One of the most well maintained layouts on Anekal Road, located right on the main road close to Marsur. I don't understand why the per sqft rate is priced almost 1.5 times that in the locality though.

It's a nice gated community with wide roads and trees on either sides of the roads.

Was interested to purchase a plot here. The road inside are in a bad shape after the initial 100-200 metres after the gate. The clubhouse is in shambles. The location is good though. Dropped the plan of purchase.

Visited recently to plan a plot purchase, disappointed to see the kind of maintenance it has right now. The clubhouse is totally shattered, the roads are broken, the whole area is not cleaned properly. The JR guy expressed disappointment as the amenities were good when it was handed over but fallen in bad association hands. Its really sad to see the maintenance state of JR green park and JR retreat, such a great connectivity lands compared to Nambiar connectivity but its not at all maintained well. Dropped my plans of buying a gated community villa here.
