Wasting money taking Justdial Ads is the service. They will torcher u with excutive and with calls before taking the subscription and disappear. Their payment policy is the worst. They insist on making the monthly payment in ECS which gets auto cut from the account every month and if you want to stop the service you have to be begging them for months My worst experience and I hope others don't have to go though this.

Worst experience. They will loot your money every month, you neither get good service not leads, first month there was a delay from their side and they deducted the money the last week of the month, so for just 5 days of useless service we paid 5k. And again within a week they are deducting the next payment inspite of telling them to hold it. It doesn't even deserve a single star

Worst services ever experienced, without any related lead took money and even stopping request for ECS also every month put cheque, its costing return charges and CBIL been went down, will recommend not to go through it.

Cheating public, they will send there executive when you enquire about business listing at just dial, they will explain about their plants they make HCS detect every month from your account and they will not make active your business in their aap and the amount which you deposit is non refundable and they will detect amount every month EMI please don't attach Just dial with your Bank, deal with just dial is waste of money and time.

If any wants to join this company let me u onething.the log in time is 9.30 and logout is 6.30 but they wont send u until and unless u reach ur target they make u to sit till 9 also. There wont be any contract before joining but after joining if u r targets r nt done ur salary will be in a hold or else they wil deduct ur salary. Worst service ever. We are from JustFence. Subscribed to a package long back. Mr Mohammed rafi from Bangalore was the person throughout the deal. His team has done it wrongly to the Delhi region. It's been 1.5 years. Still, our money 32000 is with them. No refund was processed. Nothing has been done.they are blaming themselves.no coordination. No higher authority could take a decision. Once you pay them, after sales is worst. For renewal only you can hear them again. Still I'm requesting them to process. They are saying higher authority is not responding. I don't know who the higher authority is still. Really frustrated. Appreciate if that so called higher authority replies.

Service was not Good. If I call for Costomer care she transferred the call but immediately she cuts the call. Not happy with this service.

We have closed down the business 2 months ago deducting from June and July. Business stopped in May end. We are paid customers to just dial since more than 5 years. But since few years very bad experience with just dial. No roper response to our queries from customer support and no proper service provided. Even after informing as per their procedure that we don't need any more service from Just dial and stop the ECS from our account. They have not stopped the ECS and even after calling multiple times to customer support they don't even bother. Please think before tying up with them.

New strategy to get business to pay money.they call up and say now management is changed to reliance.don’t believe and go with this fraud company.they promise so many things and once u put ur ad they wont even bother to pick ur call.if ur thinking to do business dont water ur money here …

I had attended the interview and they said I'm selected so will send offer letter in few days and let you know the joining date but it's been more than three weeks. Lockdown ECS Payment - Justdial Deducting Money in Lockdown - I was been deducted money in the month of April 2020 when there is a complete lockdown so I didn't maintain balance in the May 2020 but then cheque was bounce and the cheque bounce penaly is around 2900rs for the cheque amount of 3540. This is unfair from the Justdial company for the customers. Justdail should give service and charge money not like this, charging money from the customers else cheque will be bounced, doing like thi in the lockdown period and giving pain & struggle to the customer. So, Justdial company should earn money from the customer but the customer should lose money or cheque bounce will happen. Really, the company management didn't think about the customers whom becuase you are earning money. Becuase of your unfair policies I lost money and cheque bounce will be reflected in cibil history which means becuase I availed service with Justdail my cibil report is collapsed but Justdial is enjoying with customers money in lockdown period. Worst service, they will send a leads/queries of UP / andhra / Telangana to Bangalore clients when we set only for bangalore, we requesting them to cancel your service from 3 months through mail and calls no response, but ECS are continuously deducting.please never go with this to in faith of growing your business, waste of money.they deducted our money during lock down also, intentionally did, didn't they know during lock down every business is closed?

@just_dial hi I am PRADEEP from Bangalore. We have BR PG FOR MEN. We have premium service plan in that. Last 2 months we r not working so I mailed several times to just dial to cancel ECS and premium service, but every month 4 or 5 time ECS or hitting my account.

I have filed a complaint regarding fake order and with fake promise.

In Feb 2020, Soniya called for me for upgrading Position plan, i asked soniya will VFL remain.she said yes it will be separate account and Position will separate account.
(Sales Exe) henry changed and updated.after paying i asked him, he said the is no plan for a separate account.i have upgraded.  This was informed to Chandrashekar (Regional Manger) and he accepted that and give an assurance
that he will swap the plan to TN package with unlimited when i met him,  
and i asked is there any terms and condition if please send me a mail regarding those packages.
He sent me only plan name and price. (at that meeting he has not mentioned me that it should be resigned
and should pay for new package)

After two days i asked him change the plan to TN package.he is informing it cant be changed until you pay for new package plan. (for that i asked him for terms and condition).
I asked him "you said me i will ask higher team and will update"
But Today i called him he say i sent you mail choose in that.i asked what did you when last call.total 2 month cash has been deducted.

We had subscribed for JUST DIAL, by paying advance money to them, they did not even gave one service also till now, the worst and biggest online scammers award has to gave to this Dirty, Irresponsible Just dial staffs. JD allows fraudsters and cheaters to swindle money from the innocent customers. NEVER TRUST THEIR RATINGS AND REVIEWS. FAKE REVIEWS! The agency AP Facility Management via them took 12000 rupees for providing maids for an year but they took money and run away without providing any maids.

Gave me a fake air ticket and got the money transferred to his account. I have filed FIR complaint and also request Just Dial to investigate the matter. Before one month we have been tied up with your company for generating leads but you are not giving us a valid leads. Most of all leads we are getting from your company are fake Leads and unfortunately we are getting those "fake" leads twice or thrice in a same day. We have set up a sales team by believing on your words that you will give us the valid leads. We have informed you with this issue many times earlier but we didn't get proper reply and if we ask anything related to this issue your executive will reply us to ask a person who did subscription to us. We are totally disappointed with your company and we do not want to maintain relationship anymore.whatever we have paid before refund it or else we will go to consumer court about this issue.

We took 1st position package from JD, but after eating our money in bulk, these cheaters not at all giving service as they promised. After paying that much huge amount we are just like free listing only. For our amount paid we got just a receipt saying the amount & saying 1st position. But in practical like both JD website & app its not at all updated & this issue we escalated still no use. I was approached by two executives. Kiran and Akhil. While pitching in the services offered, I was promised to build entire website. I made the payment and later on, they started not answering my calls. I emailed them, and the websupport team messaged back that, they will only design 5 pages.

I have planned to try justdial once, so I issued the cheque and then I had discussed with my friends, so my friends told that to me don't go for justdial it is fraud company and they will not respond to the customer once they took the money.so after issued my check to the representative, I have received the call from customer care and I clearly told to cancel the booking, I'm not interested to move further with justdial and then also they present the check to bank it has been bounced, again I called to customer support and I informed again to cancel the booking, they told me it has been cancelled and you don't have to pay any more.again on 23rd of November, they have taken my money from the bank of Rs 5,309/- without intimation.bladdy justdial team kindly return my money back otherwise I will take a action further.
