Our family stay at Kairali Residency turned into a highly distressing experience as we encountered a troubling combination of issues. Firstly, the hotel's unexpected demand for full payment in advance during booking added unnecessary stress to our arrival. This, coupled with the evident lack of hygiene in our room, where a noticeable layer of dust covered various surfaces, created a subpar and concerning environment. Unfortunately, our ordeal took a more serious turn as both kids getting infected during our stay.
This alarming outcome highlights not only a lapse in cleanliness standards but also raises serious questions about the hotel's commitment to guest safety.

If possible do not choose this hotel for your Mukambika visit.

We supposed to ask even for a towel too.

Refused to provide even a towel for Non AC rooms looks so bad.

Room was neat and small. Nearest of mookambika temple. No wifi, hot water. Hope you guys will improve the facilities. Nice customer care services. Parking available

My go to place to stay when I am at Kollur. Staff Courteous rooms are decent. Less than 5 minutes to Temple

The worst lodge evere don't go there. There's a bad people's in Reception. Heavy partiality will be there. Don't waste your time and money.

We waited 20mins in their reception to get information on vacant rooms. Its better for them to learn how to treat customers. We choosed another better hotel for stay.
This hotel Location is few meters from Mookambika Temple.

Close to bus station. 10 mins walk to temple. The rooms are available even during peak season no need to book in advance. Rooms are 10x14 and clean. Relatively new building. Hot water available only during 6.30 to 9.30. No dedicated parking.

Kairali residency is one of the budget Family hotels in Kollur. The main attraction is the location, very near to the Kollur bus stand, walkable distance from Sri Mookambika Temple and Sowparnika river. Rooms are clean and rates are very affordable but rates do vary depending on the rush at the Temple.

Room was very clean. Good service and assistance from the staff. I had a satisfying experience.

Very average hotel. Bit expensive for the facilities and condition of the rooms. Broken tiles. Receptionist was reluctant to give 2 towels that was shared by 3 people. Hot water available only for 4 hours in a day which is from 5 to 9 am. Location is good and is close to the temple (about 500 mts). There are hundreds of hotels with equal and better location advantage. Enquire and compare before choosing.

Walkable distance to temple and souparnika. Rooms were neat and beds were clean. Bathroom was not exactly clean but okay. Book atleast three or four days ahead.

Great place to stay at very reasonable rate for 2/3 days pilgrimage. Well maintained, neat and clean rooms. Only a short walk to the temple and it is very close to bus stand.

Hot water will be available from morning 4am and staffs behavior is good.

It was an awesome and peaceful stay for me and my family in Kairali Residency. The room and bathroom were neat. The staffs were courteous and helpful. The food of Kadambari restaurant below the hotel was homely, hygienic and tasteful with reasonable price. They provide room service too. The hotel is 7 to 9 minutes walk away from Sri Mookambika temple.

Kairali residency is not most of the hotels which say; Sir it is not our policy, so we cannot support. Initially, we were not taking room as Kairali does not have WIFI facility. I and my wife are in the job where we need uninterrupted and fast internet connection. We found our mobile network was very good in the hotel and rooms and we took the room. But strange thing happened, the mobile hotspot and our laptop did not get connect. We told the issue with the owner, he provided his own WIFI connection for our 3 days stay. It was so kind, helpful and supportive gesture from him. Thanks sir.

This hotel will not be for the people who are looking for rich ambience, uniformed staffs, uniformed behavior and highly priced rooms. But will be for the people who are looking for clean room, nice peaceful ambience, hygienic food, courteous & supportive staff and reasonable price.

Nice place to stay at a decent budget. Recommended for families. Just 500 meters from temple entry. Axis Bank ATM in front.

Nice place and staff behavior is very polite and good.near to temple rooms are sanitized and even though they provide hot water in the evening with out any cost.price is reasonable for rooms.

500 meters from temple, hotel has around 3 floors but they don't have lift, no hot water during night, they will provide a bucket of water on request

Economical, pleasing interior, friendly and helpful staff, walkable from the temple. Vegetarian restaurant is there in ground floor, since we went during the middle of relaxation of covid norms, we couldn't able to taste there. But staying with background of greenery and small houses with surrounding of hills make your sleep better.

Don’t choose anyone Karali residency. We had very bad experience experience from the entire staffs. They were so incorporated and hard headed. Nearby the temple many many good hotels available in better quality

Low rate rooms are also available there. Bt they won't give soap for bath. Rooms are neat and its easy to go mookambika temple from there.

A fairly priced neat and comfortable lodge in Kollur Mookambika. Just a few metres away from Kollur bus stand and around 500 metres from the temple. Rooms are clean and spacious with. Walkable distance to Sowparnika river. Drawbacks of the place is distance from the temple (an autorickshaw will charge ₹30 upto the temple), restricted availability of hot water for just two hours in the morning from 5-7 (if you plan to visit the temple very early in the morning, this is a huge disadvantage).

This is the first hotel as soon you enter kollur from bus stand. Very good rooms in affordable prices. Nice people. Highly recommended

Very nice Hotel for staying at Kollur Mookambika. It's very near to Kollur Bus stop and about 300 mtr to Temple. Very impressive customer care dealing and main thing is power back up. If u r choose a hotel at Kollur which don't have power back up, then your stay become worse. Bcoz power cut is very familiar at Kollur.

Very near to kollur bus stand near and average rooms new building around 800 meters away from mookambika temple. No wi fi TV not working Room service okay no lift. Hot water only in morning no telephone connection with room. Three bed Room is only two bed room with three pillows
