them. I never did the interview because of it. They seemed really sketchy, I wasn't sure exactly what the company was so I looked on their website and it had a lot of flowery and ornate language that was essentially just nonsensensical business platitudes, but after researching them I came to the conclusion that they're a recruiting company/temp agency out of India, it was all very vague and shady. They also rushed everything, almost like they were trying to reach a quota and collect as many resumes as possible. The person who contacted me was also vague about where the position was located and what the actual job was. They kept telling me the job offer was "with one of our clients in Nashville", but they wouldn't explain further. The job was apparently at a government agency in Nashville, however, the agency in question had a "careers" page with the same job posted, so I'm not sure where "Joulestowatts" fits in, it made no sense. The issue that was the final straw for me was the fact that they told me that the position was "remote" but I needed to relocate to Nashville for several weeks to train. The training was unpaid, and the expenses for the entire trip came out of my own pocket. I estimated that I would have needed to spend around $2000 just to stay in Nashville for the duration of the training (I think it was 2 or 3 weeks), and the end result was a wage of $15 an hour, which is absolutely insane, and kind of insulting that they thought I would even come close to considering that idea. I'm pretty sure they were going to try and scam me after I did everything they asked, but I'm not totally sure. Either way, I would avoid this company and report their job posts on Indeed, there's definitely something sketchy about them.
No value for time of the candidate. Calls at 11 and makes them wait for more than 2 hours in a weekday. Better take leave if you going for a interview there. Also, the interview was taken only for 5 mins. Basically introduction. Not sure if it was the person or the company to blame for it
It's not completely great place to work. There are a lot of true feedbacks that i received from the employees from the employees who work in joulestoWatts about the torture they face everyday. Most of the Managers are tooo harsh and they are causing mental stress to it's employees.
Respect is something that's lacking in here (managers). They are completely money minded and don't leave a loophole if that can get them rich. I wouldn't suggest anyone to work in here.
To the heads of this organisation - If you really care about your employees then kindly consider these odds that's happening there and most importantly have an audit to make sure managers are kind and smart.
I have been working Joulestowatts Business Solutions since last one year, and today is my last working day may 5th 2023, from beginning to till end managers are very supportive, i was working under Juri das, and Vamsi, they are always supporting me, and even my last working day also they are trying me to Retain but I couldn't agree because I have some personal problems, so iam leaving Now bye bye
I have gained a lot throughout 6 years. Co-workers and management are quite helpful and liberal. It's been a wonderful experience to work with such a culturally rich organization. Too many opportunities to explore and learn. A strong workplace, safety culture is management's top most priority with zero tolerance. It's been a good experience overall.

Joules to waats is been know for best place to work, however it deserves it. My self had a great experiance so far it's been six months for me joined j2w and all things which is required for an employee is fulfilled. Staff is co operative and responds on time, it also has good health cover benefits and employee oriented.
Worst place to work, manager sadhana such an attitude women she doesn’t know how to treat a employee in work place, been trying very long time to get my experience letter but this worst company is not at all giving my experience letter not even responding.
Hello there! I've been woking with J2W since Feb'22. Right from the interview till the onboarding my experience was Great!
As this is my first job change, I used to have too many questions in my mind regarding onboarding process, work life balance etc, where J2W helped me in every stage of onboarding process by clearing all my doubts and also providing me the continuous updates so that I don't need to do a follow up.

It's a good place to work, and the management is generally responsive and encouraging.
Particularly Ankitha ma'am, she used to assist me in every way from the Team with a tremendous helping hand in resolving and bringing up the questions to the management, as well as reciprocal assistance from other HR team members.
Never ever join in this company, I don't even what to give 1 star but there is no option for 0. Company have one of the worst HR's I have ever seen, they won't even reply for any of our emails. They keep your salary if you leaving from company. They say 90 days for F&F which is not mentioned anywhere while joining.
They give 100 reasons for not giving your salaries. HR beauty don't even know how to response in an email to Employees.

Please do not join this company. They will not give any bonus, no proper increment. After spending 32months in this company I leave with the pakage of 14000 per month and no leave enhancement policy at the time of joining they not told me anything about leave enhancement policy. In my last my when I leave the company I have 10 leave balance but they won't be able to pay for pending leave worst customer service. They taking all your benefits. They will give you only wages like salary. They take advantage of freshers. Please do not join this company.
I have worked with J2W for 1.4 years. Despite of reading many negatives, I still worked with J2W because of the client which I was interviewed and selected for. Below Pros and Cons which I faced. Pros 1. Salary on time 7th, for that timesheet to be submitted and approved on time. 2. They are actually responsive, I get to read many negatives that they are not responsive etc, but I did not face any such things. 3. I got reliving letter without any hassle.
Cons 1. They will do fake promise that you will become permanent etc etc, and they will do scam calls by saying that we are company (client) HR, we will make you permanent it is just that procedure we are taking from 3rd party. Scam Alert! I got to know that it is fake HR call, still I joined because of client and I wanted to get experience on the technology which I was not well exposed. 2. Your HR keeps changing, I think internal J2W had bad work culture. 3. Your job can be in trouble anytime, I dont think they have internal projects as well to assign.
Advice to Joiner. 1. Join in the mindset to get short term experience as the contract can be closed at anytime. I have resigned by serving notice period but my other colleagues have faced similar issues. 2. Becoming permanent is not in J2W hand, its on client side manager hand. J2W or any 3rd party vendors are just puppets of them. 3. Read the offer letter carefully and yes if you negotiate, offer letter can be modified. Once they release the offer letter in their internal tool, take print out it as the offer letter lies in their tool and they don't send pdf separately to email address.
-Edit- Reducing one star, as need to wait 90 days/more than that based on salary cycle day which 90 days belongs to. They have two salary cycle one on 7th and 27th (i think so). If our last working day+90 days belongs before 7th then gets payed on 7th else on 27th. Hence it is long wait for final settlement.
I joined J2W on Aug-2022.they deployed me to Wipro (C2H) and my journey was started with J2W. They gave good medical policies, PF benefits, salary to me.time to time salary giving. I can recommend this company.
Such bad company.they are very bad at paying you. They hire you on contract basis and then they dont pay u on time and It wasted my whole career and it spoiled.i dont think anyone should work here.if there is any star to rate less than 1. I would prefer it.bad bad bad
Don't trust the organization at all, they do change the offer letter frequently, and misguide in each term, they don't care at all, about the way the offer letter gets changed, its not even sure you're joining some mnc on 3rd party basis, HR of Joule's watt does not even provide proper answers to our question and just give us a false commitment.
J2W promotes contractual job, as they get more commission on it. Inspite of saying not interested for the job profile offered by J2W, they still save your info in their excel and call again for contractual job offers. J2W recruiter Priyanka called so many times for the contractual job offer inspite of telling no to her and was rough while talking. Atleast they should train their recruiters sufficiently and teach them how to be courteous.

The company and the employees are very helpful and professional. Especially sreejith I want to thank you so much for your help about the last salary, how dedicated you are. Don’t believe about salary issues guys I surely recommend J2W, the thing is they credited salary on 7th with out delay. I Don’t face any problems with J2W till now.
I prefer unemployed rather than join in this company. For job seekers, take my advise, DO not join in this company. Salary less, you have to work 24 *7.no work and life balance. There are many cons in this company.do not waste time here.
I have worked in this organisation in the 2018, wherein these people did not update my Name properly into the pf records, I wrote no of emails on the same till date, this organisation did not take step to rectify the mistake which they have done. If this organisation can't fix this small issue understand how worst their services would, I leave rest to the people who wants to join the organisation.
This organization has ZERO ethics. They will make you work from morning 8: 30AM to 8: 30PM. They will ask you to come on Saturdays WITHOUT pay. The manager (Ms Tehseen) keeps shouting all day on floor for submissions. Its no less than a vegetable market.
I'm working with the j2w from last 2 year in pune and this company is always delay our payment for 3 to 5 month. And now in this corona pandemic the pune team of this company is also doing the same and they are not ready to take payment related responsibility.
Waste of time.got a call for an interview from j2w consultancy attended 3 rounds they made me to wait for 2 days. After messaging them continously they just replied not selected. I called them they didn't picked my call. Unprofessional HR team. They are not even ready to tell the reason of not selecting. There is no feedback till now. They know only to call the candidates and waste their time afterthat they don't know to give the feedback.
The HR herself doesn't know what sort of candidates needs to be shortlisted for a particular position. So I won't recommend any. Don't waste your time.

Joulesto watts a great place for working it is a growing IT company, Good to learn, friendly environment, There are great managers. Good for Freshers not for experienced. I guess to nitpick monetary growth is slow. New hires might be earning marginally more then people who have been in system since sometime. Nothing till now and the company is supportive (this is not a con, but something needs to be written) Employees are not bonded labor. The concept of no difference between personal and professional life is absolutely illogical.
Such a waste of time. Unprofessional people (the HR Team) and that's how they run the show. Best place to work is all BS don't believe it. Believe me when I say if you are going here for any purpose you are going to waste your time.
