Nice collections here of different types. I had come here to get bracelet for my 8 months baby. Sadly collections for the infants is very less we ended up buying from GRT which is right next to this with much collections.

Salesman have no idea of the products they have or don't have.they will make you sit and show other products than what you are looking for.

My recent experience with this branch of Joyalukkas has been very disappointing. I have never encountered employees of an organisation treat their customer with such disdain. After making full payment for the purchase, we were made to wait for over an hour for processing of bill. The claim for delay being network issues, logout from server and being unable to confirm receipt of payment (all this on a busy business Saturday). The employees just kept us waiting and the problem was not taken seriously until we raised our voices, demanding to cancel the purchase. For an organization as big as this, the reasons given were quite silly and unprofessional. I have been a customer for years to Joyalukkas, but this incident is going to be quite a reminder every time I think of purchasing from there. Although, they tried to apologize, the lack of concern & need to serve the customers is disappointing. The only plus about the experience was the collection, which was quite good.

Very very horrible experience. They literally cheat their customer. Their service is awesome and very good staff behaviour which is why the 1 star is for. But their diamonds value charge and their making charge is very very high as compared to other reputed brands like Bhima. If u like any design in Joyalukas u should just take that same design and get it made by Bhima and they will give a atleast 10K less price. I shopped on 30 March 2021. I liked one piece and asked them to give me the best price. They first increased the price and gave wrong estimation and then reduced it to original value telling that they have reduced. And then gave a little further discount which was still 8K more than what Bhima jewellers. When i confronted them, they blunted told me this is business and they to me to exchange that piece if i am finding the price high. SO YOU SHOULD NEVER TRUST JOYALUKAS BLINDLY. THEY ARE CHEATERS AND THEY CHEAT PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF BUSINESS. Absolutely horrible experience. My relationship with Joyalukas ends here after.

It was crowded, the staff aren't polite, they exhibit arogant behaviour, their way of behaviour was just like " if you want to buy wait for our instructions". I moved out of this place as didn't like the manner they treat the customers.

Very good service when compared to Malabar the staff is very fast and the designs are cool, I purchased my desired jewellery in just 30 minutes and left the shop.

They are fooling people. Wouldn't ever recommend it to anyone.
The making charges for simple items are 2 times of other makers in the market.

Very bad experience. Visited this showroom Sunday 14 March mainly as they were advertising a lot about 50% off on VA which seemed like quite attractive proposition.

Show room is located right near the signal. We visited for earrings.

Shop was spacious, it had lot of staff also.

We visited earrings section that too on Sunday while offer is going on. We waited about 30 mins no one was there to attend to us in that section.

Seemed height of operational management issue

Finally when the person arrived he was quite impatient and we hated the expeirnce as such. Finally out of lot of dilly dollying we shortlisted 3 earrings out of which we wanted to finalized one. My wife was littel undedicted I said I need 5 mins to peacefully discuss and confirm which one to be purchased.

The salesman lost his cool he said you should not have come on offer day if it was some other day it would have been but you are wasting our time all that he blabbared right on our face.

We simply walked out.walked into GRT which is immediate next door and they had valet parking too. We purchased jewellery from there instead of Joyalukkas, We travelled 40 kms to just buy from Joy but they lost business to their competitor next door due to incompetent staff.

This particular person does not seem to be an expection as we were observing other sales folks while in waiting they appeared equally incompetent.

My relation with Joyalukkas has ended on this Sunday forever

Quality of jewelry is excellent. Sales guy was patent enough to show various designs to us. But we didn't like what we wanted, and then he stated forcing me to buy or buy a gold scheme for 10 months at least. Almost turned into an argument at the end.

Maratahalli branch is better compared to Jayanagar. Staff is not responsive here. Models are not that many compared to other branches.

First time in the Bangalore branch. I have already shopped in their Dubai branch. Good collection and very very pleasant and professional staff. Really loved going there and buying too.

Courteous staff and pretty well stocked up jeweller.great designs, great collections.they reduce 3% from the total amount when you intend to sell jewelry purchased from this, or any of their other outlets previously.anywhere else, the percentage can be 8% and above.sticking to branded jewelers have an advantage when there arises a time to sell your purchased jewelry.

They have all kinds of jewellery. You can choose the required item from a large collection. Show room is big and spacious. But their prices are on the higher side

A huge disappointment! Unskilled staff, overpriced, limited collection, wastage of time and energy.

I purchases gold scheme here.they said online option is available and mail will be sent everytime but i dont get any mail or message.i have to go to there shop from hsr layout to pay the installment and every time they say from next month issue will be solved.now its 4 th month

Not much collections here and not much crowded also here. Collections are ok and making charges are high. Overall ok to this jewel shops.

Good ambience along with smiling faces.good care and good glittering gold well polished compared to other lalit and company.but you will have to pay premium for what they offer.world class collections of designs and their gold shines more than the others.only hiccup is making charge, wastage is more compared to others.

They charge reasonable and have good collection of designs. Jewellery making charges are charged. They even bargain!:) Only problem is lack of space here. It always feels crowded.

Their mission says "adhering to globally approved process and norms to create successful life chain" But what they miss is implementation of such basic process and training their employees.
One such experience what I had today is no respect of customer. I was waiting in a queue at billing desk for my turn even though there is no queue system. During this time 2 of other customers are served ahead of me who came after me.
1. Customer streached his hand towards billing person and he took his request without checking me. (Remember here billing person noticed me)
2. Another customer came along with sale person from whom he purchased the jewellery, So he ignoring me again billing person served another customer before me.

This is very unfortunate and ignorant, I hope they train and teach their mission to their employees.

Good and authentic jewellery with good discounts on occasions and if you Invest in the monthly scheme, you get good profits. No making charge is calculated then and u save a lot.
