Really happy with the store and the collection of toys for our little kitten. If you are planning to take your pet for bath or spa would not recommend at all they don’t have professional. Very disappointed they don’t completely blow dry it was incomplete and he couldn’t handle a small puppy. He said it is 800 /- I don’t understand for what they charge soo much and last I have to take dryer from the person and do it myself.

I love the store, the owner and the staff! They go beyond their role and help dogs in general and this is something so beautiful that makes me a loyal customer to them. I was looking for a dog seat belt for using in my car a few months ago and the owner of the store took great care in explaining the options to me in detail. She even went as far as letting me know the contact details of other Just Dogs stores where this might be available, though that meant the business would not go directly to her store.
She's even taking care of a streetie as her own, helped in that dog giving birth during the lockdown, got her spayed at her own expense and got all the pups adopted as well!

I have been visiting the Just Dogs store in Nagarbhavi for almost a year now. Amitha, the owner is very knowledgeable regards to what food or treats to be given to which dog breed. She is extremely passionate and a blessing to many pet parents who get confused what to feed their pets. I have 2 boys, a golden retriever and a lasapso terrier. The whole range of treats and food makes my boys eat food without qualms. All the best.
Tbh I just called them to enquire about a product. The customer care and the amount of genuine information that the owner provided is very appreciable. I had earlier reached out to them for a puppy as well, although they don't actually sell pets, they give you honest refrences of really good people.

I was a first time pet parent and i was completely clueless as to how i need to take care of the puppy (He was 34 days when i got him), what are the do's and dont's of taking care of the puppy. I visited the store to just buy some stuffs for my pup.
I happen to visit Just Dogs Nagarbhavi and met Amita and her mom (The owners of the store). Very Very friendly, courteous, helpful and true puppy lovers who actually explained and gave proper reasoning as to why i should or should not buy a product, they only suggested the best products for the pup. Never behind money, rather servicing is what i noticed was of high priority. Both Amita and her mom spent an hour explaining how to take care of the pup for close to an hour without any hesitation.
Amita actually went out of her way to help me get a better home for the pup since it wasnt my cup of tea to handle a small pup. I expressed my regret to her and she reached out to her contacts and the pup went to one of the best homes as far as i am concerned.
