Least bothered about there customer. They don't stick to there timings.and v.rude behaviour.not at all customer friendly.

Please dont customise any cakes here worst cake ever had till now and while they take oder they show something and make other thing

Good service, in time delivery, standard products. Been buying cakes from Just Bake for some years now. Never had an occasion to regret.

Just bake has audacity to deliver a damaged cake and even after told them to correct it, they did not care. After delivery, they did not keep a simple knife. It was embarrassing to use a steel knife on my son's birthday. They are least bothered about customers. They don't have give at least an apology. Such a waste of my money. Please don't buy Justbake. You can see the photo I've attached.

This place is not happening anymore. It looks very dull. Reather then cake another items are missing.

Very rude behaviour with customer in hesarghatta main road branch. It will give bad name to just bake.we r just broke customers from past 10 year's but now we r shifting to ammas pastry which is just two metres away from this.

Very bad n worst franchise maintained.keeps all old stock cakes. Cheated on pricing it so high even after asking for fresh stock. Cake is literally like moulded with holes n tastes worst.no freshness at all.

The cake we ordered was really amazing taste and the theme shaped (Car model) was really exciting for which my kid felt it was a toy car to play

I ordered for Premium butterscotch cake n the cake was really soft, fresh and delicious. The quality of the cake was also very good.with on time delivery. N yes when it comes to price it is a bit high but again coz the quality had to go for it.all in all a best place to order cake n make ur celebrations more colourful.

Was very Quick and prompt in responding back. Made the cake of our choice ready within hours of ordering the cake. Cake was also very tasty.

I asked if the cup cakes weere fresh n was told it was. It's so hard. N it's stale. I have paid money it wasn't free. I really hate the person who gave cup cakes this morning on 19 Jun. Upon that great attitude by the person who was managing the place. It's really disappointing.

Very late delivery at JB, Hesarghatta place.
The cake was supposed to be delivered at 10am 18th Jul, which was ordered 2 days ago

At 10am, they gave a call & updated they would deliver by 11: 30am.
Upon visiting JB, still it wasn't ready
They gave stupid reasons like vehile breakdown etc.
Finally cake arrived at 12 noon, collected at JB store itself, with guests awaiting at home.

And at last, we have ordered an add-on like an Dora comic face stick on top of cake, it came with Mickey mouse sticker.

@JB, when you can't fulfill the order at right time and the right product, please don't accept the order itself.

The malted chocolate cake was just too good in taste. And design wise they replicated a cake as in the photo that i had shown them, with an accuracy of 90%. Worth the money experience:)

Looks JB lost it's quality. Recent time cakes were not fresh, too much of sugar syrup. We pay more but the quality is poor nowadays.

Worst just bake cake. I ordered light blue coloured Thomas cake but they delivered dark blue & very thick out layered cake.we were unable to cut it with the knife they had given & the knife itself got broken for the first cut.very much disappointed.it was on February 3rd this year. 8th mile, Hesaraghatta road.

I ordered cupcakes at last minute. As always they gave their best. Appreciate there immediate response ans service. Keep it guys️

Very less options there were only 3 kinds of cake for single piece and 2 cupcake kind and 2 kinds of donut

I receive the best customised cake always on time. Taste n quality is very good. Cost wise its fair price esp for customised cakes. The staff take extra care n interest to deliver best cakes. The shop also flaunts the pulla Reddy ghee sweets.drop in for great experience.

When my husband arrived with the cake I almost died of heart attack. It is very far from what I asked for. Thanks for ruining my daughter's birthday. Go and study pastry because the cake was disgusting in the decoration.

Worst experience, the cake was not at all fresh and too hard, 1650/-is utter waste, please dont go and waste ur money.
