Justbooks Banashankari 2nd Stage

Went today to Enquire. It was a very courteous experience. The lady at the desk (very mannered like her looks) explained the plans and I took the membership.

Many variety of books available and reasonable membership plans. Only drawback is that I couldn't find many new releases.

Beware of justbooks if you are already reading and want to read more. They dont have anything new and will never try to get newly published books; you have to read whatever they have and they wont return the deposit when you close account; you will get fed up asking them repetedly to refund

I should have given a negative rating for the kind of service they provide. I registered online. I get frequent calls before renewal. I had the account M2201166 for about 2 years. It is now 8 months after closure that I have not been refunded the initial deposit.
Staffs are irresponsible and I am directed to different people for refund.
Ps: I am not begging you. It is my deposit money which you are holding for so many months after closure.
You have refunded to a different beneficiary and replying me that the deposit has been refunded. I have sent the correct beneficiary account detail but due to your staff's lethargy they have transferred to a different account number. And finally, avoiding my calls and emails. During the last 8 months, I have sent umpty number of emails and calls too and decided to write a review for others' sake.
Don't deal with them. The online customers have no rescue and no response at all from Head Office too.

Just books, Banshankri 2nd stage, is one of the coolest place for book lovers. There's enough place for readers to sit and read, and the librarian really helps in choosing age appropriate books. We have visited quite a few other branches but have always felt that this branch has a great variety and genre of books to choose from. They have kindled a love for books in my kid and she loves coming here.

JustBooks is an amazing organization, has books of every genre possible and so many language options too! This branch particularly has a lot of children's books, like Tinkle and Thea Stilton, but in the second floor, there's a warehouse that has a lot, i mean, A LOT of books, so you'll get pretty much whatever you want! My kids have benefited a lot from Justbooks subscription. They carry books for all levels of readers. Every parent should encourage their kids to rent & read books for education and entertainment.

I have been a member of Just Books, Bsk 3rd Stg branch for the past 3 yrs and had good experience. The delivery of books was prompt and the staff was also very friendly. But from the past 6 months the service has deteriorated drastically. Their website doesn't allow me to place order for home delivery of books. Even after repeated requests no solution has been provided. Calls to their branch either go unanswered or are kept on hold. After paying a good amt.as membership fee we definitely deserve better service.
