A serene place to spend some time away from the busy city life. The location is amazing and the resort is well maintained with activities to keep you occupied and also spend some time relaxing as well.
Really beautiful place to stay with friends and family to celebrate a perfect weekend. Rooms, food, service, view everything is perfect. It has a private waterfall which is safe and joyful to play.
A nice place for spending time in nature. Cell phone coverage is spotty. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Open space is nice for outdoor games and activities. Food is quite good and served on time (9: 00 AM, 1: 30 PM, 9: 00 PM) along with evening snacks.
Awesome trekking to near by trekking places. This resort has small stream flowing inside the resort. They had arranged good food and camp fire too. There were some outdoor activities but couldn't use it!
Our all time favourite, been there many times. & Best food we have ever had.best management & staff, overall just awesome ️? Best place for ur weekend relaxation both family & couples.just go for it
Beautiful and serene property in the lap of nature. It is quite well maintained and an ideal spot for large groups to come together and enjoy. There is rain dance and bonfire almost every night. The food is inhouse and comprises mostly of south indian and local cuisine. The highlight of the property is a small stream that flows through it and makes a small waterfall in which both adults and children can enjoy unabashedly.however, the mobile connectivity is limited and there is no wireless on the property, so prep for a true digital detox. The road leading upto the resort is a bit narrow and broken, but, once you reach there is hardly any reason to venture out.
The resort does offer 1 km (to and fro) trekking to a nearby hilltop and some exploration of nearby areas.
It was our last vacation in 2022. Initially when we checked online in other websites the rooms were sold out. Then we contacted Geetha directly and luckily got a room. It is a great place if you are looking for sometime away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place has a small waterfall within the property, the sound of which reminds us everytime of serene nature around us. Staff is very supportive. Food is of Malnad cuisine, it was tasty. Room was well maintained. Got a pet friend as well. It would be an ideal place for family vacations including more number of people. Would love to go back again with friends and family.
Scenic location. Clean rooms. Tasty food and very courteous staff. Staff will help you with nearby sight seeings. Good stay with family for 2-3 nights.
It's a perfect stay for large groups of people.well maintained rooms, good ambience, friendly staff and delicious malnad food. A very calm and beautiful destination that's remotely located outside the town. The small river flowing beside the property adds to the beauty of Kadumakki
We did not like the resort. Wall and rooms are not properly maintained. Highly priced. Better to visit Chikamanglur in this price range. Food was like Rs. 40 thali which we get in town. Just for the sake of small waterfall they are charging Rs. 6500/room/day. Not advisable
A very" Serene Facility " in the midst of nature. Good hospitality by Mr Rohit and Team. You can relish authentic "Malanad Delicacies". The inhouse river stream is the USP. Highly recommend this place.
This resort has a stream inside where kids also can spend a good time. The place is spread across 7acres approximately. Very well maintained and the staff are friendly too. One star less for food (especially nonveg).
Nice resort, plus point is river flows in the resort so you can have lots of fun. Apart from that I think number of activities must cab be increased from the resort side.
We visited this resort and we just loved the cottages, waterfalls is main attraction and food was delicious and staff is really good. Very humble people. Would love to visit their again and again. Thank u Kadumakki
Location: Brilliant with a private waterfall which is safe Cottages: Opt for the cottages facing the waterfall. The sounds of the gushing water will soothe your mind Attractions: Huge open area for the kids to run around. The bridge and small trekking Food: Excellent choice of Veg & Non-Veg Service: Santosh & Rohit manage the property well and the coordinator Geetha is good in clearing all your doubts Road Condition: The last 1-2kms might be challenging for low clearance vehicles during rainy season Overall: A great experience and it was worth the 2N we spent there
Feedback: If you can make the place differently abled friendly - it would be helpful
Loved and enjoyed everything at Kadumakki. If you are a nature lover, then this is the BEST place to visit and relax in the lap of nature. The hospitality of the staff is awesome. Felt like being in our own home. Special thanks to all the staff who take care of us so well from check in to check out. Mentioning Rohith, Harish and Sudeep for their wonderful service. Last but not the least food was super tasty. Had a chance to taste some wonderful malnad dishes
Location is only plus point in this resort and food was worst party.they have charged 3000/rs per head, for the food you're providing 2000/- is also more. They are serving lunch and dinner without any starter and preparing Manoli, lady finger as veg curry).
Last word, if you want to play with stream water this place is best.
About the resort location: is amazing along with small nature fall. They have made hanging bridge and some rope bridges except that there is no other outdoor activities and not worth for any other activities. Food and management was really bad. Rooms were not maintained and not kept clean. And there was no room service. I think it is not best place to stay for a night and not for relaxing too.
We went there as a group 20 people - friends and their families. Lots of place to play, they take the group out for trekking too in the morning before breakfast.
Highlight being a stream which runs across the property, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the adults and kids.
We also visited Belur-Halebid temples during the day.
About resort and location: is amazing location and well maintained.small river is passing though the resort and they have made hanging bridge and some rope bridges between from one side of the river to another.it is like small natural falls. Rooms are quite big and well maintained. They arranged DJ on Saturday along with fire. They need to do few improvements: 1.breakfast is good but they really need to work on lunch and dinner. 2. It will be good offer morning tea at room, may be at specific time.any may resort is offering tea at dinning hall. 3.need to be proactive in offers they make like trekking
- Beautiful location amidst nature. Very quiet and isolated. - Very good place to relax along with family. If you are 4-8 members, you will enjoy some outdoor games and activities. - Some nearby really beautiful sight seeing points. One spot you can walk with little adventure. - Very authentic local homely food (predominantly for veggies). Some non-veg dishes also available. - Humble and polite staff. - The big plus of this location is, a river stream flows all the way within property. You will enjoy getting into the water and will have fun.
The location and scenery is too good. Looks like they have taken this for granted as We were greatly disappointed. Something has drastically changed since the last reviews because the maintenance was BAD. Food was BAD. Attitude and hospitality of the staff too was very superficial and not ok. Please relook before booking.
We visited Kadumakki Resort on a weekend family trip. The place was serene and blissful. The ambiance of the place makes you feel peaceful and relaxed. The room was well organized and tidy. The Malnad style food was simple yet craving! Should really compliment the staff, as they were really kind and helpful. They made us feel home. I am looking forward to visit the place again.
We didn't stay in this resort but we went for day outing. This resort is very beautiful with private water falls running just beside the dining area. Resort is located in a beautiful place. Food is good and people running the place is very sweet and humble. Definitely Recommended place is in Sakleshpura
It's a nice place to stay and food is very good also, you have the private water falls just flowing beside the dining and you can enjoy playing in water. Apart from all these they don't bother about the guests requirements until and unless you visit only on weekends, not highly recommend.
It was really awesome. It was raining. We enjoyed the rain. The partners especially Mr. Rohit he helped us a lot in each and every way. We should thank him for that. And also Mr. Santosh even obliged us for everything. Especially on jeep treking Mr. Ashok the driver simply awesome guy. He was very friendly with children and also with us ladies. Because we exclusively our family ladies about 16 members had gone for the tour. The place is very secured and the rooms were neat. And the staff either shashi or sandeep or ganesh everyone cooperated with us. And also we enjoyed allthe games though it was raining. If there was 10 stars I would have given it without any hesitation. The food was also very good. The service was very good. Once again I thank you each and everyone. And my family members also each and everyone enjoyed the trip.
Wow is the feeling with this place, we can learn "Nature is always the Teacher" this place can't be explained, should be experienced, Good Food Highly Recommended Thanks To Mr Rohit and team.
