I visited JSP Ford for service on 09Oct22. Mr. Sunil was my service advisor assigned. Really very nice to meet people like Sunil who pays attention to the issues and concerns that customers are raising and care fully attend those and help resolving it. He is one of the gentleman whom I met in JSP Ford, CK Palya who extended excellent service and support. I thank him for his service support and wish Ford to have such individuals in all the service centres for the benefit of the customers. This helps to have a cordial relationship with Ford as an organisation.

I had given my Ford figo car for bumper and right headlight lamp work to JSP ford, body shop, CK palya on September 26th, 2022. They promised vehicle will be given with in 5days, but I got it on October 8th, 2022 after 13 days. Very poor service. I have to be behind them to get my vehicle back.
Insurance claim means they charge more for vehicle parts and bad service.
1. They broke my vehicle front number plate. When I asked, there man Pratap told, show me the photo of number plate. Wen I showed good condition number plate, he was like it broke during front bumper placement. Such a bad service. Who will pay for new number plate? I had to cm back with their paper printed number plate.
2. When I gave my vehicle, left headlight was good condition and working. When I was taking vehicle back, it was not working. For that also Mr. Pratap asked photo evidence and told you dropped vehicle day time not night time, so it was not working putting blame on wire cuts by rats. I had to return with one headlight lamp.

3. Service personnel have taken few magzines, tissue paper box, waste wipes kept in the car.

Do we need to make photos and videos evidence of our vehicle before giving to service? Mr Pratap asking evidence for everthing?

It was like whatever they do is right, whatever we ask is wrong.

If you ask more, they say leave the vehicle for service or come after 2 days.

So, Pls, dont go to that service shop. Very very unprofessional, and bad service.
Kindly, look for better service centres.

JSP Ford did a great job with my car. Special thanks and gratitude to Mr. Sunil from their service team who was compassionate and went out of his way to repair my vehicle. He managed to get his staff to skip lunch and fix my car. Big thanks to him and the JSP Ford team.

I thank "Tony" from Jsp Ford ck palya for his prompt and honest customer service. I had asked him for service of my Ford freestyle and he called me right after vehicle was received by him by the person from jsp Ford, and he explained me promptly on what needs to be changed and what not, he always picks the call if any issues and guides what to do, also if any issues after service you encounter he helps to resolve or gives us advice on what can be done. Honest person with no money Minded on unnecessary change of parts. I would definitely recommend Jsp Ford for any service issue So please contact Tony for any Ford service issues.

My Aspire has done 40k kms, all the service was taken by Mr prathap, and never disappointed on high bills or non work done, each time he has made me more glad and on time service and delivery. Mr prathap was really helpful during my visit.kept me updated Evey hour and on the work done on my car.he showed me the old parts and explain why they got it replaced also.prathap keep up the good work man.

I was recommended this car service centre by my colleague. I was not confident until I met the senior guy over there Prathap, my Figo service was done right after a very long time, the guy was very gentle n soft n very knowledgeable. He got all my complaints and car fixed on time with good washing n vacuuming of the car. Overall awesome service

Very good experience with JSP Ford, Bannerghatta. I dropped in there to clear a snag. I was promptly attended by Mr. Sunil, who patiently attended to my concern. He assigned Mr. Saiijan who took the test drive with me to understand the glitch properly. The problem was rectified is the shortest possible time. I really appreciate the efforts of both Sunil and Saijjan and would definitely drop in here whenever I need an assistance in Bangalore. Overall, commendable service experience by this Ford ASC.

Staff of service centre are very friendly, attend complaint immediately, resolved the issues arises within minutes. Good place to send vehicle for service, appreciated and thanks for attending problem and resolving the issue quickly.

Had given for ecosport service. Service advisor was sandeep modi. They did the service well.explained everything properly. They had maintained the cleanliness of the vehicle at the time of delivery.
Overall everything was awesome.

Had a vehicle accident and had towed the vehicle to the body shop. The Manager Mr. Satish was helpful in providing necessary assistance and services the car to my satisfaction.

Having a single vehicle, delivery time was very important and the first criteria for me while giving my vehicle for service. Not bad, slow to deliver though. Body shop is there but for my experience missed few scratches I asked for touch ups, along with a full door paint. Service cost, seemed to be quite high for Ford in general, even more than my experience with Hyundai which is well known for high maintenance cost.

It was really nice to experience going to this shop. A very polite staff and had a good experience. Would recommend people to service their cars.

Bit away from main road of Banneragatta but service is good. Mainly for body shop part replacement for Ford vehicle's it's good.

All my Ford cars including Endeavor services done in JSP Ford, excellent service with economical Ford parts, very good turnaround time including prompt vehicle pickup. They made me go via insurance for a dent by giving a estimated cost of 41000.00.they took 15 days to change the back bumper alone and billed 12000. Rest demaged parts wasn't unchanged claming insurance denied the claim. I have a bumper to bumper insurance.
I was ready to pay full amount without insurance so they will be comfortable in doing better job.
More over they forget to fix my parking sensor after the bumper change. And send me to Jaya Nagar to fix it the next day claims that they don't have proper tools to fix the parking sensor (Just think how patients I should have be)
They use insurance claim as sheild to cover their mistakes and dirty jobs. Actually I don't think there are proper mechanic with them.
The guy who handled this case was Mr. Somappa.
