Its an awesome place for buying gifts. They have a huge collection of gifts starting from Rs. 20 going upto 4-5k. They have trendy items on display and in stock. You will love it for sure. Best part was when they got to know its my kids birthday the next day they gave her a small gift as well. She loved it.

I would give 3.5 ideally. Customer service is poor, the collection is also not good enough. The store is large enough to have many more products. The owner needs to ensure the sales persons are trained. Just because the sales person needs to search, he mentions the item doesn't exist.
