Kala IOC Petrol Pump

I loved it. The best service I have ever seen. They maintained cleanliness and the staff were good, disciplined and you will get some points after filling petrol and you can use as money after some time. Quality of fuel was amazing. So try out once.

Firstly, on the transaction details it says Poornima Fuels Bangalore. So, its not Kala Service Station, anymore. Poornima Fuels is not a authorized Indian Oil Petrol pump. So, when you use your Citi Indian Oil Credit Card do not expect the surcharge to be waived. I always fill 2000 rupees worth of petrol and I have been charged ~20.23 rupees as surcharge which is non refundable.

Worst customer service. Employees cheat while filling fuel and very rude behavior as well. No bill will be provided post fueling the vehicle, They just give hand written dummy bill, I would never suggest this fuel station.
When you fill desiel the fuel gun has lots of problem without the fuel it's runs like anything.

Bunk is Spacious but during rush hours it bcomes quiet cumbersome & slow movement of line. Need to handle the crowd meticulously. Moreover, it's only bunk in the vicinity to be open beyond 11 pm & as well as morning opening as early as 5 am.

This is on the main road, so easy access. Air filling and check up of tyre pressure also possible here without hassles.

Nice fuel station to the vidyaranyapura nd neighbouring residents. They are now extending the space

On the main road with easy access to get in and out, this is a nice place to fuel up.

Alongside fuel there is also provision to inflate the tyres at the air pump machine.

Always busy, situated near to the main road, it might kill your time if you want to add some air to your bike or car
