We were so looking forward to stay at this hotel. We'd booked a room on 30th Sep through MMT for a 'Non-refundable status' as we were very certain about the plan a week before.
Unfortunately, the Kauvery Bandh & the tension between the states could not make our Holiday happen in Karnataka (Chikkamagalur on 26th - To Mysore - To Bengaluru on 30th). The bandh was declared just one day before due to which we called up the hotel to help us cancel or reschedule our booking. The Manager mentioned that the bandh is applicable only on 26th due to which he can't refund for the booking that is made on 30th Sep. I did inform him that there's another bandh on 29th Sep which he denied without doing a fact check. Since we were traveling by road for 4 days, we requested him to consider the request of either refunding or help us reschedule our booking. But, the Manager Melvin was just so stubborn & non-courteous. Instead of empathizing, he recommended to somehow make it on 30th Sep as he can't do anything about it.

Since, I was a prominent Hospitality professional, I do know that such unforeseen circumstances do arrive & it's upto the hotel how well they handle it to retain customers.

We were bluntly denied & due to this, we could not stay at this hotel. However, I do not regret about it. It's fine that we lost our money but the hotel also lost a valuable customer.

I often visit Blr. Thought that I found a right hotel to stay all the time in Blr as it is at the centre of the city & I really loved the pics. But, this behavior is not appreciated & I would not like to stay at this hotel. Also, I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel as their Management is quite arrogant & not worth to experience further hospitality at the hotel.

Very nice place to stay in medium budget. Place was very neat and service also very good. Restaurant also available. Taste very nice. We have stayed for two days and entire service was awesome. No complaints at all. They are very patience and supported very much. I think parking night be difficult but pls check before If u r going in own car

Their rooms are very spacious, well maintained and the food served is good. I wished if they had a bath tub too.

The location is right next to your Trinity metro station, and is most accessible. However, with blue and sandal wall paints and yellow lights, the rooms seem a bit lonely, and shady, especially if you are alone. But, comfort wise the rooms are very good, the bathrooms are very cozy with fancy sanitary fittings. And they clean the room neatly everyday.
Can definitely choose the place if you are not a stickler to bright and well lit rooms.

Rooms are nice. Clean and adequately provided amenities of good quality. Will definitely make this my base for bangalore travels.

I came here as a part of Canadian Visa processing which is in banglore. Hotel is very nice with neat and spacious rooms. The staffs are friendly. I came here by 10.30 and they allowed early check in without any payment. It is located near to Trinity circle and Trinity metro station. Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. Overall experience was great.

Hospitality is good, staff is cooperative. Location is premium but rooms are not up to the mark. The rooms have a foul smell with no maintenance. Two single beds attached to make one which has a gap in between.

It's a very good hotel location beside the MG Road (Trinity metro station).

Giving this 1star is also worthless. Very small room. Doesn't have a mirror in the room, when asked they say it's not available. No dustbin, don't give towels unless asked for. They charge extra for food, if unnoticed. No quality of food kept in buffet. The person in reception is very rude and inconsiderate. No hospitality at all. They enter our rooms without permission. They say it's a queen bed but they attach 2 single beds which can easily be moved apart and cause backache. Bed is very hard. No lighting in the room. The room smelled so much and they didn't even change when asked. No hot water provision. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in, although they charge high rates the services are not even worth a quarter of their prices.

A completely pathetic service and the most horrible experience. A bunch of liars.
After promising me a full refund against our booking, Mr Rahul refused the same. He did not refund our amount of 9000 INR and went against his word. I have been trying to connect with Mr Prem Ranjan (Accounts) for the past 2 months, but he doesn't pick up any call or respond to any mail or not once did they try to resolve the issue or for that matter care to take a look in the issue.
I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel ever. LIARS / PATHETIC

A decent business no frills business hotel in the heart of MG road. Location is fantastic, hardly 200 mtrs from the Metro station. Also close to a restaurants and malls. Hotel rooms and breakfast were decent. Parking is in front of the hotel which will only accomodate 2-3 cars. We did not have issues during our stay as there was only one other car parked.

Property is at calm and central location and has very beautiful ambiance around.
The Food is kind of good but not that great.
Rooms have enough space but found stains one bedsheet and pillows. Good part is daily room cleaning.

I had horrible experience with them just now. We booked a premium suite through MakeMyTrip and since the hotel team sold it to someone else, they tried to put as in a normal room and then when we denied, they acted very weirdly. We were with our 7 month old kid. The hotel dint do anything to cancel our booking, instead insisted us to stay in the room they preferred. The reception manager was so horribly acting and made us wait almost 2 hrs with our kid crying. Horrible place and horrible exp

The location is great and the service staff is super helpful.

The only 1 issue i had was that the card key of my room at random stopped working. I stayed with them for 3 nights and on returning back to the hotel of a day's work on 2 evenings the cars stopped working. The staff was quick to help out.

I will take away the 1 star as i personally didn't find the food to my liking. That's just my personal opinion, but again the staff was very courteous and helpful at all times.

Its a cosy place. A bit old in terms of furniture, but maintained clean and hygienic. It has a 24 hours room service and the food is tasty. Free breakfast is included, but I couldn't try their spread, but it was good spread.

Location and service is good, rooms showing wear and tear needs to be refurbished.walls peeling.

It is a nice place and great value for money. The staffs were very helpful. They upgraded our stay with same booked price to suite and deluxe accommodation, which was really a good experience. Only had morning breakfast from the restaurant and food was good. It is close to the Trinity Metro station and close to main road as well.

One of the best hotel for business travellers, it is in the center of city so reaching airport and railway station is very convenient. Staff are very helpful and food is also amazing.

I had done a central reservation, asked for a early check in cause I was reaching early and leaving early the next day. Came to the hotel, they didn’t know about the reservation details. Told me they cannot provide me a room at the moment. I will have to wait till their guest checks out, which is post 12pm.
I had to make calls again to the central reservation and then they figured out another room for me to stay in. I was highly disappointed with the reception as they said “I wasn’t aware of it”

Very sore bell boy made you feel unwelcome. Had to argue with them about the breakfast as one of the members was sick.it did not give you that welcome feeling

Came here for training sessions from HDFC Bank. General washrooms are too general with common toilets for men and women. And as you can imagine, it stinks!

Good place to stay if u want to stay in the heart of the city and want to avail metro. Walking distance from Trinity metro station. Compact and cozy rooms. Friendly staff and food was ok. You will also find a lot of options to try out in the nearby vicinity. Overall it’s a good place for business travellers.

Fantastic location, proximity is key. The food is multi cuisine and delicious. Rooms are poor, dirty dusty and filled with room fresher.

Happy with this place, the staffs were friendly and helpful, esp. Muhammad Badshah. The location is alright, its nearby shopping places ie commercial street but its not walking distance.

Suggestion to improve is to place proper signage along the main road, its so easy to miss this place, and its a big turn when u miss the place.

Not recommended. Stay in other hotels. Old and dark. Not too clean. Quite expensive for the level of service and room.

Centrally located off Mg road. Connected by metro. Close to many eateries. Good value for money as well

The hotel is located in a very busy area in Bengaluru, surrounded by office buildings. Traffic is bad and crowded. Not an ideal location for tourists in my opinion.
However, the room is spacious and nice though it's quite dark. Bathroom is bigger than average hotel. Breakfast is not special.
Minus point, their airport drop is expensive. So better find alternatives when you want to go to the airport.
One more thing, they seemed to be providing us with bad quality of cup. They said one of the cup cracked during our our stay, which is weird because we simply pour hot water to the cup to make tea. If the cup could not stand hot water, then don't put it in the room and then blame the guest. If we break the cup, of course we'll pay. But if it cracks because we pour hot water to it, then it's not our fault.

No parking available for 4 wheeler. Room are neat & clean but wear-tear is visible on furniture. Room service is prompt. Guests can only be there till 9 pm. Difficult when you are on business trip & need to discuss things with team. No separate space for meetings.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. They offer service apartments as well. The only issue I found was that they don't allow guests after 6PM. I think they should reconsider it and make it 9 or 10PM.
The room service is very good. And they serve delicious food.
